I purchased a dog bandana and scrunchie set on December 13, 2019. I received the order on December with the bandana but no scrunchie. I contacted the company and was told they would ship out the scrunchie as well as a surprise gift. Nearly 2 weeks later I still had not received the scrunchie. I contacted the company and they sent me a code to repurchase the schrunchie for free. However the matching scrunchie is not available to purchase in its own, only as a set so the free code is worthless. I contacted them multiple times via email, private message and comments and they have no responded to me. I simply want them to ship to me the scrunchie that I paid for.

The schrunchie was not available on the website on its own as they stated but after they received your letter, and I explained again to them that it was not available on its own, they gave me a code to repurchase the set, which I received yesterday. Thank you for your help with this.

I ordered a Bandana and matching scrunchy for me and my dog. I never received the scrunchy only the bandana. I have contacted them numerous times through email and *** and they will not respond back and will not give me a refund or send me the scrunchy.

This company cannot be trusted. They will scam you will fantastic discount codes to get you to order. When you order, everything seems secure and legitimate, like ordering from any other site. I received an email that said my items had been scanned at the post office. However, days passed, and not tracking information was ever provided. I reached out to the company and they said this: “ ’m sorry you haven’t received your package. Once it is in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service the delivery of the parcel is out of our hands.

As a one time courtesy, we will gladly issue you a specific code enabling you to recorder the items FOR FREE.
*** You MUST REPLY to this email to (1) confirm your address and (2) you order number. Put “RESHIPPING CODE NEEDED” in the email subject line.

We will email you within one business day with the code so you can reorder at no cost.”

I told them, this was absolutely not a solution, and that I wanted a refund, or some real tracking information on my products, but they stopped responding.
This is a ridiculous way to conduct business, and it frustrates me that a company claiming to donate to charity, is actually stealing from innocent people. They need to be shut down ASAP.

I purchased two sets of Bandanas and scrunchies from the Buddy Bandana site that I found on ***. I submitted an order and payment was accepted. Upon receiving my package, only one set was included. I immediately reached out to their customer service department via email and *** direct message (as that is how I had communicated with them before ordering). I was told via *** that they were sorry I did not receive my full order and they would be sending my other set immediately. Several weeks passed without any further information; tracking number, or a fulfilled order. I reached out several more times to their customer service department via email as that is what their website said was the best form of communication. They emailed me back stating my package was delivered, they provided me the original tracking number for the half order that did arrive. I asked for a refund for the other order and they stated I would need to mail back whatever I wanted to return, at my expense. Except, I never received the other set and yet they accepted my payment for it. I have tried to remedy this with them several times without luck and do not want another consumer to be taken advantage of in this way. It was an expensive purchase and they did not fulfill their end.

I ordered 5 different bandanas and received only 3. The packaging didn't even match the items I received. They answered my email saying they would send me the missing items, but never did.
Never trusting them or any other un-accredited brand like this again.

I ordered a matching scrunchie and bandana from this company on November 25th with the promise of receiving the package within 5 days. After my purchase I received an email with an order number and a link to track my package which of course did not work. Once I did not receive the package within 7 I messaged the company via ***, which I did initially to receive a discount code and at that time was responded to immediately. Of course this time while messaging them I never received a response. After this initially message I sent 4 more with once again no response. I can see that they are active in their page and they are updating their stories and pictures. I would either like my money back or the actual product.

Hi ***,As stated on our website and on all order confirmation emails, "After a purchase has been made, ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH BUDDY BANDANA MUST BE COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL AT ***" As I review your complaint I see that we sent you an order confirmation on November 24 with instructions on how to reach customer service. We shipped your item out (November 25) one day after it was ordered and a shipment confirmation email was sent to you. On December 13 I notified you via email that your package was returned to us by your local post office marked "no such street". At that time I offered you a way to have the package resent with a corrected address. I have had to correspondence from you via email during this time. Please see your email dated December 13 and you will be able to resolve this issue. They dont keep up with their own lies, try to blame you for their issues and I have yet to even get the product I purchased. Absolutely a scam

After ordering I reached out to Animal Hope and wellness to seek approval that they actually donate. They showed me the thousands of dollars of donations they have sent and the dogs they have helped save! I am so happy wearing this knowing it helps dogs.

I bought a product from them and I never received it. They told me they sent a new one. Another week or so went by and I still hadn’t received it. I then emailed them again about it and they started saying things that didn’t make sense so I sent them screenshots of their own emails to me and I asked for my money back. That’s when they stopped emailing me or contacting me back in anyway. I never received the product therefore I should get my money back or the product.

I was contacted via *** on October 18, 2019 to be a part of the Buddy Bandana's Ambassador program. I received a special discount to order their products. I excitedly purchased two bandana packages and received an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email that I would receive my package within 2-5 business days. It is now November 7, 2019 nearly a month later, and I still haven't received my orders and I don't believe I ever will. I contacted the company on *** which is where they first contacted me asking for a tracking number or status on my package. I never got a response. I then left a message on their "contact us" page on their website. Never heard back. I was left with no choice but to start commenting on their *** posts to get help in resolving this issue. They have been deleting my comments and any other comments left from others about not receiving their order. They have no other way of contacting for any customer support issues. This company is avoiding upset customers who paid a lot of money for their products but never received them while covering up all issues on social media so no one else is aware of the scam they are pulling. This company is a total sham and should be removed from the internet and people should have their money refunded. I know I am not the only one who never received their order and I will not be the last.

They scam people out of their money. Items are cheap if they come at all. Refuse to answer emails, complaints, or comments

I was buying bandanas for my dogs online. The site offered me 40% off if I was a brand ambassador so I decided to buy two and support their cause of helping shelters. After paying I only received one bandana and I tried to get a hold of the company from October 20 until November 2. There has not been a response. Also, they banned me from their site so I cannot email or warn customers about their terrible customer service.

Hello, There was a fulfillment issue and only part of her order was sent, we have received her email asking for a new order and we processed an additional one and re-sent it to her. She has received it last week, we have kept an open line of communication with her via email the entire time. We deny any allegations that we have "blocked" her from our site, that would be impossible technologically as we cannot block any one user from accessing our website, it is 100% public.

Please add your rejection comments below. The reason I reject their statement is because it is a lie. I’ve provided other screen shots of me trying to get to them with no response. They did not send my other half of my order. I didn’t receive a package or a email confirming that they sent one to me. Where is the proof? Also, they did block me from their *** when I tried telling others about the problems I’ve had from their website. I was not saying their website it was their *** profile where they get people to be brand ambassadors and then don’t give them their product. I did finally get a response from *** that owns the business but he tried to continually tell me to reach out to customer service even though no one would answer. Eventually he gave me a refund which is also in the screenshots I have sent with this email. I will not try to pursue further is the refund goes through, so thanks Revdex.com!
