Don’t let this company take your money! Just like everyone else, I was asked to be an
Ambassador and was told that my dog would be posted on Instagram as well. I got the 40% off code and was in contact with this “Megan” & everything. Once I ordered, which was this past Friday, I never got a confirmation email. After reading these reviews I feel like I am being tricked for my money. I don’t appreciate being scammed and I want my money back.

They told me i’d be a brand ambassador and took my money. I haven’t received a package yet, it was supposed to come weeks ago. Very upset.

I was looking into the ambassadors dog models for the company. They gave me a discount code, I ordered, took pictures send them in and haven’t seen them. I tried to contact the company and I only get automatic responses. I have two discount codes now, just by asking for a real representative and real contact information. The contact us page doesn’t exist when you try to submit it. When I asked for a phone number I got bandanas sizes..They are scamming people into thinking they are models and have no real responses, all automatic to each of the 3 pages I have contacted them on.

Would give this company 0 stars if I could. They take advantage of dog owners by making it seem like your dog will be an “ambassador” but then they never post a picture of your dog. They are a fraud. It is a big waste of money and the products are very low quality. Please don’t fall for this like I did. You are better off making your own bandana. This company disgusts me.

They use the word “ambassador” to reel people into to buying their products. Let me be clear, the bandana designs are cute. But they are not worth $34 (around what I spent for bandana/headband set). This material is extremely thin and not durable. Worth less than $5 (& that’s being generous). Also, they tell you that once you purchase and receive your package, that if you send in photos of your pet wearing their products they will feature you on their page. This is a lie, at least for the most part. What they don’t tell you the first time that you talk to them, is that your photos will be added to a “queue” and will more than likely never make the cut. This is not made clear. They make it seem that you are going to be featured for sure. Then you buy and you hear nothing. Very disappointing. I will not lie I have a instagram account for my pet and was excited to hear that they would post and tag him. I had trouble with the delivery of my order and had to contact them to re-order. I would be okay with this company if 1. They didn’t persuade you with a lie, 2. The bandana’s were priced for what they are worth.

I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order on March 12, 2020 and received a shipping notification on March 13. The shipping was supposed to be 3-5 business days. I emailed the company on March 18 asking for an update. I was told to check my address I put in at checkout, which I did and it was correct - I've never had trouble getting mail at this apartment, and that it could take up to 12 business days for delivery. Okay, fine. The pandemic was gaining speed, so I was willing to be patient for a little longer. I waited a few weeks and emailed the company again on April 6 asking for an update as I still hadn't received the order. I never got a response to that email. It is now June 16 and I still have not received the order. I emailed today asking for a refund on the order and am not holding my breath for a response or for the company to do the right thing and refund.

So I placed an order through this company months ago and waited and waited and waited for my order to come in the mail and I never did… What is very concerning is that there seems to be a common thing with this company based off of all of the comments… I provided all of my information to them and I have screenshots to prove that so that’s not a problem. I reached out to the company and told them I never got my order and their excuse was that they said I might not have entered my address right… Well that’s a lie because I entered it perfectly right because I also took screenshots of that order… I always do that to make sure thatPeople are held accountable. Anyways, so the company offers to send me a replacement just like all of the comments below… And I get the confirmation that it has been shipped but of course I don’t have a tracking number. Now my order was not $75 and I did put my email in as I have screenshots of of everything I put in so I of coarse got the whole “we don’t give tracking to orders under $75” message the first time. If I do not receive my order this time, I WILL report back on here.. it is VERY Concerning that so many people are commenting the same thing on here… I think something certainly needs to be done because people are losing their money and it’s ridiculous

I ordered a Bandana for my puppy. I was told to send pictures of my puppy sporting the bandana and she'd be featured as their ambassador. I have contacted them several times in regards to this.. all I receive is an automated message asking me to purchase their products. It has been a frustrating experience.

Similar to other complaints that have been made recently, I saw an ad and proceeded to purchase some items that were never sent to me. I sent an email one day after the 30 day policy thinking that the package would only be a day late after waiting a whole month to receive it. They did say on the website it could take up to three weeks. I gave them an extra week plus one day and still nothing. I explained that my tracking number never worked and that because of COVID I was giving them the courtesy of another day before requesting a refund because a lot of packages have been held up. I confirmed my order number and address and I have not heard anything from them since yesterday.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does NOT satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #14446590. I received a separate email from *** but no resolution has been achieved. I followed the instructions in her email to request the refund. I was provided with an incorrect email address which was undeliverable. I have had heard nothing else from them and it is going on five business days since receiving the last communication from them.

I really hope this company isnt as bad as everyone claims. I had a decent experience until I realized that I never actually talked to a human. I sent them my order number for a free gift (like other people here are claiming) and didnt get anything special. I also sent them a picture of their product being used and havnt heard back after being promised that my picture would get posted and I would be tagged.
Regardless of all that, I recieved the product in a timely manner. Only complaint is that the print is only on one side of the bandana so as it moves while it's on my dog, it folds and then looks bland and colorless.

I have repeatedly reached out to this company with no response. I was sent a package with insufficient postage and can not get anyone to contact me about this issue.

I made a purchase through *** and spoke to a representative of the business through ***. I made my order got a confirmation and couple days later a notice of shipment. However what I recieved was an empty unsealed envelope with nothing else. When I reached out to the company via ***, their website and both emails I have received no response. I'm more upset because they tugged at my heart strings saying part of my purchase would go go helping animals in need. I have no idea how many more people they have scammed but I can guarantee no one recieved what they ordered. Looking at the comments on the Revdex.com website they could have laid the 3 people to write good reviews.

I’ve ordered a set for me and my dog. I got asked to be an ambassador for my dog like others. I was told my item shipped but they wouldn’t give me a tracking code. I can’t reach anyone and after reading reviews am pretty sure they are fraudulent.

I went through the same spcheal as everyone else with their automated messenger response, got my 40% off code and thought “why not?” So, I submitted an order 5/30 and it came in the mail today. I emailed the customer service to ask about the order and didn’t get a response so I was worried about receiving my package after reading other reviews about people not receiving theirs. But, mine came in the mail today and it’s perfect! I’m very happy with my order and will be ordering again.

I placed my order on April 28. It’s now June 5 and I still haven’t received my order. After trying to reach out through their Facebook messenger and dealing with autobot “Megan”, I sent numerous emails. I finally got an answer. They said my order shipped and MY post office sent the package back because their wasn’t enough postage, which is bull crap, their post office would have sent it back to them if their was an issue instead of mailing it all the way to TEXAS and back. Whatever. I have a feeling I have been scammed. Which is a damn shame.
