I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on 9/22/regarding issues with TCN disbursing exam fees in a timely mannerWhen I signed up for the program in 2010, it was promised that the fees that are factored in the loan contract would be disbursed within weeks of requestOver the last year, it has taken months of excuses and empty promises that the money will be processed and sentEvery one of the responses from TCN are impersonal, "cookie cutter, copy/paste" responses that did not address the issues I have with this companyMy student loan with TCN has been paid in full for over a yearAlmost months after my first complaint with the Revdex.com, not only have I still not received any exam fee checks, I still have checks pending (the earliest request date 5/06/15)I have been keeping meticulous records of my exchanges with TCN regarding these checks, and the original requested dates are as follows: Reproductive Health 10/7/Health Safety 5/6/Health Differences 10/5/Health Differences 9/1/Health Differences 9/23/Foundations 6/11/ I would like ALL monies owed to me processed and sent immediatelyI have paid my loan off, I do not want to see in the company response that I have an option of canceling my policy and be forced to forfeit the product and resources that I've rightfully paid for as well as being required to wait ANOTHER 10-weeks for the checks above (which was their offer of a solution last time I filed) Regards, [redacted]

The college network is the worst financial decision I have ever made The cost of the program is not equivalent with the materials providedYou are not always able to access the modules you need for testing Customer service does not have convenient hours for working students which is ironic because they market to the working peopleWhen they sell you the program it is very misleading I was under the impression that The College Network was affiliated with [redacted] College and I needed The College Network to gain admission to [redacted] College which is where I would get my credits for LPN to RN programThey fail to inform you that you can complete all of the exams through [redacted] College without their programs and outrageous fees and inconveniencesAt [redacted] College I could have applied for financial aid and scholarship programs to help with the expense if I had not been misled The "tuition" paid is not tax deductible because this is not a "student loan", but a private l

This service was sold to me as a means of saving funds so that when I am ready to take an exam all I had to do was pass their practice quizzes and exams with a 90% they would send me my moniesIt is MY MONEY rightI have been informed by Excelsior College that they are not affiliated with this company and I should avoid doing any business with College Network, also to not use any material from them because it has not been approved by the collegeI have informed college network of this information last week to no availI have also requested my next check to be sent for my Nursing Health and Safety to be summited and I am started all over again with this cycle by being told "I will send this request to the dispersal department and it will take up to months for me to receive my check" I just would like my money back and cut my ties with this company because I don't want to have to file complaints with the Revdex.com every time I want a resolution.What would be satisfactory for me, since College Network has been pain in full by South East Credit Union and I am paying them back with interest of 12%, I would like a refund from College Network?
