Thin little piece of fabric for $15 what a scam.
Do not buy!!!

I ordered something that was falsely advertised the description from what I received. I reached out and they won't answer me except to ask in a different way. I have several times and they can't understand. They stopped responding.

I ordered a scrunchy and bandana from “The Buddy Bandana” company months ago and my package never came. I am almost positive this is a scam company. They come on here and reply giving reasons why someone’s package never came to get away with it. I don’t want reasons. I want a refund. Shame on you.

Our policy states that customers must contact us within 45 days of receiving their shipment confirmation email to address any issues - including delivery. Your first contact with us was 93 days after shipment. Despite being outside of our permitted policy I will work out a solution for you. Please see the separate email I have sent to this address. Only giving one star because I have to give any stars to leave the review. After starting a partnership with The Buddy Bandana, I was extremely dissapointed in the quality of the product and asked for a refund and to terminate our partnership. The Customer Service assisted me quickly via email, and I returned the items via *** (I paid return shipping) and had it returned to their North Chatham facility. Several weeks later, after delivery of the returned item, I reached out to their customer service department as I had not recevieved my refund. I still have not heard back.
Coincidentally, on *** messenger their team reached out to inquire about starting a partnership with me (ironic, no?). I said no, but maybe you can assist me with my refund! Of course, they couldn't find my order number, the chat agent was extremely unprofessional, and wound up "creating a ticket" with her supervisor to return my inquiry for refund. I'm not holding my breath.
Don't waste your time or money, folks.

Was supposed to be an ambassador, ordered with a discount code. I was told a special gift would be included which was not. Package arrived and bandana was super thin and frayed on the ends - company is scamming people to buy their bandanas and promising to use the photos of your dog and THEY DO NOT. They don’t even give any funds to Help dogs which they say they do. Don’t trust this company. I let them know my concerns for quality and they replied with an auto “check out all of our REAL customer reviews” All the good reviews are fake.

My order was shipped on 7/27. I replied to the *** message conversation I had been having with them and they said it was in route to its final destination. That was a week and a half ago. I was told tracking would cost me 2.99 when someone finally returned my email. I emailed again and got no reply. I have no product either or way to get refund as my last two emails went unanswered

I reject your offer in the email you just sent asking me to reorder at zero cost. I no longer wish to make unanswered emails and I have no product so would like my full refund. I had seen their advertisements on *** and ***, and decided to buy into their idea. It has now been almost four weeks and I have not received my items even though it says “delivered” using their tracking program. The usps tracking site does not work with this company. I have reached out upwards of ten times trying to resolve the issue. I believe this company could be in business for a quick buck, and not on saving animals in shelters as advertised. They took my money, and never sent a product.

I was excited to order from The Buddy Bandana and also have my pup be an ambassador as they constantly advertise but quickly realized that was not the case at all. I placed an order, sent photos, was told I would receive a special gift for being an ambassador (which I never received) and my dogs photo was never posted. So basically they don’t do ANYTHING they say and for the quality of their products you could make your own or have them made local!

Item was bought on their website and paid for, never received item. Reached out multiple times and just received bot email responses. They claimed that tracking for the purchase was an additional $2.99 or free with $75+ purchase. I spent $21 and was not given an option to purchase tracking.

I bought my buddy bandana with a coupon and the total was $21. When I tracked the package, it told me my total was the original $35. What a scam.

Similar situation
Saw all the cute items for our puppy. Ordered (with a discount because they said”your dog is so cute she can be an ambassador-post pictures of her wearing items)
Waited patiently thinking shipment was delayed due to Covid
Then I received an email please review your items.. I never received them. I email and send message through Instagram asking them to check in this(I had done this a few weeks ago)
Order was in June
Last contact I had with them was your order is on it’s was on JUNE 16

Was like a robot
Instagram message said contact customer service

As per policy on our website after 45 days cannot help you ...
Very disappointed in their “customer “ service
And that I did not receive items I bought
Do not recommend buying from them

I saw an ad on social media about them needing brand ambassadors and I have a cute dog so I thought why not? after exchanging messages on the social media page they gave me a code for 40%off and that they would throw in an extra gift. I received an e-mail that tracking number are only included on orders of $75 and more. after another week of not receiving my order I have sent another email confronting about how it’s been more than 6days for my order to arrive and I still haven’t received it and I would like a refund.
I sent multiple emails to their contact email as well as ***. Order#*** Date payment charged 5/18/2020 Im contacting in regards of being a very unhappy customer. I have yet to receive my package.

We were unable to contact you to let you know this because you did not provide an email with your order. (2) When you did contact us, the order number you provided was wrong so we were unable to locate your account. Ordered on 7/25. Was told it would be delivered in 3-6 days. When that didn’t happen, I contacted them for tracking. They told me it was shipped, but they don’t provide tracking and I needed to wait 3 weeks before contacting them about not receiving the product. It’s one thing to be able to track where my package is. But to wait 3 weeks without even proof that it was shipped? Who sends out packages these days without tracking? At this point I just want my money back!

I wanted to be an ambassador. They contacted me on *** and told me to use a code to get a discount, the discount didn't work. They said instead they would put a special gift in. The first package didn't show up. I reordered and the second package didn't come with said gift. I have not heard from them since. I took tons of pics and tagged them but was never contacted. The bandana fell apart after a month. Not worth it.

Placed an order back in May 2020 and I was patient bc of COVID-19 and delays in shipping all over. Then when nothing showed up by July 2020 I sent an email to ask about my product and they responded that in order to receive a refund or anything in regards to the product, I would have to let them know within 45 days of the order date. I tried contacting them on Instagram too but nothing. The responses seem like a robot wrote it, feels like a scam.

Terrible customer service. I have no idea if my order is being processed and delivered because I can't get a real response from the organization. I'm assuming my $$$ went out the window on this one... Don't purchase from them.

Like other reviews before me, I saw the ad, placed an order on 7/13, and received a text that it shipped 7/16. I requested a tracking number multiple times and was always given the same automatic spiel from the bot. “Sorry, I don’t have that information.” Then, I was told it had been delivered. I stated it had not been received and asked once again for a tracking number. “We are an online boutique not a physical shop” was the response. The vendor quit responding 7/29.

I ordered the camo bandana and scrunchie for me and my pup Gizmo. I love it! It was shipped and delivered within 3 days! I am going to order 3 more sets for my friends with furbabies!!! Nothing but good things to say!!

I wish I could upload my screen shot. I was contacted via *** after inquiring about the dog model they were in search of. After reading these reviews, I quickly changed my mind and inboxed Megan regarding my concerns. The replies I was received were that of a robot. Didn't reply addressing what I had said. Thank you all for saving me the headache with this company.
