Terminix keeps billing for a service they didn't do and now turned it over to ***
In April of May of Terminix was to treat the inside of my house for mice They moved the date more than once and never did the servicethe Day the technician was suppose to be here he claims he showed up mins early and could not wait for the scheduled time Neither I or my wife can confirm he every showed because no one was home The service was to occur inside the house and it was locked Therefore if the service did occur, which the technician said it didn't, then he broke into my home which is a crime I canceled my account that day but am still being billed Terminix claims a 100% Satisfaction guarantee but now they have turned my account over to a collection agency for $ The service was never completed Further more one of there service technician's was arrested in Poteau OK around the same time for out standing warrants I have asked for the police report

They have failed to honor their contract guarantee
They repeadaly miss appointmentsTheir salesman lied to me from Hus first visitAfter my quote I told him I'd like to check around..he said they are the only pest control who offers any type of financingTwo weeks later after they missed several appointments I called another company and tthey said they have financing options as does other company's! My home is being run over by rodents and these people are seeming to do all they can to assist is the destruction! I have done everything they requested and I still have a problem.thus has been going on since July and nothing g is improving!!

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and that includes the cable companyThey make appts without informing the customer, and don't show up for half of the appts they makePlease don't try customer service because you will spend hours on the phone only to hear "I'm sorry" over and over but no resolution to any of the problems, and the problems have been manyMy advice is look elsewhere

On Monday, June 27, 2016, I contacted Terminix about scheduling a home inspection for the possibility of a recent bed bug infestation I had an appointment set up for that evening between 5-7pm The initial meeting and inspection went wellthe technician, Mr*** *** arrived around 6:30pm and seemed to be friendly given the stressful circumstances Mr*** found evidence of bed bugs in my bedroom, so I agreed to whatever standard services were recommended to take care of the problem I was quoted a price of $to service two bedrooms and my living room and left with the list of things I needed to complete in order to prepare for treatment in days My treatment date was scheduled for Thursday, June 30, between and am

Truly truly terrible companyI had a snake in the atticThe guy that came out took pictures and video of the snake but didn't remove it! THEN signed me up on a year contract without ever explaining to me what I was signing He sold it to me as , "It's just like your pest control, cancel anytime" Nope So then I'm stuck with this $contract to pay and they NEVER EVEN REMOVED THE SNAKEtook them two-three weeks to get out to the house which by then of course they can't find it To top it off, they never send me a bill until months later from some company called SMAC and these jerks want me to finance this contract with a 12% interest rate! The most they did was spend about an hour at the house closing up some gaps on the exterior and in the attic AFTER I basically called and complained times for someone to come out All for about $ Not worth it Not only will I never use them again FOR ANYTHING, anytime someone says their name, I will make sure no one I know uses them Just the worst company I've ever dealt with

The national phone line promised prices and services but then the individual, local Terminix businesses did't stand by them Talking to them was like dealing with a shady used car saleman Got a referral from friend who is on a quarterly pest plan and has a house twice my size His service includes insects and pest animals for $quarterly We were both supposed to get Amazon gift cards for the referral Local office quoted me almost $70/mo for same service until I told them what my friend paid They asked for his phone number, looked up his account and then said they would give me same deal but for $for first quarter then the $80/quarter Guaranteed me they would address my mole problem also Service guy came out and said it was $first quarter then $80/quarter and they didn't do moles He told me I had to sign a contract for that price to get the service without mole control that day I told him I would call Terminix and could he wait? He said they wouldn't be able to help me on a Saturday but I decided to call anyway I was put on hold and he said he had more stops so I asked him if he could circle back to me if I got the price straightened out on the phone and he said he could Talked to rep on phone who said first quarter price should have been $but $discount had not been applied Also said they would get the mole situation straightened out and he was going to call the technician to update him He couldn't get through to technician so he said he had left him a message to call me and come back out Got call later that afternoon from tech saying he couldn't make it back out but to call and reschedule I called and rescheduled for the following Saturday (today) and was visited by Joan B***, Senior Inspector and started explaining the whole communication fiasco to her She flat out said I was misquoted and that if I wanted service it would be $200+ today and $120+ per quarter I opened my front door and told her to get out of my houseI would never recommend Terminix to anyone Very unreliable communication and no integrity in regards to the price/service quote they negotiated with me

I hired Terminix 2yrs ago paid for a yr guarantee no mice they can't seem to solve the issue I have called to schedule multiple appt and they all keep getting rescheduled by *** the manager telling me he doesn't have the men to come to my house last week I was told *** was going to come and do the job gave ma a waiting period 1-keep in mind he try to cancel my appointment but I had a fitt cz I had enough *** never showed up Terry did not prepared to do the job I was told I had to wait till Thursday I just called customer service to check the wht time are they coming out I was told there's no appt schedule for my addressThey are a Scam

I hired Terminix from Homewood to treat bedbugsThey came out once on Dec1, We called multiple times to get a follow up treatment from Dec14th through Dec27th Nobody would return my phone callsI had to hire another company to treat my house because we still had bedbugs and Terminix would not come out or call us backWhen I first spoke to Terminix they said they would need to come out every two weeks to kill the bugs at every stage of lifeThey only came out once and wouldn't return my callI did not receive a return call until January 5th, I want my contract cancelled and a zero balance

Filed a termite damage claim under my Terminix Termite Protection Plan Terminix has never paid the amount agreed to in the claim dated 5/20/

Came in to do bedbug treatment, took protective Encasementss off my daugther's mattress and box spring without doing any treatment whatsoever.and leaving they refuse to come back and treat and its made my daughters bed situation times worseShe is getting bit badley because of their neglignceWe have had our stuff bagged and done since begining of october and our food has to be kept outside because of this and they are not doing anything

I called and scheduled an appointment for Terminix to come out and help me with my squirrel problemI specifically stated that I have a squirrel stuck in between my walls and it cannot get out on its ownThe rep over the phone said - Yes, we can quote and help you with that once we are on site
The next day Terminix shows up to inform me that they cannot destroy my property and the only way they can help me is to provide the exclusion service(staring at the wall as we can clearly hear a desperate squirrel stuck behind it)After that, they proceed to brake my shelf as they are climbing up into the attic to check the insulation
By the time I got somebody who actually knows what they are doing (the next day), the squirrel was already dead
The only positive thing about this whole story is that the contractors that Terminix uses to clean up the mess they create did a pretty good job fixing my shelf

NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE OR EVEN RECOMMEND TERMINIX TO ANYONE IN LIFE! I was a customer with Terminix for years, years ago, never had an issueSo when I started seeing little ants they call " Rover ants" I immediately called TERMINIXI SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE IN April 2018, My card was unable to process the payment at the time because it was compromised and I was waiting on another debit cardBy then they were under control due to me spraying and laying gel baits around the houseSo finally they took the $that was the 1st payment on June 29th and set the appointmentThe technician was very niceHe set baits out, sprayed outside and leftI set up more appointments after that for ants, spidersHe sprayed the problem areas but not the entire inside of my houseAnother payment of $was taken out in JulyI wasn't satisfied with the service, It wasn't working for me so I called to cancelI spoke with one guy that said they would refund me the full $Then a lady called me and said no I will not receive anything because they came out and did the job so I called the 1-number and spoke with someone else so she noted it in the account for someone to contact me about my full refund, someone from the local branchI waited week, no call so I called back a 3rd time, spoke with someone again then she tells me that a manager had already talked to me, a man which is a lie and her attitude suckedShe basically was trying to tell me who I spoke with because it said it in the notes on her computer So she tells me that the man is going to give me a call to explain why I was only getting $backWhen I was speaking with him not one time did he say we talked beforeDays go by I'm waiting on my money to hit my account, nothingSo I get a call from a Customer Advocate Team member yesterday and I called her back today, she was calling to confirm my refundThen I told her the debit card on file is not active and asked if I can change debit cards, or just give her my checking account # so it would be done electronically and I would receive it fasterBut no I have to wait on a check that is only cut twice a month she saysIt's Tuesday 8/28, the check will be mailed out this Friday and I won't receive it until the week afterLike REALLY? I was offered a single visit service by the sales representative, and told that it would take care of my pest problemThe service did nothing

We have had pest and termite control coverage through Terminix for approximately years We recently found termite damage, this was several weeks after tenting There were dead termites found by their service technicians in the wall I was initially told that they would complete all repairs After several weeks, they wouldn't respond Then they began telling me that we were not covered for repairs We had been covered for repairs throughout our coverage with Terminix Every phone call I have made and every technician I have spoken to previously has confirmed this Once we needed repair coverage, they began telling us that we were not covered We have now found more bugs, ants, in the walls Our regular service technician has witnessed these in the wall and has stated that these bugs eat the termites and move into the existing termite nest We have been customers in
