Date: 7/20/15                    Re: [redacted] Case #: [redacted]  ...

To Whom It May Concern,
We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint and we would like to point out some important information regarding Ms. [redacted]’s situation and program. We will explain below.   First, we would like to mention that we have only matched Ms. [redacted] with men who are compatible with her, according to their profile information. We provide our clients with various paperwork upon joining our services which explain our process and what our clients can expect during their program. In our Regulations, we clearly explain that we are in the business of providing services to singles in search of committed relationships. Everyone who joins our program invests in their search for a companion. We meet with each candidate face-to-face for a lengthy interview, discuss their past relationships, what they are looking for in a partner, etc. Based on the information provided and the profile they complete, we match our clients with those who are likely “most mutually compatible” (this is explained in our Regulations). We use our best judgment when providing referrals to our clients and we hope for the best with each match we put together. We have seasoned matchmakers who have been doing this for many years and have helped many people find successful relationships.   The following are paragraphs taken directly from the Regulations we provided to Ms. [redacted] when she joined our services. In these regulations, it states under paragraph #3: "Compatibility is very subjective and that we will send you referrals we deem, in our sole and absolute discretion as "likely most mutually compatible" as indicated in your singles data. The final determination to meet a referral is yours and yours alone. You understand and agree that we will supply you referrals on an as available basis. Because we try to send compatible referrals, you understand and agree that there is no way for us to predict the frequency and time frame of each referral. However, we will search on your behalf on a monthly basis, but we will only match you with others that we feel you are compatible with. You further understand that no two people are generally perfectly compatible and agree that we will use our best judgment in providing referrals that most nearly match your requirements." Also, under paragraph #4 in our Regulations it states: "You understand and agree that simply because you choose to meet with a single that we have referred to you does not mean that such single will agree to meet with you. It is impossible for us to guarantee that any single to whom you have been referred will agree to meet with you. You understand that you will not like everyone you meet and that some of those you meet may not like you." [redacted]As you can see, we try to give our clients realistic expectations for their programs.   We also provided Ms. [redacted] with a client obligation form which states important information regarding expectations. Ms. [redacted] signed this form agreeing to the terms. Please see these terms below:   1. Always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude. 2. Treat all clients and staff with respect and kindness. 3. You MUST meet everyone face-to-face. No exceptions. 4. Provide feedback with every referral given. 5. Texas Singles will match you with people they feel you are compatible with while keeping your preferences in mind. 6. Dating is a numbers game which requires that you meet many people, and that you naturally will not love every person you meet. 7. All concerns with your program MUST be discussed with Texas Singles staff and not other clients. [redacted]Ms. [redacted] also agreed, per this form, that she understands the ONLY way she can be successful with her program is to fulfill ALL obligations and expectations listed above. Per this signed form, Ms. [redacted] also agreed to meet all of her purchased matches so that she may give Texas Singles the full opportunity to meet her expectations of the program. She also agrees to discuss any concerns she has directly with our staff. Ms. [redacted] asked our staff members for a refund on multiple occasions and we reminded her that, per her signed agreement, the fee she paid is non-refundable. Therefore, she is not eligible for a refund, as she stated in her desired resolution. Ms. [redacted] even stated to our staff at one point that she had “health issues” and could use the money back for “medical expenses”, but she did not specify what kind of medical situation she is dealing with. The reason that Ms. [redacted]’s fee is non-refundable is due to the fact that all the administrative work - the creation of her profile, the background check, the recruitment of gentlemen on her behalf, maintenance of her account, etc. – equates to 90% of the Client fee. The remaining 10% goes towards matches provided and any hold time that may be utilized throughout the program.   As you can see, we have been working very hard on behalf of Ms. [redacted] and would like to continue to do so. We have had several staff members communicate with Ms. [redacted] on multiple occasions. We have been in constant communication with her throughout the course of her program. Also, we have provided everything promised, per our various paperwork which supports our process. We have even offered to “bonus back” some of Ms. [redacted]’s matches (which means she receives more matches at no additional cost). We just want her to be happy. When we last spoke with Ms. [redacted] on 7/14 and reminded her again that she would not be receiving a refund, she agreed to place her account on hold for the time being. We have now received this complaint.
We hope that Ms. [redacted] will have a change of heart and continue her program. We do not want her to feel that we are “preying” on anyone. We sincerely wish to help her find the man of her dreams. That is our only goal and we want her to know this.   Thank you, Texas Singles

Date: 6/22/17    Re: [redacted] Case #: [redacted]   To Whom It May Concern, We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted]’ complaint and would like to explain some pertinent information. We would first like to mention that Ms. [redacted] just joined our services yesterday, 6/21, and filed her...

complaint less than 24 hours after she left our office following her interview. She may have read some negative reviews or complaint online, but that is only a small handful compared to the various people who are in our program and are satisfied with our services. We have been responsible for assisting MANY people in finding successful relationships. Everyone has a different experience with our program, which is based on the individual. Also, attitude is everything when it comes to one’s experience. Our Director of Client Relations spoke to Ms. [redacted] and discussed a resolution to this situation. Ms. [redacted] can advise you of the same. Thank you for your time in this matter.       Kindest Regards, Texas Singles

I am rejecting this response because:Yes, I did signed that letter after a hour and a half meeting with [redacted]. After he picture this as the best idea and option I had. When he made me signed told me that it was a disclosure form not to inform the "potential dates" of how much I paid, I signed because I thought it was adeal!! It is even in a circle on the document attached. Why he did not circle the explanation of a passive single?   Also in that same meeting he made me fill all this questionary about who I wanted to date. Why should I pay $500.00 to setttle with someone that is not close to what I want? Since the first day I signed the contract I started to have issues. I could not get into my profile I called three days in a roll, left messages and they never called back until I emailed them. I have being checking online on their reviews and they have terrible reviews. I am one more person that they just did bad business with.

To Whom It May Concern, We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s rejection to our response. We apologize for not responding sooner. Management has been discussing Ms. [redacted]’s situation and we will be reaching out to her with an offer for a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.     Kindest Regards, Texas Singles

To Whom It May Concern, We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted] rejection to our response. It is important for Ms. [redacted] to focus on her own personal experience with our program, as everyone has a different one. We have had some people file complaints with the Revdex.com and then they ended up continuing the services. One woman in particular even found her new HUSBAND through us after originally filing a complaint. This is why we stress the importance of patience and a positive attitude in our program. Ms. [redacted] was initially referred to a gentleman whom she declined, because she stated they had already met prior to her becoming a client with us. We continued our search. We then matched her with a gentleman who showed to be a great fit for her, per their profile information and compatibility indicators. In the interview notes, her Relationship Specialist stated the following: “She has God at the center of her life and wants a man who has a relationship with the Lord. She wants to see the best in people, easy going, flexible, even-tempered, very forgiving, loving, caring, kind, family-oriented, independent and strong.” The man we matched her with is also a Born Again Christian (as she is) with a strong faith. He also has many of the characteristics listed above, which were important to Ms. [redacted]. By looking again at his photo, the gentleman has a full head of hair, but it is thinning on the top. However, we would think the other traits of someone would be most significant when looking for a partner. Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted] chose not to meet with this man. As we previously stated, Ms. [redacted] is wanting to give up on the process after one referral. She has not given our program a fair chance as of yet. Per her client obligation form, she has agreed to meet with all 7 of her referrals in order to give us the full opportunity to meet her expectations of our program. She also agrees not to contact any third-part agency prior to trying to resolve any matters directly with our staff. One of our staff members reached out to Ms. [redacted] several times and they spoke on 1/9. During the call, she refreshed Ms. [redacted] memory of their last conversation and she asserted a personal plea to see if we can work together on her program. Ms. [redacted] was much more open during their last conversation, but was not open during this particular call. Ms. [redacted] stated she would like to move forward with Revdex.com complaint and she was not ready to be moved forward with her program at this time. We only wish to put this behind us and assist Ms. [redacted] in finding someone special. Kindest Regards, Texas Singles

Date: 10/30/17 Re: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, We are in receipt of Ms[redacted] complaint. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have been working on behalf of Ms. [redacted] for her special someone since she joined our services in May. Yes, she...

requested to cancel from the beginning and filed a credit card dispute. We provided the necessary requested information and the case was closed in our favor. We were unable to search for referrals when Ms. [redacted] originally wished to cancel and filed a dispute. One must be willing to actively participate in the program in order for us to continue services, as we have to be sure our clients are readily available to receive referrals. We have found 3 referrals for Ms. [redacted] thus far. Not all referrals panned out, unfortunately. The most recent referral, which was provided in September, did not follow through with a date. They spoke on the phone, but then he became unresponsive to Ms. [redacted]. We are just as disappointed if this happens. Regrettably, we cannot control our clients’ behavior, as you can understand. We do our absolute best to get two people together. We only hope for the best. Our company is not a scam. We have helped MANY people find successful relationships due to our efforts. Not all clients in happy relationships will post reviews, as we are a discreet service. Also, you tend to see more negative reviews posted on the internet. In addition, even the greatest companies cannot keep everyone happy 100% of the time. Especially in our industry, we are dealing with humans, emotions and hope. Some people can find someone special right away and for others it can take time. It all depends on paths crossing at the right time, compatibility, availability, etc. This is why we explain in our Regulations that we are unable to predict the time frame and frequency of matches, but we will search on a monthly basis. Our clients can rest assured that we will not waste their time – we will only match them with those who show to be likely most mutually compatible, per the client’s profile information and compatibility indicators. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes for our matchmakers. Also, our records show we have been in contact with Ms. [redacted], responded to e-mails, etc. Ms. [redacted] signed a non-refundable agreement and a client obligation form which states she agrees she must meet all of her purchased referrals in order to give our company the full opportunity to meet her expectations of our program. We ask her to please maintain a positive attitude and patience. We are on her side and only want success for her.Kindest Regards,Texas Singles

To Whom It May Concern,
We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint and would like to clarify some pertinent information.
Ms. [redacted] came into our office for an interview and decided to join our services on 9/29. Please note that, rather
than become a client, Ms. [redacted] elected to become a...

Passive Single in our program. This entails that she is to be
listed in our singles’ database to receive matches if and when she is compatible with our Regular Search Clients.
Therefore, we are unable to make any guarantees as to when and/or how frequently these matches may occur. In
addition, Passive Singles may receive introductions which are based solely on the understanding that the Passive
Single fits our Regular client's search criteria. This information is clearly explained in Ms. [redacted]’s signed
agreement.
Ms. [redacted] came up as a compatible match for a gentleman client we were searching for on 10/25. However, Ms.
[redacted] declined meeting this man. We spoke with her on 10/26 after she sent an e-mail to our staff. We reexplained
what the passive program is and how we ask Passive Singles to be flexible with their preferences. Ms.
[redacted] said she will not date a man under 5'9 and would like to date men in the Austin area only. We notified her
that this may limit her more and she said that is what she wants. She also stated that she would try to be more
patient. We have now received this complaint.
As you can see, everything is right on schedule for Ms. [redacted], according to the program she purchased. We would
like nothing more than to continue working with Ms. [redacted]. We just ask that she understands the details of the
Passive Single program.
In addition to the information we mentioned regarding what the Passive Single program entails, Ms. [redacted]’s
agreement also states that the fee she paid for our program is non-refundable. Therefore, she will not be eligible
for a refund (we have included a copy of her agreement).
We hope that Ms. [redacted] has a change of heart about our services and decides to continue her program.    Thank You,Texas Singles

I am rejecting this response because: The business mislead me about the potential for matches. Texas Single sold a false product which constitutes fraud.  As they have stated they have no available matches for me and never did. So if Texas Singles can not deliver any product of what you sold me, you must refund my money. You can not simply say I have nothing for you and must continue to wait.  You have had my money for 7 months with no benefit to me. Please refund money so I too can put this behind me.  It simply will not go away without you resolving it.   Thank you for your cooperation and immediate attention to this matter.
Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Your company clearly does not have its best interest in mind for their clients, when you lie about your services. This is made perfectly clear by the number of Revdex.com complaints, accusing your company of the same issues over and over. Scammers and Fraudulent claims and accusations. You won't be in business long.

We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint and will address her claims below.   We are an elite matchmaking firm and we specialize in assisting singles in finding their special someone. We have seasoned matchmakers who have been in this industry for a long time and have helped various couples find one another. We explain to our clients that we are matching them with those who are most mutually compatible with them in the hopes of creating a connection. Our only wish is success for all our clients, Ms. [redacted] included.   We met with Ms. [redacted] for an interview and presented our different package options to choose from, since she was interested in our program. She selected the one that best suited her needs. Sometimes the Relationship Specialists who interview our clients may think of someone who could possibly be a good fit for those clients. Once their profile is complete and our matchmakers compare and contrast all information they can determine whether or not two people are truly compatible (according to our system and their profiles).   When our clients receive a match, they are notified via e-mail and via their Texas Singles’ account. They are sent a brief description of their match which includes the contact information for that person, so they can contact one another and agree on a date to meet each another.   Our matchmakers found a man named [redacted] who showed to be very compatible with Ms. [redacted], according to their profile information and compatibility questionnaire they completed. However, it appears there was not the connection we had hoped for. Ms. [redacted] was disappointed in this gentleman due to the nature of his conversation during their date. We apologized on behalf of [redacted] and agreed to “bonus back” this match for Ms. [redacted] (this means she will receive an additional match at no additional charge). Even though the work had been performed, we wanted to do the right thing and keep Ms. [redacted] happy.   We then matched Ms. [redacted] with someone new and Ms. [redacted] apparently already met this man through a dating site. She was disappointed again and we agreed not to count this match.   We discussed a new gentleman with Ms. [redacted] and she said he “sounded great”, but she wanted to put her program on hold for a while. We told her we would be here when she was ready to reactivate her account.   Ms. [redacted] then contacted us and said she was having an attorney look over her agreement with us. The Relationship Specialist who signed up Ms. [redacted] for our services spoke with Ms. [redacted] on 8/25. The Specialist offered to discuss her situation with our Regional Manager and come up with options for Ms. [redacted], but she declined. She then offered for her to come in and sit with our Client Services Manager one on one, but she declined. Ms. [redacted] stated that she would check with her credit card company and go from there. We explained how the process normally works with a charge-back. Ms. [redacted] said she would find out for herself and get back with us. We still have not heard back from her, nor have we received a credit card dispute as of yet. Please note that Ms. [redacted] signed an agreement which states that the fee she paid is non-refundable. Also, Ms. [redacted] signed a client obligation form which states that she agrees to meet all of her purchased matches in order to give our company the full opportunity to meet her expectations of the program. She also agrees not to contact any outside agencies before trying to resolve any issues with our staff.   We would also like to mention that we provided Ms. [redacted] with our Regulations pamphlet when she joined our services. She also agreed in her agreement that she had time to review these Regulations and ask any questions. You further understand that no two people are generally perfectly compatible and agree that we will use our best judgment in providing referrals that most nearly match your requirements." [redacted]Per the information above, we explain that we are matching our clients with those we feel are most compatible and we are using our best judgment when providing referrals. Also, under paragraph #4 in our Regulations it states: "You understand and agree that simply because you choose to meet with a single that we have referred to you does not mean that such single will agree to meet with you. It is impossible for us to guarantee that any single to whom you have been referred will agree to meet with you. You understand that you will not like everyone you meet and that some of those you meet may not like you." [redacted]As you can see, we explain that our clients will not like everyone they meet. We try to give our clients realistic expectations in regards to their program.   We know that finding someone special is important to Ms. [redacted] and we are trying to help her in her search for a companion. We ask that she continues and gives her program a real chance. As we previously stated, we only want success for her.
Thank you, Texas Singles

Date: 11/13/17 Re: [redacted]  To Whom It May Concern, We are in receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s additional rejection. Our Director of Client Relations contacted Ms. [redacted] after she spoke with another representative and was adamant about a refund. Our Director spoke at length with Ms. [redacted] about what has transpired with her program thus far. Our Director reiterated that we would like to set up a communication schedule with her and she also explained that we would “comp” or “bonus back” the referrals that did not pan out. Ms. [redacted] continued to express dissatisfaction and repeat she wanted her money back. Our Director reminded her we have been working hard for her and would like to continue working with her. There were 3 months during her program where her account was in conflict, due to disputing her charge, etc. Our Director asked her to give us more time and give the program a fair chance. Ms. [redacted] mentioned she wanted to see “what the Revdex.com says”. Our Director responded that was fine and we would reach back out afterwards, but in the meantime, she wanted Ms. [redacted] to think about everything they discussed. They thanked each other and ended the call. Again, we only wish to help Ms. [redacted]. We would like to put this matter behind us and move forward. We have her best interest at heart. Kindest Regards, Texas Singles

Date:  5/29/15                   Re: [redacted] Case #: [redacted]   To Whom It May Concern,   As we stated previously, we understand that Ms. [redacted] has concerns about her program. We contacted her upon receipt of this complaint and left her a voice message. However, as of today, she has not returned our call. We interview each potential candidate and ensure that anyone who joins our services is financially stable. We tried to assist Ms. [redacted] by offering her a less expensive program, so that she was able to join our services. We believed, at the time, that she was excited about becoming a client. Please note that we absolutely conduct a national background check on each and every person who joins our services. We also take photos of our clients for our records only. When our matchmakers compare and contrast information, we also take appearance into consideration, so we must know what our clients look like. However, we do not show photos to our clients, because we do not want there to be any preconceived notions. We know not everyone takes a good picture and there is no way for someone to truly determine if they think someone is attractive unless they meet face-to-face. We match our clients based on compatibility and then we have them meet to see if there is any chemistry. Yes, Ms. [redacted] filed a dispute with her credit card company about a month after she joined. (We tried reaching out to her immediately after this happened – we were not aware that she tried contacting us prior as she mentioned.) Once our clients become active in our system, it can take a few weeks to receive the first introduction. We were in the process of searching for Ms. [redacted]’s first, most compatible match when we surprisingly received her charge-back. We had to bring everything to a halt while we refuted her dispute. The charge-back was closed in our favor and then we were happy to resume the services for Ms. [redacted]. We do not want Ms. [redacted] to think that we paid any gentlemen to go out with her, because that is not the case. Each person who receives matches is a client of ours who has invested into our program to find the love of their life. Our only goal is to assist our clients in finding love. Ms. [redacted]’s feedback indicated that the first match went pretty well and she stated that he was a nice man, but there was no chemistry and she wasn’t sure if he was ready to settle down. The second gentleman was retired from the military and works at a cemetery now, but he makes a good living, is a great man and, most importantly, he was a very compatible match for Ms. [redacted]. However, we understand that she did not want to meet him, so we cancelled the match, per her request. In regards to the third gentleman, we were surprised by Ms. [redacted]’s feedback, as this man appeared to be more sophisticated than what she stated. He is an Educator and is successful. Ms. [redacted] felt that he didn’t want to meet due to what she mentioned, but he simply said there wasn’t a connection between them on the phone, so they decided not to meet. We do know there are two sides to every story. The fourth gentleman we matched Ms. [redacted] with appeared to become unavailable. We reached out to him and he did not end up connecting with Ms. [redacted]. We would hope Ms. [redacted] would understand that sometimes our clients do become unavailable and we are unable to control our client’s behavior. We only want everything to run smoothly and we are just as disappointed if things do not. As you can see, we have been working hard on behalf of Ms. [redacted] and have only matched her with men who are compatible with her, according to their profiles. We only hope for the best with each and every match. As we explained, we are just as disappointed if anything goes wrong. However, we want Ms. [redacted] to know that we sincerely want her to be successful with the program. We want nothing more than to help her find the man of her dreams. It is troubling to know that she feels so negatively about our company and feels that she needs to warn others. We have helped so many people find great relationships. We ask that Ms. [redacted] returns our phone call. We want to discuss everything with her and alleviate her fears and concerns. As we previously responded, Ms. [redacted] signed a client obligation form explaining that she agrees to resolve any issues directly with us. She also signed an agreement which states her fee is non-refundable. Again, we kindly request that this case please be closed as “Beyond Purview”, since the agreement shows that there are no refunds. We hope that Ms. [redacted] has a change of heart and contacts us back soon. Thank you again for your time.   Regards,

Texas Singles

Complaint: [redacted]
Dear Revdex.com, I have more info on communications from Texas Singles, including a phone call from [redacted], offering a partial creditwhich I refused. She asked me what the total I was asking for. and she said she'd get back to me. This occurred on Thursday the 25th of May.Thank you, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, We will be reaching out directly to Ms. [redacted] to discuss her concerns. We will notify you when we have further information.Thank you. Kindest Regards,Texas Singles

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:As explained to [redacted] on June 14th (Texas Singles), they have breached their portion of the contract by the dishonest business practices and verbal abuse which have been exhibited on multiple occasions by three separate individuals within their company.  I advised Dee during our discussion that a) the fact that I was verbally yelled at by [redacted]; b) advised that the original customer rep had "dropped the ball and was fired" (not apparently true) and c) that there weren't any available matches in this expansive database that didn't smoke are all points that support the Company has breached aspects of their commitment to me as a client (in only 5 months).  My trust in TS following through on their Agreement after the disrespectful verbal abuse (and lies) and the ability of the company to provide introductions (as per agreement after giving them a second chance), has been lost.  Calling repeatedly with no returned phone calls both pre- and post- meeting the one and only “match” (whose profile was stale) over a 6+ week stretch, being treated disrespectfully on multiple occasions and finally after giving the company a 2nd chance, being advised by the customer service rep (when we finally were able to connect) that there were other customer matters that morning that she needed to deal with and pretty much being "dismissed" as a customer for lack of no matches (without any acknowledgement or apology for not calling me at her 10:30 appointed time) further support the fact that our 2-3 five minute conversations are not indicative of a company wanting to support their portion of the “agreement.”  In fact, the escalation lead, [redacted] (who called 13 days after my request to speak with her) not only embarrassed me in front of someone else but advised me "I'd never be happy with TS or anyone my program was assigned to.”   Based upon her representation of Texas Singles and their inability to provide a service with the same professionalism and respect that they request from their clients, leaves me with NO DESIRE to give Texas Singles a 3rd chance.  Since it was suggested I was welcome to pursue action with the Revdex.com, Attorney General, etc. but that I would never receive any of my “client fee” back, I had asked [redacted] to re-consider a full refund.  She agreed to follow-up but could not make any promises.  We also discussed the fact that I had no desire to ever speak with either of those two representatives of Texas Singles again based upon their verbal abuse and misrepresentation of their service.       As of June 29th, I received an email from [redacted] at Texas Singles, advising that she had left me a voice message to talk with me.  In checking messages, I have no voice messages from Texas Singles and at this point, I have no desire to speak with someone who mis-represented what Texas Singles is supposed to be about.  I’m continuing to request a refund and will pursue every remedy available to me should the company choose not to do the right thing, based upon the poor experience.Other than a background check and three 5-8 minute conversations with [redacted], no resources on the part of Texas Singles have been expended and the agreement has been breached.  I am hoping over time to forget about the hurtfully rude and attacking conversation from the escalation lead, [redacted] as I currently have a very sour taste in my mouth from this entire experience over the last 5 months.  Four different employees have either mis-represented what Texas Singles is supposed to be about and / or have engaged in deceptive business practices in their dealings with me.  For these reasons, I continue to request a full refund and have asked for this case to be reviewed again by management as I do not wish to give the company a third chance to execute on an agreement which by now could potentially have been almost 50% fulfilled, based upon what I was told when I signed up (maybe a year to get through 8 introductions).
Regards,
[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern,
Please note that Ms. [redacted] purchased a program in which she agreed to a payment plan. We processed her payments as scheduled. Also, Ms. [redacted] was also calling our Telemarketing office, which is not...

connected to our actual physical location. However, our Manager spoke with Ms. [redacted] and worked out her issues. This case should now be closed as resolved.

We explain to our clients, and it is included in the paperwork provided to our clients, that we will use our best judgment when providing referrals while keeping their preferences in mind. We also go on to explain that no two people are generally perfectly compatible. We are matching our clients with like-minded individuals and focus first and foremost on compatibility, as this is what makes a relationship last.Mr. [redacted] purchased 10 matches/referrals and has only been matched with 3 ladies thus far. It is important for Mr. [redacted] to provide constructive feedback, so we can refine our search for him. Through feedback, we get to know our clients more and more. Mr. [redacted] has only just begun his program. We feel it is important for him to give the program a fair chance. In addition, Mr. [redacted] signed a non-refundable agreement and client obligation form. The client obligation form states that he agrees he must meet all of his purchased matches in order to give our company the full opportunity to meet his expectations of our services. He also agrees to speak with us directly regarding any concerns he may have about his program. If he cannot resolve the issue with Client Services, he agrees to have a phone meeting with someone on our Client Relations team. One of our representatives spoke with Mr. [redacted] and his daughter on the phone in December. Our representative was explaining that Mr. [redacted] has been matched with compatible women and asked how he feels we can refine the search. Mr. [redacted] and his daughter became rather upset and used profanity, stating they would be “exposing” us. We do not understand, as we have only provided our services as they were described to Mr. [redacted] both verbally and according to the paperwork he signed and received copies of upon joining. We are matching Mr. [redacted] with compatible women and we hope for the best with each match we put together. We would like Mr. [redacted] to know that we conduct a managerial review at the duration of each client’s program. Management will get together to discuss the client, matches, etc. and determine if any matches should be “comped” or “bonused back”, depending on the circumstances. We only wish to continue working with Mr. [redacted]. We ask that he has a change of heart and decides to contact us, so we can work through this situation. We are here for him and value him as a client.Thank you,Texas Singles
