I am rejecting this response because:i never agreed to any such thingTexas Singles first contacted me without mentioning the complaintThey told me they were still trying to match me.they called me a second time within the hour that time mentioning the complaint with Revdex.com and asking me to withdraw my nothing would come out of itI flatly refused to do so and was told that they would have to put my search on administrative hold until this matter was resolved

I am rejecting this response because: For Texas Singles to suggest that I am in the wrong in any way is an insult. I have a paper that is bright yellow and states in bold letters the requirements from me….no where on this paper does it state I must log on every month. No one has ever told me I had this responsibility, if this is such a big deal why do they not stress it? If it is on a paper anywhere it is in small letters and not readily noticed. As I stated in my last letter, any activity that occurs on my Texas Singles account is immediately sent to my personal email at the same time. I did log on after Texas Singles last response and there has been NO activity on my account since I had the one match. The messages only began after I made this complaint…..and this DID show up on my personal email also. I am also appalled at the response Texas Singles gave regarding trying to reach me. I am a nurse and work hour days. Every day that I have off I have tried numerous times to contact Texas Singles, only to get the answering machine….this is not an isolated event, if you read the other complaints the same thing is happening to other members. I received several emails stating that Texas Singles had tried to contact me. If I was not at work I immediately tried to call back and never got an answer. My phone rarely shows a missed call from Texas Singles on the days they claim they reached out to me. In one instance I had my phone sitting right next to me, I got an email that stated they had just tried to call….there were no missed calls and the phone did not ring. I have no problems with anyone else getting a hold of me on my phone, so my reception is not a problem. Texas Singles has not addressed any of my complaints about the lies and deception that I was subject to on my personal interview with *** ***. She stated that every person was met face to face and led me to believe that she knew of someone perfect for me, that there were many men available and I would meet someone very quickly…..if that was not the case and she had to check preferences she should not have given me that information….I was blatantly lied to. In my original complaint many of the complaints from other customers of Texas Singles state the same things that I have experienced and continue to experience. This is not a reputable company. If they were there should be no problem in issuing a refund to me. They continue to tell half truths….I am not that hard to reach

This is in response to Ms*** recent rejection to our response regarding her program with Texas Singles. Please be advised that we have been trying to connect with Ms*** but her schedule has made it difficult to connect with her. Also, I would like to point out that per our Regulations, clients are required to log into their account monthly to view any activity and connect with their matchmakersMs*** states that she had not heard from us until she filed her complaint, however, she did not log into her account as required. We state to our clients that the program both ways regarding communication. She also needs to understand that our program is based on quality, we do not just send out referrals to fulfill the contract. We focus on what the client is looking for in a mate and even though we may have someone who meets all of her preferences we need to look at the other client’s preferences as well to see if she is what they are looking forWe would like to continue to work with Ms*** and show her how this program can work for her as it has for many others. What we are requesting of her is to work with us with a positive attitude and realistic set of expectations

I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: As explained to Dee on 6/(contacted me from Texas Singles), they have breached their portion of the contract by the dishonest business practices and verbal abuse which has been exhibited on multiple occasions by three separate individuals within their company While I had every interest in leveraging a reputable agency to aid in my desire to meet other single professionals interested in a relationship, the fact that I was verbally yelled at by ***, advised that the original customer rep had "dropped the ball and was fired" (not apparently true) and that there weren't any available matches in this expansive database (who didn't smoke) are all points that support the Company has breached aspects of their commitment to me as a client (in only months)Whether there's an available match for me today or not is not relevant to the breach (although I was told getting matches would be fairly easy for me when I first signed up) My trust in TS following through on their Agreement after the disrespectful verbal abuse (and lies) and the ability of the company to provide introductions (as per agreement after giving them a second chance), has been lost based upon the first match (which I had tried to help them understand needed his profile updated after just talking to him on the phone many times; yet was told I needed to give him a chance (and did) and immediately followed up per our "agreement." It took me many, many phone calls to even raise awareness to TS about this "match" and his stale profile and lack of compatibility Secondly waiting for over weeks and calling repeatedly after the first match and completion of the feedback survey and never hearing anything back until I started escalating are more proof of the lack of follow through and customer focus by either *** and/or *** Finally after giving the company a 2nd chance and then being advised by the customer service rep (when we finally were able to connect) that there were other customer matters that morning that she needed to deal with and pretty much being "dismissed" as a customer for lack of no matches (without any acknowledgement or apology for not calling me at her 10:appointed time) further support the fact that our 2-five minute conversations were not building any rapport or further knowledge by the customer relations manager of what I was even interested in dating.....After a less than minute conversation and request to again have my poor experience escalated on May 24th, I waited for days to hear from the escalation lead She not only embarrassed me in front of someone else by telling me that I'd never be happy with TS nor anyone I was assigned to and that I was welcome to pursue action with the Revdex.com, Attorney General, etcbut that I also would never receive any of my non-refundable fee back regardless of what I did When I tried to speak, the individual interrupted me multiple times blaming me for my poor experience to date and emphasizing the fact that even if she assigned me to a 2nd customer lead that "i was likely to never be happy with my experience." Being told this by an escalation lead at Texas Singles further solidifies the lack of commitment for the company to meet the legal obligations of the agreement I advised *** that I would appreciate her taking my request for a full refund to leadership (based upon my last two extremely poor interactions with the company She again reiterated I would never see a refund and that furthermore since 5/24, they now had finally found a "match" for me; although his availability still needed to be vetted At this point, I do not believe anything I am told as 1) I was told the first girl, ***, had been fired for "dropping the ball" on my account (not necessarily true), 2) I was told there were no matches available based on my criteria of a non-smoker, and 3) I was verbally "attacked" by the escalation lead when told I would never be happy with anyone she would assign to my "program." Based upon ***'s feedback and the disrespectful tone, attitudes and responses from Vxxxxx and Kxxxxxx who are all representatives of Texas Singles and responsible for executing on the terms of this "agreement", I truly would request a full refund Other than a background check and three 5-minute conversations with ***, no resources on the part of Texas Singles have been expended and the agreement has been breached I am hoping over time to forget about the hurtfully rude and attacking conversation from the escalation lead, *** as I currently have a very sour taste in my mouth from this entire experience over the last months The sales lead also acknowledged in the one and only conversation that I had with him that "he wasn't even sure why I was even matched with xxx", the one and only match that has been provided since February 8th Four different employees have either mis-represented what Texas Singles is supposed to be about and / or have engaged in deceptive business practices in their dealings with me For these reasons, I am only requesting a full refund of my "client fee" for now and have asked for this case to be reviewed again by management as I do not wish to give the company a third chance to execute on an agreement which by now could potentially have been almost 50% fulfilled, based upon what I was told when I signed up (maybe a year to get through introductions).Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: As of this date I have not been contacted by Texas Singles nor did I ever expect them to It has been like this from the very beginning with very poor customer service, lies and deceit I think this company needs to be investigated as I do not believe at this point it is a legitimate match making service It is far too easy to take peoples money and not deliver on a promised service and then claim you don't have to refund My security and safety were breeched as well as that of my child In addition I was harassed by the first individual they matched me with and the second spilled that he was allowed to see my profile and pictures and basically pick me and this is not what this process is supposedly about I am seeking your assistance again to get my $2,refunded I have been widowed for almost years now and thought that an "Elite" dating service was safer then being out and about however, what I've discovered is that is not the case at all and I was taken for $2, Which by-the-way is not what every customer pays as I discovered by the two individuals I was matched with Seems women pay more??? At any rate, per your email below you said I could reach out to you again if I was never contacted Thank you so much for your assistance and are there organizations that you are aware of that I could pursue a lawsuit against this company?Very Respectfully,***

I am rejecting this response because: it does not take 3,dollars to compile a profileI filled out all the paperwork in the face to face and then an additional set of similar paperwork onlineThe men I was matched with were not compatble with meIf these people were doing their job, they would know thisI talked to several matchmakers within the years and nothing was accomplishedThese men were not in the right age bracket, religion, or salary bracketI kept trying to corrct this with the company, but it seemed like they really didn't careAfter years, I have no companion, missed out on a family vacation because lack of funds, and I'm not able to proceed with some medical tests beccause I can't afford itAll I want is my money back.

By my calculations I was on hold for less than weeks of months (This is if you include the June to August break, which I don't recall I cannot find an email in my sent folder or in the email correspondence they provide I can only find an email that says I want to reactivate my account.) I still think that one date in a total of months is not acceptable Also, "finding someone" who does not agree to go out on a date with me is not a date It is not anything It baffles me why they would even bring that up as a responseI still maintain that I am generally unsatisfied with the quality of dates the service has set me up onI did inform the company that I was unhappy with the services by contacting Char at an email address she and I had used to officially communicate with multiple times This was on March 8, If the company does not want clients to contact them this way, they should not have their employees initiate contact in this way They are responsible for the communications their employees make and if they initiate contact in a certain way, that means of communication is officially openSince I did not initially recall much of the information the company presented, I will amend my complaint to say that the business only set me up on one date for a total of active months in a year I still find this unacceptable I find it unacceptable that I have been in this program for over two years and I have only gone on what I remember to be dates--even though I have taken approximately five months off That is still well over a year and a half of active status It appears that the company does not have an acceptable pool of participants to fulfill the date contract and has intentionally structured the program in a way that they can take an infinite amount of time to set an individual up on a certain number of dates I asked about this before I signed up and was told that I could regularly expect to be set up on dates I am very frustrated with the company's mischaracterization of the interactions I have had with themAt this time I am willing to withdraw my complaint and continue with my contract with this company (as that is the only option they provide), but I continue to be very unhappy with the service they provide and the responses they provide regarding their failures Based on my unacceptable experience with this company, I truly wish I had never entered into a contract with them Since they have been informed multiple times that I am very unhappy with this service, I expect the company to provide much better service in the future.Regards,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I am writing since my case was closed to see if there were other avenues. I have been working with Texas Singles which I believe to be a scam companyI have asked for a partial refund. The company called me on Friday, November 3rd at 4:pm and then sent an email that they were trying to get in touch with me. I did call them back on Monday as they close at 5pm. I was told the same thing they have continued to say that they are working on a match, but do not have anyone at this time. Then I was told that a client specialist would call me to discuss my situation. I have left a message today about a callback from the customer service specialistI have had no other callsNone of my issues were addressed. I was offered nothing but apologies for the hoods and lack of service. I am rejecting this response because this company gives the same static response to all their unhappy clients. There is a definite pattern of client complaints about the lack of professionalism of the escalation managers, lack of pool of acceptable candidates, lying, high pressure sales techniques they use to scam people who they know are looking for a real connection, and the lack of communication during the entire process. I have complained many of times at all levels they allow me to speak to and no changes have been madeThere is absolutely no way anyone could look at the two men that I met and think for a moment that there would be chemistry. I really thought I was being punked they were so bad. This is not a professional $dating service, this is a scam. No way around it and if anyone looks at the complaints they will see, most of them are saying the same thing. This company needs to have a class action lawsuit brought about them and I intend to look into it. Why is it, we as the customers have to waste our time and money to fulfill our side of the contract, but the company who signed the other side does not? I will not stand for it any longer, nor will I accept their lies in response to my complaints. This is not a problem with chemistry, it is common sense that the two men I met were in no way going to be acceptable and the others didn't meet even my most basic requirements so if they have such a large pool of men, then why are they bringing me options that do not fit even my most basic requirements. It's all lies. They said I would be super easy to match, told me stories of men they had in mind, of course none of them were offered to me when the time came to date. Hmmmm.....I wonder why that is???? Also, the escalation manger later told me I was hard to match because I am and don't want to have anymore kids. Really? How many people in their 40's still want children? I'm on other FREE sites and have no trouble finding matches for myself with men that don't want more kids, but this professional service I paid $for can't find one! So which is it...I'm easy to match or hard? They just talk over themselves because they know they sold a premium service that they have no ability and no intention to provide and they keep the money they make you pay them upfront. It's all a scam and they should be shut down immediately. Their Revdex.com ratings, pattern of similar complaints, and reviews speak for themselves. They are a dishonorable company, stealing money form elderly people, veterans, single parents and good people who really wanted to believe in finding a solid match and instead they/we are all being robbed while they give static responses knowing we were all scammed into signing iron clad contracts. However, what they don't seem to realize is they signed the other side of that contract and have in no way delivered the service I was sold. They are the ones in breech of contract and therefore I deserve a refund!
