I am writing in regards to my wife's affiliation with TCNHer name is *** (see parentheses in my info)I am authorized by her to pursue this issue
I am requesting a reimbursement from all monies we have already paid to Southeast Financial as well as reimbursement of the balance still due as a result of the fraudulent activities taken by The College Network in regards to scamming *** into a program with TCN
The fraudulent activities in questions are deceptive statements and outright lies committed by a representative from TCN in the processes of signing *** up
The deceptive statements and outright lies are as follows
The loan for which the program will be paid for is funded and handle directly by TCN and not an outside partyThis is not trueThe loan was through Southeast Financial
TCN is partners with Excelsior College and by signing up with TCN you are automatically enrolled and become a student with ExcelsiorThis is by far the most common o

Per contract from 12/The College Network to to reimburse for exam fees after exam to proved to be passed Exam past 9/and evidence of this provided to company The college network stated they were "baked up" in reimbursements All future attempts including emails were met with zero results After first call I was never able to reach a person to talk with Now the testing fee phone number provided has been disconnected I also need to cancel services I signed up for but yet again can not reach anyone or get any return correspodance

Current consumerRequesting release of contract due to medical reasonsI have sent them everything they had requested in regards to this situation and have attempted to correspond with them several timesI have heard nothing backIt has been monthsThey have not even acknowledged receipt of information sent
Cannot get a hold of them in any wayFinancially I am in good standing with them No phone number in order to talk to a live personI can only email them, which I have done several times and have heard nothing!!
I desperately need help!

I was mislead, misimformed and my signature was forged on documents used in obtaining a loan in my name through southeast financial bank for fees of credits of college classes heresaid that were to be produced by the college network who in fact is not a schoolI was bullied, pressured and again numberous times harassed by both of these companies when I tried to cancel the so called contract I supposedly signed which in fact is not my signature and I did not sign

They sent me my exam fee of so I can take my next exam and my bank said it bounced and I got charged a fee

the College Network told me that they were affiliated with Excelsior CollegeI was encouraged to purchase there products and they would assist me in completed to necessary coursework to get into a nursing programI resent discovered that Excelsior college has no connection with College Network after investing nearly $5,

When I first met with a representative from this company I was told that all the test were paid forI have now learned that each test cost over $not including the fee from the university that I want the results to go toWhenever the representative called to go over signing paperwork with me, I explained to him that I was at work and did not have time to fully look through the contractHe told me that if I didn't sign the papers that day, that the price would go up and I would miss out on a "great deal"I feel that I was mislead and pushed into joining a program that was full of promisesI was unaware that in no way would I be affiliated with an actual university unless I want to take out another $5,loanBasically, I am still paying monthly payments for overpriced study guides$5,to be exact for study guides

I have requested exam fee checks multiple times to only be told that they are backed upI was also told that I could request multiple checks at one time in order to take two tests on the same day, and they now say they will not do it until the previous requested class grade is recordedIt appears that they change the rules to suit their needs, not the needs of the customerI am currently waiting on an exam fee that I requested months agoI now will not be able to complete my degree in time, as they are holding my money that I have already paid them, making this program a waste of almost $8,

I have reviewed your email dated July 28, pertaining to *** ***’s complaint

I first purchased the program with the college network around since then I have made monthly payments which are automatically deducted from my accountThe advertiser who came to meet me portrayed the program to be more like a school that you would be connected with a teacher or one on one support and that they were affiliated with excelsior college which I've learned wasn't trueThat being said I still completed the course work required by them in order to receive my first check which was completing all chapter quizzes and tests with a grade of 80%I first requested my exam fee for the anatomy and physiology test on April and was told it would be weeks and immediately received an email stating the check was being processedI waited months before checking back with them and was told again it was being processedI've continued to try and contact them but they no longer have a human answering the calls only an automated response stating to email your concernsI have

I was approached by The College Network in 2014, because I am an LPN and was looking for an online program to bridge from my LPN to my BSN and a Representative came to my house and signed me up for "prerequisite classes" that she told me I needed to take to prepare me nursing courseworkIt wasn;t until I was taken for almost $that I realized that The College Network is a complete scam that takes advantage of nurses that want to advance in their careers, most of them left scrambling like myself from their financing company, *** ***, who are demanding payment for modules I never received in a total of an addition $Not only has The College Network falsely advertise themselves as a college (according to their representative), but it is negatively impacting my credit rating because their loan servicing company, *** *** is demanding payment for it and because I decline payment for services not rendered, they threaten legal actionI can't get my money back

To Whom It May Concern:

I signed up with the college network March 15, 2013, right after I received my LPN license I was told that The College Network was associated with Excelsior and that they have all the references that I needed to pass test and to get my RN I jumped right into the studies I wanted to get going and get done so I could support my kids and myself When I got done with the module and seen how much the test were I was shocked I paid for the test and went to a local college and took it The exam was nothing like what I had been studying I called The College Network and they said that they had faith in me that I would do better on the next testI found it hard coming up with the money for the test, so on 6/13/I signed a paper to add an additional onto my loan to cover my test I was told that when I was ready for a test to call, The College Network would send me a check and then I can use that to pay for the test I received checks totaling and still failed th

I am paying $a month to College NetworkThis was set up as a
program to assist me as a student who wanted to finish my RN but did not have financial aid available to help save the $testing fees for my nursing testsWhen prepared to take a test I am suppose to receive my testing fees to I can afford the yearSince October I have taken tests and I have requested a 6th feeI receive an email stating I requested and I when I talk to the Support team they say it is in processOriginally told4-weeks then told 10-weeksIt has now been almost months for one of the feesI still owe Paramount $and now they are threatening credit reporting when automatic payment did not go through after I pain for my test due to not receiving the more than $owed to me

After responding to an online advertisement from The College Network, that stated "you can obtain your Paramedic to RN, in months"I was contacted by a "academic advisor" to discuss further information with this programWhen he contacted me, he insisted on coming to meet me in person, which we set up a date and timeDuring our meeting, he reinforced that The College Network was an accredited institution and affiliated with Excelsior CollegeWhich is false, neither are trueAlso, he advised that as soon as I enrolled in The College Network, I would be enrolled in Excelsior College, this is falseI have to apply to Excelsior, paying more money to cover the application fees as well as submit more copies of my transcripts to Excelsior College, which I have already done for The College NetworkI was also advised that The College Network would be handling the financing within The College Network, falseThe funding is being supplied by a credit union in Florida, WE Florida Financia
