*** *** enrolled with TCN on June 25, for the purchase of Comprehensive Learning Modules related to the Associate of Science in Nursing degree program offered by Excelsior College*
TCN would like to take this opportunity to remind *** *** that her TCN program has a “Lifetime Guarantee”, including a testing guarantee**In addition, TCN has developed the Academic Guidance Planner and TCN Resource Center. Those features were designed to assist TCN customers in reaching their educational goals. The Academic Guidance Planner offers resources to help TCN customers determine what type of learner they are and the best way for them to study, organize their studies, and have a point of reference for their degree program progressionThe TCN Resource Center is a learning environment that allows TCN customers to access their Comprehensive Learning Module program in an online, interactive format. TCN sells a scam and like I also said, it has been impossible for me to move forward in the years I've been enrolledI don't have the extra $80+ for the exam fees eitherWhen I first spoke with TCN during my enrollment I was told TCN pays for the exams which is FALSE! As of this date they never contacted me in regards to the failed exam to provide any help or supportAfter some other pretest work, and practice with the course material, I decided it was better to take an English class, at my own expense, instead of doing the test due to lack of supportLastly, when comparing what is provided in The College Network CLMs to the publicly available descriptions of some of the tests and example / practice test question, the information provided by The College Network does not appear sufficient to pass some the examsWhen comparing their CLMs to some of the most recent textbooks on the subject as well there are some differences noted tooI had to use outside materials to obtain the grades on the exams I wanted and just to be able to pass some of themDue to specific confidential agreements with test centers, I cannot and will not specify what is different or missing from the material beyond the above stated comments

I currently have eight exam fee checks pending payment with the College Network, dating back to July 29, I was advised that the wait time for exam fee checks to be issued was weeksIt has been nearly two yearsThere is no way to contact the college networkI can only get thought to academic support, who is a separate entity from College Network and are unable to process any billing inquiriesI have called the number listed for The college network and am given three options; academic support, billing inquiries and new customerWhen selecting the option for the billing department, it goes straight to a voicemail which advises you to email your concern to "[email protected]"I have emailed over times and have NEVER received a responseThis is absolutely unacceptable

I took out a loan with the college network and that covered test fees once I took the test and I submitted for reimbursement after I passed I was supposed to get a run refund check for those test feesI have outstanding test fees and when I call the college network tell me to use an email address or phone number for financial issues the email address does not work nor does the phone numberI took a foundations test in December of for $Health differences in June of for $Health differences in August for $and health differences May of for $For a total of $1,

This is the worse company ever to deal withThe never respond to emails, calls, and they never send in the exam feesI filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and The College Network agreed to return all my exam fees and to this date they have not, and it has been over a year
