The College Network is not an educational institution, when I called to speak with a Counselor in the Academic Services department this misrepresentation continued by way of the person I spoke with identifying themselves as a Counselor and naming their department "Academic Services" as if they were a school. If the salesman that sold me this product had properly informed me that I was not financing my education, but rather buying study guides I would never have agreed to do "business" with this company. They completely misrepresented themselves to me and now I have a $loan with *** Financial Credit Union for business with this publishing companyI want something to be done about thisI want to be released from The College Network completely and the loan that I haveI also want to be reimbursed for the money paid into this business to date.

TCN promises your exam fee checks to be delivered in a decent amount of time…over the years I've been flighting with them they have made it increasingly difficult and hard to obtain these checksI have just about finished the WHOLE program and still am owed of these checksI have not received a check that was requested in almost a YEAR! This was suppose to make it easier, instead I have found myself occurring more debt because of them and having to make choices like do I feed myself this week or take my examI am a hard working nurse…I shouldn't need to make decisions like this!

As of this date they never contacted me in regards to the failed exam to provide any help or supportAfter some other pretest work, and practice with the course material, I decided it was better to take an English class, at my own expense, instead of doing the test due to lack of supportLastly, when comparing what is provided in The College Network CLMs to the publicly available descriptions of some of the tests and example / practice test question, the information provided by The College Network does not appear sufficient to pass some the examsWhen comparing their CLMs to some of the most recent textbooks on the subject as well there are some differences noted tooI had to use outside materials to obtain the grades on the exams I wanted and just to be able to pass some of themDue to specific confidential agreements with test centers, I cannot and will not specify what is different or missing from the material beyond the above stated comments

This is the worse company ever to deal withThe never respond to emails, calls, and they never send in the exam feesI filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and The College Network agreed to return all my exam fees and to this date they have not, and it has been over a year

This is an ongoing issue with this company which states that they are a supplemental education for the school of nursingAt the time I signed up with this company I was informed that when I was ready to take an examination that all I had to do was call them and they will disperse my funds for which they have all ready been paid in full by meI have requested a check to be dispersed back in Sept and it is now March and to no availI was informed by a representative that I would have a check in the amount of $to cover the cost of the exam and an additional $because the last dispersal was short in that amountI can no longer reach any one and I have been given a number that doesn't have a voice mail set up and advises you to email them and the email appears to be automated as wellIt has been six months now and I have not been successful collecting any of the monies due to meI would like to have $dispersed ASAP

I believe I was scammed by The College Network I am currently an LPN trying to get my RN the College Network came to my Nursing school years ago to advertise their business I moved to MO in with no job and had difficulty finding one I thought I could do The College Network and get some of my classes I needed taken care of The lady came to my house where it was all roses and fairytales I have found it very difficult to take the exams I have also found out that different states have filed legal action The state in which my license is held doesn't even acknowledge any of the exams taken through The College Network Indiana's own AG has filed legal action, and I have been in contact with *** *** ***'s Nursing Program; where The College Network on their paperwork and through the website; is affiliated with ***; I have received an email from them stating that they are no longer accepting credits from exams through The College Network So now I am paying

On 12/29/12- information was giving about the product I was purchasingI was led to believe that I was enrolling in classes I was charged $8,409.17-The loan is thru *** *** which no longer does business with the College network They did not fulfill their end of the agreement I did not receive the goods that were promised and there was no schooling involved as stated by the sales person Michelle K*** I am left paying on a hefty loan for no reasonI have $3,and some change left to pay on this loanI have been paying on this loan the whole time without any benefit to me Thru the years I have received books that are not even associated with the Excelsior college as promisedThe College Network led me to believe that they were affiliated with and that I was enrolling with Excelsior College which I found out after the fact that I was not enrolling and that they had no connection with the College
