This company uses a ploy of “ambassadorship” to gain sales and presents itself as a honest, do-good company that sells cheap items and does not follow through on their end of the deal.
There is no way to file an official complaint or grievance as all forms of communication yield the same automated responses.

We have an excellent customer service team that is ready and willing to address any of your concerns. The email is [email protected]. I see you purchased a product in nine months ago. I am happy to personally post a photo of you pup in the flannel bandana.

Unlike some of the other complaints, I did receive my product, but unfortunately it was damaged and this company is incompetent and unable to help me. Every platform I contact them on is auto respond and completely irrelevant to what I am asking for. Terrible business. Should have read the reviews before spending any money on them.

I received my order, on time without problems, I got what I ordered. I hope the money I paid for it is really going to help pets.

This company is a SCAM! I saw this company's advertisements on *** and decided to give them a try. When I initially inquired they were very responsive and helpful. Once I made a purchase on July 8, I never heard from them again. I received a confirmation email of my purchase and that was it. I reached out on *** after almost a month on August 2nd (I gave them extra time due to Covid) to check in where my items were, got no response. I sent them an email the same day, no response. Dm'd them again on August 11th, they responded 2 days later saying to email them. I sent them ANOTHER email, no response. I Dm'd them AGAIN August 27th, got an automated response unrelated to my inquiry. Once again I contacted them August 29th, and again generic autoresponse. This company is a SCAM. They're very willing to take your money, and then never deliver a product. Judging by all the other complaints, this is a very normal thing for them. This makes it hard to believe they even donate the money they claim they do. Shame.

I’ve heard of this company before and they seemed cute. I would love to have a scrunchie to match my dog’s bandana! Now, on ***, I saw a promotion saying that they are looking for more doggy models, and to message them if you are interested. I did. I received a polite response that asked how I was doing. I responded politely. The next morning, I wake up to find the messages gone, and the *** account vanished. They blocked me. But for doing what? After that, I went to send them an email explaining the situation, hoping to get it resolved- but apparently, there was a permanent error, leading me to believe that the email address is inactive. All of this was just upsetting.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered 7/2/2020 - never received. Contacted company via *** multiple times, got nowhere. This is a scam, and these people are taking your money. Avoid.

I ordered a bunch of bandanas for myself and my new dog from them and they are scamming me and other people out of our money. I can’t get ahold of anyone they do not have a working number or address. I just want my money back! This business should be shut down. They are scamming people left and right out of money!!!

Just like others I was scammed by this company. They give you a “discount code” to use to purchase their products then say they will post pictures of you and your dog if you buy their products, but they never do. What a horrible approach to running a business. Very untrustworthy and the products were also cheaply made. Never again will I support this company.

Generic responses with no real answers. Their products are overpriced and they do no deliver on quality nor service.

I placed an order for a bandana and scrunchie and paid $27 for it, my card was debited and nothing ever shipped to me. I asked several times and they said it was processing. I have now told them to cancel and they are not refunding me or responding any longer.

Horrible customer Service. I have tried to reach out about shipping and tracking number and they are basically ignoring me! I ordered a Bandana and headband. Still haven’t received it. Even though it said it was shipped. But no tracking number.

Awful company. After getting my delivery they blocked me on ***! So pathetic

This company is a scam. They sell matching masks & bandanas for pet owners and their pets. I ordered from them after being contacted to be a "ambassador". Order placed July 31st, on august 3rd I recieved a TEXT saying your order has shipped- no email, no shipping number, no tracking info. In the past few days I got a message on my *** from this "company" asking me to complete my ambassador application? I contacted them demading a tracking number or a refund- they have a robot replier that responds to key words and doesn't actually assit you. I have emailed them as well still to no avail, no tracking info, and still no refund. Paid through *** and it said payment to "***"- which irritated me even more... "***'? As in, they know they are scamming people and think they are a mastermind? This company is a scam and you all need to shut them down ASAP. Their *** page has many of these same sounding complaints and many comments saying people have already reached out to the Revdex.com about this company. Using animals to scam, disgusting.

Be aware, that if my package is not here in one month from the purchase date I will be redoing this complaint to the Revdex.com and you will be hearing from me for a full refund I’ve purchased MANY packages over this whole pandemic and this recent issue with USPS and if any packages were delayed it was by ONE or two days, but so far everything has been on time... except your company’s package. Your process is lacking and having to purchase tracking for a purchase you just made is absurd. No company I’ve ever heard of does this.

Absolute scam and waste of money. Contacted for for an ambassadorship position and afterwards I sent them my postage number and I tracked it myself and it took months to receive. Once I got it, the package was water damaged and I never got the “special gift” for being an ambassador. The scarf I ordered was bad quality to begin with. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

I have contacted the brand numerous times and I have no been contacted back.

I ordered a $21 product from this company. I was never supplied with a tracking number. Ever attempt to contact them regarding my order is met with an automated message.

I found this company on *** and ordered 2 sets of matching bandanas and headbands for my dog and I. I was given a 40% off code and was told there would be an extra gift in my order. I assumed I would get a confirmation email, but have not heard from them. I checked my junk folder too. I kept messaging them and was told they could look up my order by my email address since I didn't have an order number. After a few back and forth messages getting no where, I realized they were automated replies. If this company is a scam, I want my money back. Otherwise I want the products I ordered.

Timely shipping. Kind and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Durable and comfortable products.

TOTAL SCAM! They claim they will post your picture..they won’t. They rope you in and immediately answer your private messages on ***, until you put your credit card info in..then you can’t get a hold of them! I am warning you..don’t fall for it! They just want your money!

I ordered product from Buddy Bandana on July 14, 2020. I received an email stating package was sent on July 16, 2020. I made contact with company on July 28, 2020 to state my package had not been delivered but their site stated it had. They started to investigate. As of today, August 13, 2020, I have not received a package and they have sent me an email asking me to reorder my missing items with a promo code to receive them for "free". I'm not going through this again. I just want my money back.

Worst experience ever! They asked me if I wanted to allow them to make my dog a spokesman/model/ambassador for their company. After agreeing then got me to buy their product at a discount. So I did. It took several weeks to arrive. They asked me to send in pictures of my dog wearing the product. So I did as instructed. Then they told me I needed to buy more product in order to be their representatives. And I needed a order number besides. When I sent the original offer they gave me they claimed it was no good without my purchase order number. So they basically want me to give them free advertising and to pay for it besides. What a scam. The products are paper thin and a kindergarten student probably could see them better!
