Hi, We do feel sorry about the mix-up, however we don't keep stock of our items so the reason for the fee is because we will now have to store the item in our warehouseWe unfortunately cannot take responsibility for a consumer's error, we have to follow our terms and conditionsAs a courtesy we offered a discount if the customer keeps the tableIf he wants to return the table we can lower the restocking charge to 20% from 25%Thanks for your understanding

Hi, The customer placed an order with us online Our website will not allow an incomplete sectional be added to the cart, the only way one piece of a sectional can be ordered is if the entire sectional is added to the cart and then the other piece is removedThe order was placed online and we sent you a couple of email confirmations showing what the customer orderedWe unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for an order that was submitted online, we sent the customer a receipt to confirm the orderThank youThe Classy Home

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Technology isn't perfect, and maybe they should understand this as wellWe tried to order the chair the first time and the site crashed We tried to e-mail them trough their site and we got no response We also waited days for a response from them with some type of confirmation or stating that the order didn't go through(Our mistake was trusting that this company was a good one to work with) When days passed and we didn't get anything from them and tried several times on their site to login, shich you have to have completed a login to order from them, and every time it stated that there wasn't an account with the e-mail addressI therefore ordered it again, being that we received nothing from the company I am still requesting a full refund of the order as their site crashed, they never contacted us, and we never received e-mails confirming any purchase, even the one that we received the order number from the site The customer shouldn't have to suffer for their poor communication and customer serviceThis company has been nothing but terrible and rude! Also, they state that the orders were placed 7-**-and 7-**-14, my credit card was charged on 7-**-and 7-**-14, another interesting fun fact! Were waiting for both sets to be returned to our warehouse.the second set was refused and we never got pictures.Once this is returned we will inspect and see if this qualifies for a full refund.Please check back in about weeks

We once again apologize for the issue and for your frustration, however the furniture purchased is not covered under warranty for such a long period of timeThe manufacturer only offers a warranty for a limited amount of time, once the furniture is so old and used for a while it loses the warrantySorry
