Saw an advertisement on a social media platform requesting ambassador dog models for the company. They gave me a discount code, I ordered. On 06/27/2020. I received a notice of shipment in the 29TH. As the order was supposed to take 3-6 business days to arrive, I sent an email on 07/09/2020 to see where the item was. I was told to wait a full 3 weeks due to COVID-19. It has now been 4 weeks. I sent another email two days ago and one yesterday and have not gotten a response.

I purchased 3 bandas for my dogs. 3 weeks later, the tracking information still says the post office hasn’t accepted the shipment. After trying for weeks to remedy the problem and dealing with bots, and snarky customer service reps over email, I still haven’t reviewed my product, any information, or a refund, I will be filing a dispute with my financial Institution for this apartment scam. Very disappointed. Don’t fall for this elaborate scam like I did.

I also am very nervous about my partnership with Buddy Bandanas. I placed my order this evening and originally saw a confirmation email and then it disappeared. I had been chatting with Megan on Instagram with very quick (almost instant) responses back and forth and as soon as I ask about another confirmation email I hear nothing. I really hope this is not the start to another horror ending from this company. I really want to love them.

Purchased and paid for product using ***. Never received item purchased. Company will not return messages or calls. On website there is no way to ask for refund.

Do not order from this company! They have TERRIBLE customer service! They sent me the wrong size and item and refuse to let me return or send me the item that I PAID FOR.
I paid for a large bandana for $35 and received a small. I have posted complaints on their *** and Instagram and they just deleted all of them.
I have screenshots of their inability to help me if anyone is interested.

This company is horrible. They contacted me on social media about using my dog as a model and gave me a discount code to order with. I made my purchase and have since received nothing. I never got a shipping confirmation nor did I receive my order. She also claimed they would throw in a free gift but I see now that’s a ploy to get you to waste your money. DO NOT buy from this company. It’s a total scam. They draw you in with emotions about donating to shelters. What a disgrace.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. awful service and products. took me 2 months to get a package (was promised 3 day shipping and a freebie- neither were fulfilled) got an email from Anne the customer service manager 4 months after I emailed the company. if you want to support dogs in need seriously just donate to your local shelter, your money will be MUCH better spent there.

Please keep your complaints to the Revdex.com factual. You placed an order in May (just two months ago) so your claim that it took four months to receive a response from us is false. You received responses within one day of each of your emails to us - I can provide copies for you if you wish. Your order was delivered with tracking a few weeks after it was ordered during this COVID crisis. If you were unhappy with our products, you were able to return them for a full refund during the allowed return time line. Unfortunately, as nice as they are this is a scam. I fell for it so I deserve what I got, but please trust the other 90% of these reviews that state a "product was never received" and "you never get in contact with a real person". Order items on July 1st. Received email confirmation same day and a shipping confirmation the next day. It has been 13 days since then and I haven't heard from anyone about shipping delays. I sent the support desk an email. No response. Sent another. Messaged *** and got an automated response to , again, email the support desk. I sent another email (same evening) requesting a refund. I'm very disappointed in them and in myself for being foolish. Save your money and donate to a shelter instead of investing in this.

I received my order very fast! We got our Bandana, two masks, headband, and a scrunchy today (7/13) after ordering on Wednesday (7/8). Love the product! Very soft!

I connected with "Megan" via *** today. I too was provided a 40% code and placed an order immediately in hopes to support what appeared to be a great company. I quickly discovered the reviews listed here and tried to connect through two different emails to reassure me that my order (and this company) were legitimate. Unfortunately, neither email were valid and immediately bounced back to my inbox.
I have no idea how to contact this company aside from their (also likely fraudulent) contact page. Very disappointing.

I ordered a hat and a bandana for my dog on June 6th. They told me it would get to me within a couple days, I then messaged them on *** asking what’s going on and they were sarcastic saying they are not sure what I mean. It’s now over a month later, and I STILL HAVE NOT received my order. at this point it is so ridiculous I just want my money back if the order is never coming. Very unprofessional.

I contacted them through *** to be part of the embassador program. A person named *** (which ended up being a bot) gave me some information about the company, website, etc.
She offered me a discount to buy their product and open a discount under my last name to share with others so they could get a discount.
Three days later after my purchase I received an email informing me that the order was on my way, and provide a link where I can check the status of my order. Link that never worked.
I contacted them through email, *** and *** and the same bot gave me the same response. They said my order was delivered, then I asked them again and the bot in the email and *** replied the order was just delivered on July 7 to an usps location.
It’s impossible to talk to a human. Their phone number doesn’t work.
They promise a gift with my original purchase. On the emails they said if I wanted I tracking number I had to pay $2.99.
I contacted my bank to stop them from charging me money since until today I haven’t received anything. A dispute is open in my bank account.
They blocked me on their social media and keep deleting my messages.

I recently bought from the website without reading reviews and I just realized that It is very likely that I will never get the product since I havent even received my confirmation after I paid and it is imposible to get in contact with anyone that is not a robot

Was in contact with Megan about my dog possibly being a pet ambassador and I ordered a couple of matching sets. I just received in the mail like a week or two later and can't wait to take some pics and hopefully have them posted! I've told my friends about it as well and will probably be putting in another order! Thanks!

Please keep in mind we are a family-run business and operate our customer service Monday - Friday. Here in the US, it was a federal holiday on Friday,July 3rd, and our office was closed. Also note, when orders are placed overseas, the amount charged is in US dollars which could account for any confusion.

If I could give zero stars I would. Like many of the reviews, I was told that I would be an “ambassador” and could get 40% off my order so long as I posted a pic of my dog in the bandana on social media. They took my money happily and never sent the product. The *** messenger contact is an automated robot, so don’t bother with that. There is no phone number to call. I sent them emails but got a different person everytime saying the same generic script. Horrible company, horrible customer service, and it is absolutely despicable how they claim to to help rescue shelters. Shame on them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This is a scam. They told us if we bought their merchandise they would feature a picture of our dogs. They did not. They were responsive on instagram before we bought the bandana then they would not respond after. After many messages they finally told us there was a "queue" for posting pictures that was 100s of people long. That was not true. I talked to some customers that they posted pet pictures within 24 hours. I was very disappointed in their misrepresentations, lying and unresponsiveness. Do not expect them to post a pet picture as they promise. They will lie to you.

0/0 due to never receiving my order. I placed my order a few months ago and have tried contacting them multiple times to either see my tracking information or to refund the order if it cannot be fulfilled. No one has responded since placing my order.
