read your post, My name is Veronica and our stories are so similar, I too signed up, tried to call and cancel a week later , was told it was a three day cancellation deadline I never received a statement but stopped making payments, never used any of their services at all, and five years later I was sued without my knowledge (not properly served ), recieved a letter in May stating a judgement had been won against me , then second letter from attorney about garnishment for 25% of my earnings until 4,is paid, currently fighting this and may possibly have to file bankruptcy as wellI refuse to pay money back that was never used for meNo classes, books, or examsFor, Where, why and who did the pay money to ? I have had this issue prior in the past The College Network where I get my exams for college for, is supposed to send me the fee for the exams I am to take when requested I emailed and sent the appropriate documentation to receive my test fee for my next exam on 1/5/ I have attempted to call the College Network accounting department, which tells you to email them and hangs up I have emailed them times with no response I have called the customer service company they have contracted but this company only handles academic issues This is an ongoing concern that is impairing my ability to complete school which is costing me more money Furthermore, it is more than a little disturbing there is no way to contact them, and they refuse to return my communications even though I financed these fees years ago, and they need to dispurse my money back to me

I request this matter be discussed further and resolved with customer satisfaction.

First, I am paying a loan for this program when I never received any books or study materialSecond, when I tried to cancel, I was told that I couldn't even though I provided proof that I had to take care of a family member that was terminally ill College network sent me a letter stating that I must sign some papers stating that I would not report them or bash there name and they would put the loan with we financial in deferment, which of course I did not sign any papers I then called the university they stated I would get my degree with just to investigate more and was informed by Indiana State College that College Network is giving information and they make students pay for courses that have nothing to do with the career program I was also informed that by Indiana state college that College network is currently in litigation for the same reason I called and complained about They will not return any of my calls but continue to charge my bank account monthly
