This company is a complete scam. I messaged them and got the 40% off code and placed an order April 17th, 2020. I never received the package so I reached out and someone always starts typing and then just never responds. I reached out via email with no luck. I did report the charge and I am just hoping to get my money back.

I unfortunately had the same experiences as others. This is a total scam and I can't believe I fell for it. I wish I had of *** the company before making a purchase. I saw the ad on *** to be a brand ambassador and direct messaged the account. I spoke with a person named Megan. She gave me a 40% off code and said I could share with others and to send pictures once I receive my order and they would share them on their *** page. She also said if I sent her the order number she'd include an extra gift. I placed my order, luckily only $21, and messaged Megan with the order number. Radio silence. I did not receive a confirmation email either like every single other company sends immediately after you make a purchase. I happened to be on *** and saw a Buddy Bandana ad. I looked at the comments and someone had posted this Revdex.com page. I emailed the company and demanded a refund, especially since they haven't mailed my order. No response there either and it's already charged my card. It's truly disgusting what this company is doing and the fact they are pretending to be giving to charity. They are preying on dog lovers and it's such a shame they haven't been stopped or shut down. I really hope action is taken so others don't get taken advantage of.

They reached out to me on *** about my dog and I being brand ambassadors and models for their page. I ordered a bandana and a headband over a month ago. I haven’t received my package AND in the email I got for the tracking information, there is no tracking number. I’ve reached out on *** and *** to see where my package is, both said I was speaking with a “real” person, but every response was automated. I could have said whatever I wanted and would have gotten the same response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I saw an ad on my social media about becoming an ambassador, so of course I hoped on that. They gave me a 40% off code and I immediately went and ordered. Soon after I notified the lady that I ordered and she asked me for my order number to "add a gift" never heard anything back from them and I've sent multiple messages and everything. I got an email saying it shipped, but I have no tracking number, or anything and it's been well past 6 days. I also messaged the company from the website and have gotten no response.

Regarding tracking, you will see both on our website and the confirmation emails, that tracking is provided for orders over $75.00. Your order does not qualify for tracking. Im not upset with the delivery at all. It came within the time frame they said it would and they sent texts telling me when it shipped. I didn't like how cheap the material felt for how much their selling it for. I also talked to "Megan" and she gave me the discount and said there would be an extra surprise included with my package. There was no extra item like she said there would be. The discount was nice and brought my total down a lot. After reading some of the other reviews, I think this company does better with smaller orders opposed to larger ones. I recieved all of my items (the scrunchie and bandana combo), however the people that spent $50+ did not. All in all, unless you have the ambassador discount I dont think it is worth the money for how cheap the products are, but I was happy with the delivery and that I got all my items.

This is a scam! They try to get you to place and order by telling you they want to collaborate with your dog and make you a brand ambassador. I messaged them on Instagram asking multiple times how much goes to the shelter and which shelters do they donate to. There’s hardly any info on their site. They ignored my question every time and kept offering me discounts and extra stuff to place an order. Clearly they don’t care about dogs. Donate somewhere else

Scammed. This company placed an unauthorized payment and overdrew my bank account. I’m in the process of speaking with my bank to get answers and hopefully a refund.

I got duped. I was given a 40% off promo code and when I purchased it, got a shipping email the next day. The palate never came. I asked for a tracking method. They said they don’t provide tracking info. Then followed up again to be told the item was shipped back to them for lack of postage and that it was back on its way to me and to give it ten days. Ten days has long come and gone. I still have not received the package. They have not responded to my email. I disputed the charge with my credit card. This is disgusting. They say they’re a non profit and they’re a total scam.

They scam you. Tell your that you'll be an ambassador and that they will post a picture of you and your dog, but won't. They lie. They don't respond to your emails. You can't get your money back.

Do not order from this company! Waste of Time! I saw an *** Ad for dog/puppy models/brand ambassadors wanted. I sent a DM to The Buddy Bandana and they replied with short conversation, ultimately giving me a 40% off code to enter when placing my first order. I ordered a few hours later, after I submitted my order, I was told to text Megan back the order number and she would add a special gift in my order for signing up to be a brand ambassador. I never got a response. I received an email confirmation with my order number and a link to view my order status and details, that converted me back to their website. I was told I would receive the order within 3-6 business days via *** shipping. I have yet to receive my order since it shipped on April 23rd, 2020 and still have not been provided a tracking number. I spent only $42.00 on this order, however, I still feel that I should be provided basic customer service. I reached out to The Buddy Bandana via *** Messenger, and got a bot response from Megan, each time I asked for help to track my package, I kept getting generic bot responses that had nothing to do with my question.
Very disappointed and frustrated. Do not trust this company.

I have been scammed I never received any product and They refuse to answer. So mad, I have reported them for credit card fraud.

Horrible. I ordered in February and have not recieved my product. I have emailed through their website several times and they did not reply to any messages until yesterday where they stated it had been too long and they would not refund any money or resend the products.

Per your email request, we cancelled your order the day you requested it. A cancellation automatically triggers a refund.

I saw an ad on social media advertising for brand ambassadors. If you message them, a well disguised bot chats with you and provides you a discount code for 40% off. They also state they are throwing in an extra gift in the package. I received an email saying the order shipped but there is no tracking information. I messaged them again stating that I would like my tracking number or they will be reported to the Revdex.com, but they have not responded. I have also emailed them asking for a refund within 24 hours or I will be contacting my bank to reverse all charges. This company is a scam and is taking advantage of every person who reaches out to them to be a brand ambassador.

I was scrolling through my *** feed and I saw an ad for being a brand ambassador for Buddy Bandana. I messaged them to find out how to become one. The "representative" named Megan gave me the information and I went and checked out their website. Being an animal lover, I was charmed by the fact that they give some of their profits to no-kill shelters, especially because of how much it costs to run and feed animals in a no-kill. I was offered a discount for 40% off and immediately went to look at the sets. I had picked out two sets and told the person I was talking to that I would be buying them in the morning. She made sure to tell me that I could even have friends and family use the code. So happy I didn't. When I woke up this morning, I had a text from someone named Madison who was completely different than the person I spoke to the previous night, offering me 45% off instead of the original 40%. I was going to tell my husband to put money on his bank card, so I could buy my pup his sets but alarms started going off in my head. The original "person" had not answered any of my questions the night before and had also not said anything about the pic of my pup I sent her. I also found it odd that the number that texted me was not a Boston area code, but was one for Spartanburg, SC. So, I decided to look on here and I am SO happy that I did. I will definitely not allow myself to be scammed by a company that takes something as serious as donating to no-kill shelters and butchers it just to make a buck. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the FTC Consumer Affairs Online Division to see if they can look into this company and help prevent future customers from being scammed like I almost was and, apparently, so many people have been.

I hope the next time you decide to write a Revdex.com complaint, you take a few minutes to either reach out to their customer service department or actually call the shelter they donate to. If you had done either, you would have seen that we have donated thousands of dollars to ***. You may call them or email them directly to confirm this. You can also see screen shots of our donations on our *** - our TAX ID number is also included in these screen shots.

100% SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will talk to you until they get your money, after that, good luck hearing from them. If you try to talk to someone, all you will get is silence! Warning everyone, do not purchase from this "company!"

I sent a message after reading that your dog can be a “brand ambassador.” A lady named Megan responded immediately, at 10:00pm. The very beginning of the conversation her English was bad, and she asked a repeat question. I immediately checked this site and saw these reviews. Glad I didn’t go any further.

Ordered April 5th it’s now the 22nd and I’ve tried to respond to them and now they don’t even answer at all. After they gave you your own ambassador discount and more promised free products and suckers you to pay... buy buy! I’ll be reporting this as fraud to my bank and bet you bottom I’ll blast them that they are frauds as I’m well now non social media!

They are not trustworthy, they told me id become an ambassador? We would love to collaborate with you as a brand ambassador share a discount with you for everything on the site including free shipping. Once you receive your order we would love to feature any photos you share with us on our *** and website and tag you on our account *** I got a text that my order was shipped... haven't gotten it yet, I contacted them and they start typing and then leave. I am very upset because I want my money back.
