BAD customer service, BAD management and BAD experience overallI traded my Mercedes SAMG for an American muscle car Dodge Hellcat with miles on itIn the beginning the Sales Guy that helped me ( Rigo) was really goodHe told me that if we close the deal they will detail my car, make sure everything is good, check all fluids and give it to me with a full tank of gasI never requested that but I thought it was great deal! Well all of that NEVER happened!! The Car was filthy [redacted] and the tank was emptyA couple of days after I bought the vehicle it started leaking something from the middle exhaust areaSo I took it to them talked to (Ralph) over at customer service and he took my vehicle to get it checkI tried emailing him, calling him and nothing response whatsoever, so I drove to the dealer and found out that my car was ready since the morning and they said it was nothing wrong, not leaks found everything was goodI drove the vehicle for or more days and then an engine light came up, called them and they said if it is not blinking I'm safe and it will go away on his ownAfter that the I got a message in my dash saying my "IC coolant is low and oil level is low " again they never check the vehicle and all fluids before they sold it to meIt's like they do not inspect their vehicles before selling themThat same Saturday I intended to leave the house early AM and my car never turned on....I had it towed to the dealer after having to go my self and talk to the sales manager ( Ron)I explained the whole situation with the vehicle that I purchased from them days ago and I already had issuesLong story short, the tow service took it that same day because I went and talk to the manager directly, otherwise the car would still be sitting in my garageOf course all the mechanics at service that Saturday were off so nobody will be able to look at it until Monday(Joe) " the manager"at service was the guy assigned to my vehicleI emailed him a couple of times to get an update in the vehicle and of course he never answered meI called a couple of times until I got a hold of him and he told me that they will not be able to fix the vehicle there and that they will have to have it tow led to a dodge dealer nowThey wanted to tow it to a dealer close to them and far from me so I talked to the manager again to have it tow led to a dealer of my preference The two different tow truck companies that work with Texas auto direct that towed my vehicle Scratched the front bumper ( I'm having to replace it) and broke the middle console in order to put the car in neutralfinally, the car is SAFE at the dodge dealer after days of nightmare with these guys at Texas Direct Auto in Stratford TexasSeriously think twice before you buy from themit is a total scam since they can't back up their word for a secondHorrible do not recommend them at all! Vehicle condition (Toyota Sequoia) was as advertised if not better than shown on lineOne seat cover needed minor touch up and was corrected on site prior to deliveryAaron [redacted] - sales rep, Ashley [redacted] - finance and Derrick [redacted] - vehicle delivery all were extremely professional and courteous

Ro [redacted] @ sales does a good job of giving you time to review the car and doesn't oversell a carWe did have difficulty in finding the car from lot and RO did a great job at itAppreciate the patience and effortObservations - You all take lot of time at the sign up exercise and there is no proper instructions on what one is suppose to doCustomer signin should be based on Drivers license and should be told in advance about the copy of LicenseOnce you have it he/she should be tagged with a unique number so that it remains valid for x period of time (30-45days etc) All further processes should be based on that numberSame is the case with test drive a car, you should be able to give an estimated time then waiting endlesslyAll processes are good but they get outdated with time and you all need to value one's timeDo your research when you are buying a car from Texas Auto directLike all business this has its ups and downsI am repeat customer with them and must say that they can get better at lot of thingsI almost choice another reseller but had to give credit to Ro for persistenceAsk for her if you can as you get greeted at the entrance

Purchased a BMW 328d xDrive from Texas Direct auto, salesman Michael [redacted] made the process for the traand purchase seamlessHe even assisted us getting the best interest rate and Texas Direct Auto earned all our businessI am looking forward to making another purchase from him in the October / November timeframeGreat place to buy a car with a great atmosphere

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint First this is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUEI have the emails to prove itI contacted Melvin to let him know about the issue(See email of June 17, 2016) I came into their office on or about June 18th and had to wait minutes before I could speak to anyone concerning my issueI spoke to MrRob S [redacted] who I advised that I had a very hectic schedule and that I if I am not driving I am not making moneyI was then advised to schedule a time to meet with their service manager to schedule a time, however, I could not make it do to a client appointmentI then contacted MrRalph S [redacted] to inquire as to how long it would take if I drove the approximate miles from 249/Cypresswood to their offices as I would need to have at least an approximate time to schedule my appointments with my clientsWhen I received this following email from MrS [redacted] it went directly to a voice mail, so there was no one to speak to about scheduling an appointment, something I personally believe MrS [redacted] could have handled right then and there while he had me on the phone by making an internal call to their service department as well as provide an estimated timeframe in regards to how long I would be without a vehiclenone of these occurred.When Texas Auto Direct states that they have made several attempts to service me to rectify this issue I would like to know when and where?
