I was very pleased with the entire process. Rigo did an excellent job of helping us find a vehicle that is safe, that my wife loves, and that was within our budget.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I don't see how there was no intentional misguide used in this case Yes it is true I was offered a lower interest after "there mistake" was made But I did not care for getting a lower interestI was more focused on how I was lured in with a direct email from [redacted] that contained this in the message: "Here is you bill of sale at 2.99% pymts are about with tag taxes all fees and warranty Thanks [redacted] "Also attached was a bill of sale that numbers and interest rate configured with the given amount in the emailAttached will be screenshots of both email and attachment to prove intentional misguide was used It is also not very sad that I would use social media, to me it's informativeIt is clear you guys are not gonna resolve any of the issues I had this particular day All I hope to do is prevent this from happening to other people by giving then my first hand BAD experience I had as a customer of TDATHANK YOU, [redacted] ***

Last Saturday, me and my parents went into the shop and looked for an SUVAfter I found the one that I like on their computer, I asked for a salesperson for a test driveSo Michael came by and brought me to his deskHe got some of the information and told me that the car is across the street and that it would take him minutes to get the car to the front door for me to test drive itSo I went to the front desk and registered for a test driveminutes went by and it was a no call, no showI went back to the front desk and asked for MichaelThe front desk agent called him asking him about the carA couple exchanges on the phone later, I saw her rolled her eyes and talked very softly on the phoneShe then looked up to me and asked me if I know how to start the carI answered back to her, saying that I had not even seen the carSo she got back to Michael to finish the phone callOnce she put the phone down, she told me that he had some problem starting to car, and would be back to the shop asapBased on the expression from the front desk agent and the excuses that they used, someone was lying to meAnd that was confirmed later on before I walked out the door and decided not to come back to Texas Direct AutoSo more minutes had gone by, or minutes since Michael said what would originally take him only minutes, I went back to the front desk and asked for his status againThe response was that they were fixing the car and would meet me soonAnother minutes had gone byI checked with the front desk for the third time, this time asking for another sales person, assuming that he would not come back for meThat was when Michael finally showed up at the doorHe did not approach me at first, but was walking to his office insteadI asked him if he could locate the carNot sure why, but he looked a bit surprise at first, then replied the car was across the street and available for saleSo I said, we waited for over an hour and you could not even get us to see the carHis second lie, in exact same words is, "You did not wait for me for an hour." And then talked to a guy behind me, "Jose, it will be right over there." I thought he just saw somebody and made a causal conversationSo I did not look back to see who is wasEven though I was frustrated with him, I followed him to his desk, just to find out that Jose, another customer, was with himJose sat down at his desk, making me look like an outsiderOnce I realized that he was with another customer the whole time I was waiting, I asked him, "Are you with another customer?" He did not replied, but said that the car was available for saleBased on his reaction and the lies that he had told, I told him, "That's fineForget about it." And then I walked for the doorHe came chasing after me, and kept saying that the car was available for saleNow why would you make me wait for nothing for over minutes if you were not able to get me a car that is available for sale? Whether the car really had some problems starting, or he was busy with another customerAnd I strongly believe it was the latter caseWhat triggered me to write this review is that he said to my back before going back to serve his other customer, "You should at least say thank you." Yes, now that I owe you a thank you, here it isThank you Michael at Texas Direct Auto for wasting my time on experiencing your lies and disrespectful on customersIf you need Michael's full name, you can email me at the address belowWith his attitude towards a customer, he shall not be in the car selling business at all

Bought a car yesterday from Marcos [redacted] He was very patient with me and helped me make the best decision for my family In this internet age where everything is done online, he totally accommodated my need to "kick the tires", compare different cars, dig around and test drive as many as I needed to before I found the perfect one I just happened to get him on a blind call to Texas Direct Auto, and I'm glad I did I will definitely refer people directly to him, and will use him again when I'm ready (in a couple of years!)

I just wanted to write a quick review of Texas Direct Auto: this is the 6th vehicle we've bought from them and it seems each time they seem to do something extra to make sure we come backThis time we were in a bit of a spot as our son's car had just died and he needed something as he started school in a week; on a wing and a prayer we tried contacting someone we had worked with before - hoping he was still around and availableAs it turns out, he was off that day but happened to be in to finish up some paperwork and had cars we were looking at queued up to test drive by the time we got thereNot only did he help get us something for the dead car but also he stayed there through the financing process (after our son picked out a car he wanted) and didn't leave until we were leaving with the new car as wellAll the while with patience and a smile and making sure everything was moving along for us, again all on his day offSo a big thank you to the team there but in particular the person who helped us, Michael [redacted] He's one of the many reasons the next time we're in the market for another car, we'll be back there

Texas Direct Auto, with one of its AWESOME sales guy-Zak [redacted] , is the best, most ethical car dealership I've ever dealt with by a thousand miles I was stunned at their amazing prices, unbelievably fair traoffer and fabulous customer service I was racing against time to get my car and get on the road before I got caught in the Louisiana flooding road closures just a day before my kids started school Zak [redacted] was literally sprinting all over the dealership to get the deal done ASAP and get me on the road safelyI will NEVER by a car anywhere else and I will ALWAYS use Zak! A++++++++++

I purchased a [redacted] in February prior to days of purchasing the vehicle, an oil leak, and my check engine light came on so I took the vehicle back to the dealership for repair The vehicle was returned however the repairs have not been corrected Then the vehicle started making a loud noise, which I called and advised the salesman of the issue, I took the vehicle in and I was told another part was required I explained the vehicle had been given me problems since I purchased it, would they trade the vehicle because it was not dependable, the manager told me yes, MsEcho [redacted] requested that my husband go online and complete an application, which he did However, the vehicle continues to give me problems and no one will answer or return our calls

Texas Direct Auto is full of friendly agents willing to help you at all timeMarcos [redacted] is the guy to see if you are wanting to stop byWe were giving a good offer at a good rateLook into them if you are looking to get a used car soon
