On June 22, I purchased a [redacted] from Tien It is now November 16, and I still have not received my license plates I have made multiple attempts by phone and email to get answers as to WHEN I would receive my license platesI called them today, November 16th and was told they see I called on November 14th and have now escalated my concern from priority to urgent; I'm still waiting Their solution is to keeping giving me paper tags each time they expire and now on the third extension of paper tags I spoke [redacted] at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicle previously and [redacted] (?) on November 15th to get an update not he complaint I filed with them; no update available I informed her that my tags were extended to December 26th but since I paid over $for tax, title, and license, I want my license platesAt that time she informed me that the tags issued by Vroom (Texas Direct Auto) were not valid and if I get pulled over, it would be a problemNow t

This is the third auto I have purchased from Texas Direct Ro [redacted] , our sales consultant, made the purchasing process simple and seemless The cars purchased from Texas Direct have been nice and reliable I would recommend Ro to anyone looking to buy a quality used vehicle

To All; First time experience. Purchased Jeep on Monday by phone (10 minutes), Tuesday flew in to dealership from Panama City Beach, Fl., they picked me up, Jeep checked out perfect, transaction completed within 1 hr. then I drove back to PCB. on the same day. Great savings, Eric [redacted] made the experience just about too easy !!! ***.

Bought a sports car here My actual sales guy was alright, but while purchasing , he kept disappearing making the process so ooooh loooong! Wondering why I kept having to wait on him, I found out as they pulled my car up for inspection before taking home....he was in the middle of purchasing his own car which was parked right next to mine! Totally unprofessionalThen while inspecting my car I noticed two things, they did some touch up paint on the wheels and completely painted over the red calipers (think [redacted] paint job), front and backIt was horrible looking They tried to fix it but made it only slightly better I told then NM, I'll fix it at home...they ***! Second, the back tires were almost bald They put two new tires on the front, but left bald tires on the back After finding my sales guy, he explained any tire with 4/tread is still good I said, no this tire doesn't even have 2/32, it's bald After arguing he finally went and checked sure enough it was bald They still did not want to put a new tire on, so I told them forget the deal, who buys a RWD sports car with bald tires in the back Reluctantly, they finally replaced themFinancial guy-horrible..acted like I was making him late for his family dinner, no eye contact, no congratulations, grabbing for his keys and hitting the door before he finishes answering my questionsNow weeks after buying, my paper plates are out of date Call up there times, either sent to voice-mail, or told no one is in the office No call back after leaving my number numerous times FRONT DESK GIRLS ARE ABSLUTELY HORRIBLE! Their job is to keep you from talking to anyone important After calling and complaining, talking to a careless "manager", I still have no plates, not even the paper replacement they said they sent out a week agoReally read some of the 1-star reviews if your gonna buy here These people drove me nuts! They deserve a star, but I really like my car

I recently sold my 2015 Toyota 4runner and bought a used 2011 Toyota Venza. I choose to work with them because they were giving me the highest amount for my trade in and they had a good selection of used vehicles. Working with Kevin the Appraiser was fine, He was a tough negotiator though. Working with Thomas on the phone was great, he was very friendly and took great care of me and helped walk me through the process of buying a car online. However once I put the deposit down on the car I liked the process started to go downhill real quick. It was such a mess trying to get the paperwork taken care of and arranging the delivery of my vehicle. Then when I went to pick up my new car, It was a complete and total headache. I was at the dealer for over 5 hours and they knew I was coming and they had already had the vehicle for 2 days, but they didn't have it cleaned and they needed to do some body repairs and touch ups when I showed up. I know much of this is due to the merge between [redacted] and Texas direct Auto, however it robed me of any wow factor and honestly made me not want the car because the process was such a headache. I like the car but the condition wasn't near what I expected, They didn't seam to really do anything to make it up either. Overall the staff was very friendly, however they are very unorganized and don't do a good job of really wowing their customers.

I just bought a *** *** from Texas Direct Auto I found this vehicle on their website and after a lot of thought I decided to make an offer It didn't take long before I received a call from Thad *** Thad explained the entire buying process to meI paid a deposit to get the truck I wanted from Dallas to Houston Thad was able to get the truck to Houston over night so I could come in the next day to check it out What impressed me most at this point was there wasn't a huge haggling war on the purchase price like you would normally have at any other dealership Thad was able to come down a little bit on the price I didn't expect him to move much off the price as the asking price was already low for a *** *** with only 10k miles on itWhen I pulled up to the Texas Direct Auto in Stafford, TX I was in awe It's huge! There were people everywhere! I have never seen so many people at a dealership at one time! I made my way inside and spoke with a receptionist who let Thad know I was there Thad got me checked in for my trade in appraisal and off I went on my test drive The appraisal for my trade in was a llittle lower than I expected but in all fairness it was a Chevrolet Tahoe with 160k miles on itI decided to move forward with the purchase Thad and Victor, in finance, were able to get all the paperwork ready in a few hours My husband, children (and 11) and I returned that evening to finalize the purchase Texas Direct Auto has a huge play area for the kids as well as a small deli in the dealership My husband and I were able to sign for the truck in less than an hour while my children played in the play areaOverall, I am extremely impressed with Texas Direct Auto, Thad *** and all of the employees I encountered I have bought vehicles (*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***) in my adult life I truly hate the entire car buying process Seriously, you find a vehicle, you start trying to make a deal with the salesman, you start haggling over $a month when you've already told them what your budget is but they keep pushing for more and more and more They have to run back and talk to "the manger" times It's stupid! There was none of that at Texas Direct Auto This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had!

Went here to assist a friend to go through the car buying process and was approached by Roman *** He was not pushy but very helpful and upfront I abhor the price negotiating process, but I was alleviated by Mr***'s disposition and integrity I'm very satisfied with my purchase! -- This place is great! Watch out!!! Beautiful cars and a welcoming place while you wait A café, with great burgers! A play room for kids, inviting computers for searching for cars, music going throughout the site, inside and out Someone put real thought into soothing buyers! Not to mention the "service" shirts as employee attire, nice touch, makes salesmen very approachable

Our salesmen, Michael ***, was very attentive to our needs, he was relentless to make sure every aspect in our car buying experience was met This is the third vehicle we have bought from Texas Direct and the experience each time has been excellentMy wife and I recommend and will continue to do business with them
