Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Yes, I did signed that letter after a hour and a half meeting with [redacted] ***After he picture this as the best idea and option I hadWhen he made me signed told me that it was a disclosure form not to inform the "potential dates" of how much I paid, I signed because I thought it was adeal!! It is even in a circle on the document attachedWhy he did not circle the explanation of a passive single? Also in that same meeting he made me fill all this questionary about who I wanted to dateWhy should I pay $to setttle with someone that is not close to what I want? Since the first day I signed the contract I started to have issuesI could not get into my profile I called three days in a roll, left messages and they never called back until I emailed themI have being checking online on their reviews and they have terrible reviewsI am one more person that they just did bad business with Regards, [redacted]

match and notified us that the gentleman did not contact herIt appears that he became unavailable to date, but failed to notify our staffSometimes clients become unavailable to dateWe always ask our clients to keep us updated on their status, but not everyone remembers to notify usWe cannot control our client’s behavior, unfortunatelyWe hope everyone would understand that· We matched Ms [redacted] with another gentleman and she notified us that he did not contact her as wellWe later found out from her match that they had already met via a different dating serviceTherefore, the gentleman knew that it would not work outAgain, Ms [redacted] did not connect with her match· One of our matchmakers had a new man in mind for her, but this occurred during the holidays and the gentleman was unavailable to date at the timeTherefore, we had to resume our search for Ms [redacted] · We found another match in January and left a voice message for Ms [redacted] to discuss this gentlemanWe never heard back and, instead, received a Revdex.com complaint From our experience, we know that this industry can be a rather emotional oneFinding matches for our clients and matching two human beings is not always easyWe are dealing with people’s emotions, different personalities, behaviors, mannerisms, etcAs we stated, we only have so much control over what transpires, but we cannot control our client’s behaviorWe only hope for the best with each and every match we put togetherAlthough Ms [redacted] has not seen positive results as of yet, this is not to say that we have not been working hard for herAs we mentioned, we have matched Ms [redacted] with gentlemen, but we have attempted to match her with We do understand her frustration, but we have been working hard for herSome people wait longer periods of time in between matchesIt all depends on various factors such as preferences, availability and, primarily, compatibilityMs [redacted] received a pamphlet of Rules and Regulations when she joined our programIn these regulations, it states under paragraph #3: "Compatibility is very subjective and that we will send you referrals we deem, in our sole and absolute discretion as "likely most mutually compatible" as indicated in your singles dataThe final determination to meet a referral is yours and yours aloneYou understand and agree that we will supply you referrals on an as available basisBecause we try to send compatible referrals, you understand and agree that there is no way for us to predict the frequency and time frame of each referralHowever, we will search on your behalf on a monthly basis, but we will only match you with others that we feel you are compatible withYou further understand that no two people are generally perfectly compatible and agree that we will use our best judgment in providing referrals that most nearly match your requirements." ***As you can see, we do our best to come as close as possible to what our clients are looking for, but not all criteria will match 100%We want to give our clients every possible opportunity to meet someone specialWe search for matches for our clients on a monthly basis, but we cannot predict the time frame and frequency of matches, although we will absolutely provide the amount of referrals promisedAlso, under paragraph #in our Regulations it states: "You understand and agree that simply because you choose to meet with a single that we have referred to you does not mean that such single will agree to meet with youIt is impossible for us to guarantee that any single to whom you have been referred will agree to meet with youYou understand that you will not like everyone you meet and that some of those you meet may not like you." ***We try to give our clients realistic expectations in regards to their programSometimes there are disappointments, but we work very hard for all of our clientsThere is much work that goes on behind the scenes that some clients do not realizeThe one thing we strive for is successWe want our clients to find successful relationships Ms [redacted] ’s fee has already been invested into the program – the administrative work, the recruitment of gentlemen on her behalf, her background check, maintenance of her account, etcThe matches provided are only a portion of our servicesThis is why the fee she paid is non-refundable We ask that Ms [redacted] continues her programPlease note that Ms [redacted] not only signed a non-refundable contract, she also signed a client obligation form, which states that the ONLY way she can be successful with her program is to fulfill ALL obligations and expectations listed on the formPer this signed form, Ms [redacted] also agreed to meet all of her purchased matches, so that she may give Texas Singles the full opportunity to meet her expectations of the programShe also agrees not to go to any outside agency before trying to resolve any issues directly with Texas SinglesShe agrees to talk with Client Services and if we still cannot correct the problem, she agrees to let Client Services set up a phone meeting with a senior member of the Client Resolution Team to explain her complaint and let the Client Resolution Team try to resolve the complaint to her satisfactionIt can sometimes be easy for some people to become discouraged if they haven’t found someone special yetThis is why we try every possible avenue to speak with the client, resolve their issues and provide encouragement to continue the programWe don’t give up on any clients and we don’t want them to give up eitherJust like in the dating world, it can sometimes take time to find that special someone As we stated, we can truly understand why Ms [redacted] is upset, since she hasn’t actually met any of her matches yetPlease know that there is a “managerial review” at the end of everyone’s programIf there are any cases where a match did not work, that match may be “bonused” back, depending on the Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have brought this issue up to the TX Singles management Representative numerous times and each time this individual had indicated that they fully support my request of a full refund based on this extreme breech of the contract by their reps in the local office The mgmt rep indicated that she fully understood and supported my request I have documents indicating everything I have claimed in these messages regarding a breech on their part as well as from the mgmt rep, I expect a full and prompt refund as there is no way possible that TX Dingles can deliver or provide the services I signed up for My trust in this organization has been completely destroyed and I have no confidence in this organization or any of its representatives! This is in response to Ms [redacted] recent complaint regarding her program with Texas Singles Please be advised that we have been in contact with Ms [redacted] to discuss her program and explain to her our process Also, I would like to point out that per her signed Client Obligation Form, clients are required to not share photos with referrals until they have metMs [redacted] states in her complaint that she decided not to meet with a referral after seeing his photoMs [redacted] has been a client for two months and needs to be patient and work with us through this process We do not guarantee success overnight and we require our clients to be willing to work with us and be realistic through the process It is not realistic to see success on the first referral which is why we offer multiple referrals on our programs She gave us seven chances for us to find her someone special and she is giving up after only receiving one referral Ms [redacted] also needs to understand that our program is based on quality, we do not just send out referrals to fulfill the contract We focus on what the client is looking for in a mate and even though we may have someone who meets all of her preferences we need to look at the other client’s preferences as well to see if she is what they are looking forWe would like to continue to work with Ms [redacted] and show her how this program can work for her as it has for many others What we are requesting of her is to work with us with a positive attitude and realistic set of expectations

Complaint: 10638601I am rejecting this response because: I signed up for the program on 6/and I regret till this day for signing upI should have followed my instinct on that faithful day but I ignored all the red flags in front of me probably because I was desperate since I just broke up with my fiance few months before thisI was suspicious when they wont let me leave without signing a contractThey charge different prices for the same package in order words they charge you based on your financial staus which is why they size you up before telling you the priceWhen I told them I couldnt afford the price for the package which was referrals I think, they asked me what can I pay and I keep telling them I dont think I can afford it and so they kept decreasing the price until I became comfortble and then persuaded me to use my credit card since they wanted full payment and I didnt have the money at the timeThey also increased the referral from to just to get me to sign which I finally did Unfortunately They promised high quality service and background check of all clientsThey also took photos of me which I thought were for my potential referrals to see who they are meeting before meeting themWhen I realized the photos are not on my profile, I asked them what the photos are for that is when they explained they dont show the photos to referrals because photos could be misleading and deceitful and that they prefer you meet face to faceThey told me how to set up my profile on their website which I did the same day I signed up but I never saw my profile for like a monthI tried to contact someone and the match specialist several times via phone and email but all to no avail So I contacted my credit card company on 7/to dispute the charge and I had a charge back.The moment they saw that that was when someone decided to call Giving me all kinds of flimsy excuses that they working on the website and they sent emails to all the clients about this which I didnt believe because I specifically left several messages for someone to call me ASAP and no one didHowever they apologized and I gave them the benefit of a doubtMy credit card released the money to them because they sent paper work saying the fee is non refundableShortly after that I had my first referral, met withhim but he did not meet my criteria because he was talking like they paid him to meet with me so I became suspiciousSecond referral we didnt meet because he didnt meet my criteria They told me on the phone he has a white colar job but then when I read the profile it says cemetery guard so I called the match maker and reinforced my criteria of a match and that I will not be meeting with this referral since he did not meet my criteria The third referral called and was very unprofessional and disrespectfulHe called me and was asking if I have a big as because he likes big assWhen I refused to answer he told me he does not want to meetI felt really disrespected and question if the company really do background as they claimedAnyways I called the match maker and file a complaint about this and also how I have been so dissatisfied with the service and wanted a refund but they told me I cant get a refund since is non refundable The problem is they not providing what they promised and using the non refundable contract as a backup not to refund me my money even though they not keeping thier side of the bargain by not providing high quality service as promisedFouth referral met my criteria but when we met he also sounded like he was also paid to meet with meAnd so this was my last straw with the companyCalled them again on 4/that I am not interested in the program anymore and that I wanted a refund but they told me is non refundableThis is why I decided to come to Revdex.com because I dont think am being treated fairly as a consumer by this so called companyI dont want to be part of the program anyway and I request a refund even if is not the full refund partial refund is something since I did not meet all referrals on the contractonly met out of referralsIf they insist they wont refund me well no problem but like I said they wont use that money for any thing good in their livesAlso I want other consumers to see this review so they dont fall victims like me regards Nimi George

To Whom It May Concern, To Whom It May Concern, We are in receipt of Ms [redacted] ’s complaint and we would like to point out some important information regarding Ms [redacted] ’s program Please note that Ms [redacted] joined our services less than a month agoDuring her interview, we presented our various package options to choose fromRather than become a Client, Ms [redacted] elected to become a Passive SingleThis entails that she will receive matches if and when she is compatible with the male Clients we search forThere is a paragraph in Ms [redacted] ’s agreement which explains this and also states the following: “We make no representations or guarantees as to when and how frequently these matches may occur; you are paying the fee to be listed in our singles database as a potential match for our active Clients.” Everything has been right on schedule with the program Ms [redacted] elected to purchaseMs [redacted] contacted us on 2/and expressed her concern for not hearing from us yetWe informed her that we were still waiting for the results of her background check and that she had been a client for a little over a weekShe seems anxious to meet someone, which we can understandHowever, if she would like for us to actively search on her behalf, we would be happy to upgrade her program, so she can become a Client We have included a copy of Ms [redacted] ’s agreement which explains the Passive program and shows that the fee she paid for our services is non-refundableWe would like to continue working with Ms [redacted] We ask that she remains patient and understands the details of the program she selectedAgain, if she wishes to upgrade to a Client program, we are happy to discuss this with her Thank You, Texas Singles

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not have faith that TX Singles will reach out to me or even work to resolve this issue with me directly Their representatives have repeatedly failed to follow up with me numerous times after I was assured by their management official that they would TX Singles does not appear to even be a legitimate company based on my experience and dealings with them I do not want to let Revdex.com out of the picture until I am refunded my money as promised by the TX Single rep who indicated that she 100% agreed that I should be refunded I sincerely appreciate the help from Revdex.com and would not be in this situation had TX Singles did the right thing from the get go I would like to see this company investigated as to its legitimacy to operate as they have been operating! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with [redacted] at Texas Single, she offered only excuses; one of them being that when she matches my profile against others (men) that it comes up with several matches but when their profile is match with mine it does not match She gave the example of an white, uneducated atheist that she thought fit my profile, but happen to be atheist, no college but makes good money This is not a match in the leastI am a (black) woman with a master degree with a strong Christian faithI am continuing request a refund because they simply do not have the people in their databaseI told by [redacted] that they had many available members that fit my profile during my interview which is the same that was submitted onlineThe last contact they had with me despite my emails and phone calls was in March, months ago and they still have nothing to offer Regards, [redacted]

LOOK OUT FOR THIS COMPANY IT’S A SCAM!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO RENDER SERVICES I talked to Robert at the Austin branch in NovemberDuring a minute interview he asks me about my arrest recordI told him I had some arrest and explained the situationsHe said that there wouldn’t be any problems because I had not been convicted of the arrestNow all the sudden there’s a problemI’ve called all the numbers they gave me and ether they don’t answer or they almost never return my callsThe few times they did return my calls they said they would have a manager contact me back about my refundI have yet to hear from a manager but they did say they don’t give refundsI have gone buy the Austin office many times and at many different times of the dayThe door is always always locked and no one ever comes to the doorIt seems to be an office that’s been setup to con people out of their moneyHere it is May 4, 2016, six months later and no one will contact me about the $I spent It looks like I have to spend more money on a lawsuitAccording to one attorney that looked over the contract, he said this is breach of contract for no services renderedIf anyone knows of a good contract Lawyer in North Austin or Round Rock area please post in on this pageSomething has to be done about this company and them conning people out of there hard earned money

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As explained to Dee on 6/(contacted me from Texas Singles), they have breached their portion of the contract by the dishonest business practices and verbal abuse which has been exhibited on multiple occasions by three separate individuals within their company While I had every interest in leveraging a reputable agency to aid in my desire to meet other single professionals interested in a relationship, the fact that I was verbally yelled at by [redacted] , advised that the original customer rep had "dropped the ball and was fired" (not apparently true) and that there weren't any available matches in this expansive database (who didn't smoke) are all points that support the Company has breached aspects of their commitment to me as a client (in only months)Whether there's an available match for me today or not is not relevant to the breach (although I was told getting matches would be fairly easy for me when I first signed up) My trust in TS following through on their Agreement after the disrespectful verbal abuse (and lies) and the ability of the company to provide introductions (as per agreement after giving them a second chance), has been lost based upon the first match (which I had tried to help them understand needed his profile updated after just talking to him on the phone many times; yet was told I needed to give him a chance (and did) and immediately followed up per our "agreement." It took me many, many phone calls to even raise awareness to TS about this "match" and his stale profile and lack of compatibility Secondly waiting for over weeks and calling repeatedly after the first match and completion of the feedback survey and never hearing anything back until I started escalating are more proof of the lack of follow through and customer focus by either [redacted] and/or [redacted] Finally after giving the company a 2nd chance and then being advised by the customer service rep (when we finally were able to connect) that there were other customer matters that morning that she needed to deal with and pretty much being "dismissed" as a customer for lack of no matches (without any acknowledgement or apology for not calling me at her 10:appointed time) further support the fact that our 2-five minute conversations were not building any rapport or further knowledge by the customer relations manager of what I was even interested in dating.....After a less than minute conversation and request to again have my poor experience escalated on May 24th, I waited for days to hear from the escalation lead She not only embarrassed me in front of someone else by telling me that I'd never be happy with TS nor anyone I was assigned to and that I was welcome to pursue action with the Revdex.com, Attorney General, etcbut that I also would never receive any of my non-refundable fee back regardless of what I did When I tried to speak, the individual interrupted me multiple times blaming me for my poor experience to date and emphasizing the fact that even if she assigned me to a 2nd customer lead that "i was likely to never be happy with my experience." Being told this by an escalation lead at Texas Singles further solidifies the lack of commitment for the company to meet the legal obligations of the agreement I advised [redacted] that I would appreciate her taking my request for a full refund to leadership (based upon my last two extremely poor interactions with the company She again reiterated I would never see a refund and that furthermore since 5/24, they now had finally found a "match" for me; although his availability still needed to be vetted At this point, I do not believe anything I am told as 1) I was told the first girl, [redacted] , had been fired for "dropping the ball" on my account (not necessarily true), 2) I was told there were no matches available based on my criteria of a non-smoker, and 3) I was verbally "attacked" by the escalation lead when told I would never be happy with anyone she would assign to my "program." Based upon [redacted] 's feedback and the disrespectful tone, attitudes and responses from Vxxxxx and Kxxxxxx who are all representatives of Texas Singles and responsible for executing on the terms of this "agreement", I truly would request a full refund Other than a background check and three 5-minute conversations with [redacted] , no resources on the part of Texas Singles have been expended and the agreement has been breached I am hoping over time to forget about the hurtfully rude and attacking conversation from the escalation lead, [redacted] as I currently have a very sour taste in my mouth from this entire experience over the last months The sales lead also acknowledged in the one and only conversation that I had with him that "he wasn't even sure why I was even matched with xxx", the one and only match that has been provided since February 8th Four different employees have either mis-represented what Texas Singles is supposed to be about and / or have engaged in deceptive business practices in their dealings with me For these reasons, I am only requesting a full refund of my "client fee" for now and have asked for this case to be reviewed again by management as I do not wish to give the company a third chance to execute on an agreement which by now could potentially have been almost 50% fulfilled, based upon what I was told when I signed up (maybe a year to get through introductions) Regards, [redacted]

As we said, [redacted] said she did call Ms. [redacted] back when she called for her and even left Ms. [redacted] a message, but did not hear back. Our client services staff has also called Ms. [redacted] on several occasions. Our Director of Client Relations left Ms. [redacted] a message yesterday, 6/6, to discuss her concerns and try to reach an amicable resolution. We ask that she returns her call as soon as possible.
