I wanted to "help rescues" and be an "ambassador for them" so I went to order because they said they were going to give me a gift and 40% off...but when I went to order, and I have certain websites that check for better prices automatically, and it gave me 50 percentage off without having to give pics and testimonials..I asked the person why they would offer me less than I can find on my own and I hear nothing but crickets...it looked like they were starting to write something back then deleted it...then no response. im glad I did not put out any money for this. I decided to check after I had the experience and I have found all similar comments. I would not trust this company.

This company is a complete scam. They don’t deliver what they promise. They take your money and you don’t get what you ordered at least in my case they didn’t. Then when you try to message them several times you get no response or you get automated responses. Very unprofessional and disappointing to make people believe you are legit and helping a great cause. DONT BUY FROM THEM PEOPLE!!!

The company advertises they need models for their product. They give you a discount code to buy their item. When you get your item they ask you to take a picture of the item on your pet and they will put it on social media. It’s been since January and no picture. I have contacted them multiple times and heard nothing back! You can see others on the site have said the same thing. False advertising and scamming you into buying their product.

Just like everyone here recently, it’s a scam. They had advertised they were looking for dog models, got solicited to purchase bandanas and was promised an ambassadorship and free March, then radio silence after order was purchased. Such a waste. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

So I kept seeing this advertised on *** so I finally hit the chat button and talked to them. I was interested if this was legit because I do photography as a hobby and I love dressing up my dog. They got back to me offering a coupon code of 40% off my order and a free gift. So I thought about it. I think checked to see where they were located and saw it say MA. The person I talked to on messenger also said to let them know when I place my order, send them my order number, and they will include an EXTRA gift. So, since it seemed okay, I ordered my order and gave my order number to the person. At checkout there was an option to add a free sticker, so I did. My order took about 10 days to come. Yes, I picked the free shipping but if the paid for shipping comes in 3 days, I didn't think it would take super long. I got my order today. The material of all three items, the dog bandana, scrunchie, and headband is very cheap material. I picked a size: small for the dog bandana and its huge, it fits me. There was also no EXTRA free gift besides the sticker I choose at check out. Overall, its fine and my dog looks cute but really the material should be more durable for stretching it for our heads and for the use of a dog.

I am seemingly having the same issue as the majority of the respondents here. I ordered a bandana and headband set from The Buddy Bandana, as I was promised to be an ambassador for them and was given a discount code as well as free shipping, that I could share with my friends. I placed my order and received a text the very next say saying that my order had shipped. It has now been a week since I received the order shipment text, so I messaged them asking for a new tracking number or more information, as my tracking number was not provided. I have received zero responses and have not been able to communicate with them at all, since. They have gone to complete radio silence with me and are not responding at all. After reading the reviews here, I am seeing that I am one of the many who have more than likely been scammed. I am also preparing to contact my bank for a fraudulent claim.

Asked to cancel order, and they said they could if it hadn’t shipped, but the next day I got an email saying it shipped anyways. Product I received was terrible quality, and didn’t even have el was tic in it as pictured. I spend about 10 days emailing trying to get a refund. I was charged additional postage because Buddy Bandana didn’t pay enough. They said they would only refund me if I sent the products back but their policy states that “if an item arrives defective the customer should be immediately refunded”. It took about 3 more emails and screenshots of their policy before they finally remembered it and sent an email issuing my refund. It’s been 6 days and I still haven’t received the refund. There were so many other problems too but this is already long enough.

TL;DR, Scam artists that don’t care about their values.

I saw an ad on *** that said I could have my dog be a model for their scrunchie and bandana. I was chatting with Megan and I asked how much they donate to shelters. I asked three times and Megan never answered the question.
When you look on their website, it looks odd. They don't list how much they donate, they list only 1 dog that they helped save. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Contacted the seller about this shipment and "***" refuses to answer my questions. *** was the same series of automated messages that I received during my initial contact that resulted in the order. Unfortunately I looked at Revdex.com reviews AFTER my order. There are many complaints that are exactly like this: conversation prior to order placement, and no contact afterward! I have screenshots of these automated conversations if needed. I received an email indicating shipped, no shipping information is provided on your website (still says "working on"), company refuses to respond to my inquiries.

Will not respond after you make purchases. If you try and warn others they block you from their social media accounts. They just want your money and will not you as a brand ambassador.

I saw an advertisement on *** for this company saying that they wanted dog models for their bandanas. Having just got a new puppy I thought it would be fun to match her and support what I thought was a good cause (they claim to support dog rescues, which I don’t even believe now). I contacted the company in *** and they were quick to respond with “we would love to work with you, here is a coupon code and send us a picture of you and your dog in our product”. So I received a coupon discount and made a purchase for $21.00. I received my order confirmation and two days later I received an email stating it was shipped to me, but when I checked my order status a few days later it still says on the website that It still hasn’t shipped. I tried contacting them on *** and DMed them on ***. On *** I asked about my order status and they essentially repeated my exact conversation about being an ambassador while continually ignoring any and all of my questions pertaining to my order as if it was on autopilot or reading from a script. I have contacted them via email and nothing. Do not do business with this company they are a scam and using the pretext of helping animals to scam people and it’s disgusting. I do not want your product so do not try and ask me to contact you for a free replacement, I just want my money back plain and simple. Disgusting company.

We wrote back to you the same day letting you know it had been shipped out. We did not hear from you again until we received this Revdex.com complaint that you had not received your order. On both the website and on your order and shipping confirmations we clearly indicate this is how to reach customer service after an order has been placed.

BUYER BEWARE!
I am so glad I found these reviews BEFORE purchasing. This company is NOT a nonprofit organization that donates to needy, rescued animals. I believe The Buddy Bandana is a scammer company, they use fake photos or photos of their own paid models, they wait until you purchase something, and then they will purchase those items off of Wish. Many scammer companies do this now, it is not unknown. I really thought Buddy Bandana was legitimate and I was saddened, not only by these reviews but, by what I saw on their website and through my messages with "Megan."
I would NOT recommend anyone purchase through them until they are verified. My experience is below.
I saw their requests for ambassadors and clicked on their IG. I read through them and I was amazed that they "help rescue animals and donate to no-kill animals shelters." I immediately messaged them with a few questions ad a picture of my teacup yorkie to be an ambassador. Someone named "Megan" replied to me within seconds and her response was STRANGE.
I could tell it was prewritten because she didn't respond to my initial questions or my photo of my dog. It was like she spouting off a script. I asked her multiple questions but she did not answer any, instead she kept repeating the same lines. A few alarms went off in my head and I decided to double check the reviews before continuing and then, Thank God, I found this! Not only do these reviews confirm my initial thoughts but, check out their website!
Nonprofits have a legitimate tax ID which they DO NOT. There is NO information of the shelters they donate to or work with. Instead there are random photos of dogs that could personally belong to the scammers. DO NOT BUY.

2. We donate every month to the ***. Our monetary support helps this non-profit organization rescue abused and neglected animals - locally, internationally and throughout the Asian Dog Meat Trade. Buddy Bandana is NOT a non-profit. We DONATE to a non-profit agency.
3. The rescue dog on the website is just ONE of the animals that have been helped - it is not the only one. See *** website for more.
4. Our monthly donations are listed on our Instagram site along with our Tax ID. You may also contact *** directly at *** to confirm our donations to them.
5. All of the photos on our website and *** sites have been sent to us by customers.

I want to give them 0 stars. I saw a social media add and was promised my pet would model any products bought as long as I sent pictures. I was told I would receive a free gift for my pet. They asked me to advertise a discount code on my account and encourage others to buy. I looked at the website and hoped they actually do help shelters although not my local place which I nominated. The products arrived and were very cheaply made. My scrunchy broke and the bandana had terrible stitching with very thin material. No gift was provided. I sent them pictures. No response. I informed them of my dissatisfaction with their products. No response. I read about others who had problems with them on social media. Yet they still advertise and I read others who had issues being treated rudely by other accounts real or not when they warn people.

Much like everyone else on this page, I also interacted with "Megan" through direct messaging on Instagram. She also promised me that my dog would be a brand ambassador and that I would receive "an extra secret gift in the package for being a brand ambassador" - that gift never came. Megan also said "we would love to feature any photos you share with us on our Instagram and website and will tag you." This never happened, either. As soon as I sent her the photos showing off the product, I was completely ignored-radio silence. The conversation Megan and I had prior to me purchasing anything, she was answering within MINUTES. I feel deceived and that I was all part of a plan to get their name out there at my expense. I don't want anyone else to fall into this trap of "bait" advertising. As soon as they know they've got your money (she asks for an order number), communication is turned off. Who knows if the proceeds even go to local shelters... buyers beware.

Buddy Bandana has gave me the run around since October of 2019! They shipped out items I no longer wanted after, I emailed multiple times stating I just simply wanted a refund for not getting a proper discount. As soon as I stated I was doing a dispute and wanting my refund they shipped out items. So then my dispute fell through and I shipped back my items after talking to them again saying I still then needed my refund after the money had been refunded back to them. After they received my items they then claimed I had to cancel my dispute. After I told them I had already lost the dispute, the claim was closed. And sent proof from my bank stating the company did indeed get their money, they stopped responding. So not only did they get the items back for free, and the 88 dollars back that I paid for items I no longer have. They now refuse to respond to any of my emails or they send out an email saying they are looking into it when they indeed aren’ *** now March of 2020 and still no response. I have emailed multiple times in February and eventually gave up. Do not, I repeat do not buy from this company, they lie and ignore you when convenient.

Once we received the items, we initiated the refund process. Per bank rules, the refund was not able to be processed because it was still in dispute with your bank. I believe this website is scamming people. I ordered an item from here on February 16th, 2020 and to this day have not received it. The order originally said 3-6 business days for delivery so when it was past that I email the company and got a response that it can be up the 12 business days so I said okay and not we are almost a month in and I have nothing and can not get in contact with anyone from this company it seems.
