DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I ordered 2 sets of bandanas from this company. One set was sent to me and the other never was, which is weird because they should have been sent in the same package due to the fact I ordered them at the exact same time. When I reached out to the company over a week after ordering via messenger (my original mode of contact) the person I spoke to (Megan) said she would re-send my package with "a special gift" included without even asking or inquiring which product I didn't receive. I then went to the official website and noticed any order issues should be sent via email. I then emailed them and spoke to someone named Karen who then informed me it was her fault part of my package was not included and she would send me a code to re-order the product for free. I tried reaching out multiple times after that through email and messenger on facebook for the code and NEVER received it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Soo glad I looked up their reviews! I have the exact same story! Megan sent this very nice message about buying the set for a significant discount and how we could send in our picture for it to be posted.. I messaged her regarding the reviews on this page and the fact that they have deleted almost every comment on posts and she read it, started to respond and then stopped. Everyone should report them to *** to have their page removed!

They advertise that you'll be a brand ambassador, but it's just so you'll buy the product! When you actually buy the product, and send them the pictures they just block you when you try to get answers!

My 12 year old daughter just initiated a convo with "Megan" today. It all is very familiar and similar to the stories here already. Promises of discounts, brand ambassador, sharing photos, etc.
Luckily she came home and showed me and said she wasn't so sure. We decided to look up the business and thankfully found all your reviews.
As a mom I am disgusted that "Megan" is conversing with my 12 year old, especially since "she" knows that she is underage. After stating she was a girl she was still sent a code and doing business with a minor. Now to find out she may have spent her hard earned money of something that may not arrive is sad.
when my daughter mentioned she was no longer interested, "Megan" ask for photos.

I wish I had been smart enough to look at this BEFORE I spent so much money buying products from this company.. my package was missing products and I sent a message right away but didn’t get a response. Then after not even having the product I DID receive for less than 12 hours, it all ripped.. Really poor quality stuff and based off of all these comments I shouldn’t be expecting a refund.. damn I hope everyone else does their research because let me tell you.. I am incredibly disappointed.

My 13 year old daughter found this company online, and loved that they supposedly helped shelter dogs. She messaged the owner, Megan, through *** asking about the product, and telling her about her dogs. Megan immediately got back to her, and promised my daughter that if she bought their very expensive matching bandana and hair accessory, that she and her dogs would be brand ambassadors. Megan also promised she would put give her a "bonus surprise item" if she bought the bandanas. I agreed to the purchase and my daughter was so excited and anxiously awaited their arrival. She took pictures with her dogs the day the items (though no bonus item) came and sent the pictures to Megan. Not only were the pictures not posted as promised, but Megan never even responded back to my daughter. I followed up myself messaging Megan and never heard back either. This company is preying on children and not delivering on promises. It is a scam, buyer beware!

I saw a pop up ad on my *** page for the Buddy Bandana, I then reached out to the company and was emailed rather quickly by someone named *** on the account page. I then went forth and used my 40% off coupon and ordered a bandana for my dog, after a day or two it said that my order was shipped, but when I tried checking the tracking number nothing came up. I have reached out to the companies *** page as well as there company email and not one response, yet I constantly see their "active now" bubble on my page. I came to this website and was shocked to see some of the reviews. Honestly, at this point I just want to be able to speak to someone in charge in order to sort this issue out

LIARS, SCAMMERS, FRAUD!! After a pleasant online conversation with "Megan" saying how beautiful my dog was and that he would be a great "ambassador" for their products, I was a sucker and ordered several products (some of which were gifts). Within minutes of my purchase, I received a text confirmation of my order. The very next day I received another text letting me know that my package was shipped. It should be noted that they do not provide (or even offer for an additional fee) tracking for their packages. I contacted the company numerous times via ***, ***, and direct emails to their customer service, all with no response. After my third follow-up email, they responded and said sorry you didn't receive your package. We can confirm that the post office received it, but they told us that it takes 12 business days to be disbursed. It's been more than a month. I went to the post office, they have no records of any transactions with this company. So I reached out to them again. They replied back almost immediately and said that I must have entered my address wrong and that there is nothing they can do!!!!!!!!!! So here I am out $50 with no items! They will now respond to nothing! They are re-posting their ads on *** and *** daily. Within hours, they delete ALL negative comments and reviews and start a new post. I have now made contact with 37 other people total who have also shared my exact same experience. I have saved every single email, text, and the screenshots that others have sent me (proving that these are automated responses, as they are identical to mine). I made a formal complaint to my credit card company, but they are also saying that there is nothing they can do. I'm not letting this go! I want something done! Not only are they scamming people out of money, they are lying about helping any kind of dog rescue and/or positive cause. Even if I were to receive my long-awaited package right this second, I will still fight for this company to be shut down and exposed!!! If you are reading this, you should be disgusted with yourselves! Eventually, you will be caught!

I ordered the buddy bandana and a scrunchie set. Items took forever to ship. Once they arrived, the product was not what was advertised. Bandana was very thin with stitching coming apart. It didn’t last a day on my dog, and the ends of the fabric were unraveling. I had no option but to toss it in the trash. When I contacted the company, I was ignored and blocked on their social media. What a disgusting way to handle their shortcomings.

I placed an order with this company for two bandanas in December and never received it. I inquired and received this email from them...
“Once it is in the hands of the U.S. Postal Service the delivery of the parcel is out of our hands. As a one time courtesy, we will gladly issue you a specific code enabling you to recorder the items FOR FREE. *** You MUST REPLY to this email to (1) confirm your address and (2) you order number. Put “RESHIPPING CODE NEEDED” in the email subject line. We will email you within one business day with the code so you can reorder at no cost.”

I followed their directions, although this seemed like a very odd way to deal with missing deliveries. The code did not work. I have requested a refund and have not heard from them since.

If I could give zero stars I would. This “company” advertises on ***. This “company” promises to use your dog as a model for their product, tell you you’re a “brand ambassador” if you buy their product, then once you do they never post your dogs photo, ignore any messages you send or comments you leave on their page. Then when you warn others of the scam they’re running they block you from their page. I’m not the only one this has happened to. They’re claiming to help homeless animals and I REALLY hope that’s the case. For now I feel like they are scamming many people.

*** REPLY: I DID email the business customer service email and she responded with please provide your order number and I can send you a code to get the items again. I sent her the order number and haven’t received my order or a code or anything else.

I was considering making a purchase for myself and as a gift. I accidentally processed the order and immediately contacted the company to request they cancel it so I could alter my selections. They refused, claiming the items had already shipped (60 seconds later) and said I would have to ship the items back. I then requested they send me a return label, which they refused to do. I eventually paid to ship the items back to their address, but never received reimbursement. I have attempted to reach them multiple times but have never received a response. I am worried this company is actually a scam and hope that someone can look into it.

I reached out to Buddy Bandanas on Dec. 27th via *** about being an ambassador. I saw a post the company had posted via *** asking for dog models. Excited to help what I thought was a worthy cause I reached out. I was messaged back immediately. After messaging back and forth 8 times on the 27th, we picked back up messaging on the 28th and finalized an order for a Camo set, my cost $21. They also provided me a 40% off code for friends and family. It's now January 14th, I have no product, I've been reaching out to the company since Jan 6th 4 different times, trying to get info on my order. They have not responded once! I can see when they're active, and I still get no response back. I went to the actual website and emailed with no response back as well. It saddens me that they're taking advantage of such a needed cause for animals.

This company at no time ever sent a message out that operations would be shut down for Holidays. It was never emailed or posted on there ***. They responded back to my email finally saying that there *** rep was overwhelmed. Although they're still posting and asking for ambassadors. I want a full refund asap! My order number was #***. Initially, “the buddy Bandana” appeared as a sponsored add on ***. Like many others, I thought it was safe to assume the individuals whom created this site are good people. Unfortunately I was wrong. Not only was I lied to about accepting my return (due to ordering a small on accident, instead of a large) I was ignored, humiliated and deceived.
I ordered a matching set through this company around the end of November. After I received this product I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I then emailed said company and asked for an exchange/return. They explained that they do not accept direct exchanges, however, once they received my package they said they will issue me a new code for a matching set for free. I never heard back for weeks. I then sent an additional email, asking if they received my package and this is what they said: “We received your items. We also received a nice surprise of a *** in the package. Not only that, but all the items were not included. We find this level of immaturity and mockery to be extremely absurd. If you'd like to send the remainder of the items, WITHOUT a special surprise, we would be happy to grant you a refund. Once you've received the refund, you are welcome to purchase whatever you'd like, as we do not do direct exchanges. Thanks for your time. Jess”
Now, I would like to make this very clear: that did not happen. They received all items, as well as NO ***. I had asked for pictures, explained that this was not my package they were talking about, and was ignored by them AGAIN.
I really have no words appropriate enough to describe how foul and disgusting someone can be to lie to a customer who solely buys a product hoping that proceeds would go to a good cause, just to get out of refunding them. Or, at the very least sending back the product or product code to receive the correct size.
Moreover, I feel this company is misleading. No where on their page do they post anything proving (that I can find) they help animals from every purchase. They post a random picture of a dog that’s changed on their website once a month. On their social media they post pictures of people with their animals who buy their products, or “brand ambassadors”, but where are these shelter animals you claim to be saving or helping? (Rhetorical)
Next time I will do more research before handing money to a fraud. I hope my post can save someone else a headache. As a zoology major, I find this very disturbing.

This company I believe is prejudice. I ordered a Buddy bandana and the CSR via *** was so nice and promised to post my pups pic and I on there *** page. I guess when I sent the pic they saw I was African American and decided not to respond to any of my messages and no post to the site. Wish I would have never ordered from them. I use the Buddy rag (dog doesn't even like it) to wipe his paw after a walk.
