The College Network has not been helpful in my success for my degree at all I have been waiting for an exam fee check for four months and it still has not been released The College Network keeps telling me that it is in process every time I call When I signed up with The College Network they stated it would take two weeks to receive a check and as you can see I am on the fourth month The College Network will not release any other checks until your grade is received from the last exam So sending a result from the last test is a little hard to do if I'm waiting four months for the exam fee checkThe modules they give you have absolutely nothing to do with the exams Those modules need to be revamped As Soon As PossibleThey are completely useless The communication between the departments seems to be non existent The College Network states they have no communication with the finance department that releases the checks, they communicate only by email with the finance department So when you cal The College Network they route you to a counselor that tells you they have nothing to do with the checks and they will send an email to the finance department that you are requesting a check Really College NetworkThis is unacceptable and not conducive for a learning My last two conversations with the College Network I was asked to pay out of pocket and then I could be reimbursed by the exam fee check If I had the money to do that I would not have went through the finance company that I pay every month on time When I signed up my exam fee checks and my tuition were bundled So I pay on time why can't I get my checks on time If your so behind in the finance department my suggestion is work on the weekends to get caught up Four months for a check is unacceptable

Was told that if I was unable to be accepted at Aspen University that I would be released from the contract I tried to get out of the contract by speaking with the College Network I was told to contract the [redacted] *** I contacted them, I was told to contact the College Network

On 12/29/12- information was giving about the product I was purchasingI was led to believe that I was enrolling in classes I was charged $8,409.17-The loan is thru [redacted] which no longer does business with the College network They did not fulfill their end of the agreement I did not receive the goods that were promised and there was no schooling involved as stated by the sales person Michelle K [redacted] I am left paying on a hefty loan for no reasonI have $3,and some change left to pay on this loanI have been paying on this loan the whole time without any benefit to me Thru the years I have received books that are not even associated with the Excelsior college as promisedThe College Network led me to believe that they were affiliated with and that I was enrolling with Excelsior College which I found out after the fact that I was not enrolling and that they had no connection with the College

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The total amount that I paid for TCN was $5,670, plus $in exam fees, and they are only offering to refund $2,This is unacceptable Just four months after I signed up, the LVN to BSN program was no longer recognized by the Board of Registered Nursing in California, and NO notification was given to meTheir contract with Sonoma State was probably hanging by a thread before they even signed me upIt seems like they were trying to hide this information from the consumersThis was important news, and they should have directly contacted me to let me know that if they were unable to get a new contract for clinical sites, all the studying I was doing would be for nothingI am taking these courses to advance my career, not to be a college student forever Another major concern, was that I could not trust TCN's materials to be completely accurateThere were many incorrect answers listed for the practice problems in the college algebra courseWhen the majority of their material is a quick overview followed by practice problems, it is a significant problem for the answer keys for those problems to be incorrectI learned more from doing math worksheets online than from The College Network's materials, because at least their answer keys were rightThis wasted my valuable time, working toward something that wouldn't even count! I am upset, to say the leastI do not want their "Education credit", I want my money back, because I don't trust the study materials that they offerBesides providing study materials, the College Network provided partnerships with Indiana State University and Sonoma State University that at one time provided the opportunity to complete an LVN to BSN program online in CaliforniaThey lost their contract with these partners and can no longer offer what was promised in the contract that I signedSo no, they have not fulfilled their part of the contract All I have to take away from this, is credit for one computer class, and hours of wasted timeThat is not worth the money that I paid up front for TCN's study materials I request that the full amount that I paid be refunded to me Regards, [redacted]

I am currently in the LPN to RN program with The College Network/ExcelsiorI DO NOT RECOMMEND this school to anyoneI have had nothing but problems with getting my reimbursement checks sent to me and there is absolutely NO COMMUNICATIONI have tried and will keep trying, to get in contact with the accounting department until my money is sent to meI am taking legal action on them because I have been waiting since December 2014, for my reimbursement check to be mailed to meI have tried calling, which gets me nowhere since the phone numbers I have been given, and even searched for, just send me to an automated message telling me to email them any "accounting questions" to [email protected] have been emailing them since January, every single day, sometimes multiple times a day, with no responseThis is completely unacceptableI am beyond fed up with their lack of responsibility, lack of communication, and lack of help with this matterThey are a joke of an institution, if you can even call them thatPeople need to be aware of this, and not make the same mistake I have made by trusting them to hold up their end of my schooling and contractMy next step is going to be taking legal action, so I will receive MY MONEY that is in my contract from them

Looking into this Revdex.com website, I have found that others have the same problem I haveI have paid extra, with interest on my loan for a service to provide test fee checks as needed when I am about to testI have been delayed in my testing and now have to work extra to pay for something I have already paid for in a loanThis is not to mention the fact, since I have been delayed, Excelsior has charged me an extra dollars for not meeting my quota of credits last year
