Always double check the paperwork and do not always believe what the salesperson are sayingI took their words for it because of how well known the dealer is in Houston, TXI always asked about title status and if it has been in an accident when buying a used carWell this is what I did and the salesperson replied with Clean Title and no AccidentSo 6months later we decided to buy another car and decided to let [redacted] appraise the value, while we test driveIt came back with an accident in from previous owner and I was very shocked So I look back on the paperwork and there was a paragraph basically saying they are not responsible for what the salesperson saidSO DOUBLE CHECK ON WHAT THE SALESPERSON SAYThe salesperson was no where to be seen when they handed me the keysOverall they are a good dealerI just want buyer to be careful with what the salesperson are saying

My first time buying a car onlineThe experience was definitely different from going to a car lot and driving away with your car, but my wife had her eye on a specific vehicle with specific optionsWe found the car through USAA's car buying service and tried to set up a test driveNext thing I know, I'm talking to LaDonya with [redacted] (now Texas Direct?) who explained that [redacted] is like "the [redacted] of car sales" and the car we wanted was actually in TexasAfter calming my fears of sending $20,basically over the Internet, LaDonya got the ball rollingI took one star off my review because every time the ball left LaDonya's court to go somewhere else, things slowed downThe sales manager that was going to get right back to me never did until I asked LaDonya what the status wasHe called minutes laterHe was a little disorganized and didn't have the paperwork on hand that I sent himBut he did get everything put together quickly and we were able to get the paperwork from him printed, signed, and in the mail again all within the hourWhen the car shipped from Texas to California, the third party delivery company didn't get in touch with me until I again asked LaDonya what was going onNext thing I know, the delivery company is calling, bending over backwards to make sure my car is delivered on timeFinally, while the car was en route, it got dinged on the hoodAnother exchange of emails with LaDonya and the Support folks got in touch with me right away and set up getting the repairs done with a local body shopAll in all, not always the smoothest process, but LaDonya gets stars out of for working with me through all the little issuesReading some of the other reviews here, I was a little concerned about [redacted]  customer serviceIf you call up Texas Direct and get LaDonya, know you'll be taken care of

I live in California so it was daunting to buy a car online sight unseenMy sales person Ro [redacted] reassured me of the entire process, especially that after receiving the car I had a seven day period that if I was unsatisfied with the car for any reason I could return at no cost to meRo [redacted] personable yet professional attitude gave me the confidence I needed to complete the transactionRo always responded promptly in answering my questions After being informed the car would come without floor mats and owner manual I was pleasantly surprised to find both items in the carA great car buying experience!

Texas Auto Direct is a great place to buy a low mileage vehicleThey treated me more than fairly and gave me the most for my trade inI love the dealership's way of doing businessThey didn't pressure me and gave me tons breathing room to decide if I wanted to make the purchaseThey have a HUGE selection of gently used cars, truck and suvsThe whole process was incredibleYou will even love the dealership show roomThey have a small restaurant and snacks for the kidsThe finance terms were equal to what I could get locally with my credit unionI really can't say enough good things about TADA special shout out to Moises [redacted] my salesman, and to Jackie my finance directorYou guys worked really hard and I appreciate thisI highly recommend Texas Auto Direct to anyone who wants to buy a nice car and at great price without all of the hassle
