I foolishly decided to use the college network to help me through my education at excelsior college Every time I pass an exam they send me an exam fee check for my next exam I requested an exam fee check (for $350) in December and it is still "processing", as is the exam fee check I requested in May They currently owe me two checks, but I would like to request the last one as well as it seems it could take up to a year

TCN promises your exam fee checks to be delivered in a decent amount of time…over the years I've been flighting with them they have made it increasingly difficult and hard to obtain these checksI have just about finished the WHOLE program and still am owed of these checksI have not received a check that was requested in almost a YEAR! I had initially signed up with this company to complete my nursing classes online, however I only used this program a couple times and realized that it wasn't a good program to learn from and when I tried to contact the company about cancelling they told me that was not an optionI do not feel like I should have to pay for this program when I haven't even got to use it and I feel like I was completely misled by the guy that came to my house to talk about the programThere were several facts left out of the information he had given me and I feel like I have been taken advantage of when all I am trying to do is better myself for my family and try to have a successful career

I contacted this company in January requesting a refund of my test feesI pre paid and did not use them as I went through Excelsior College instead Out if the originally paid I was told I would receive approximately backI was told I would receive it within weeksThey stopped responding to me in June and I still never received a refund which in turn made me unable to pay for my CPNE and finish my nursing course through excelsior
