The content provided by The College Network for the courses is not applicable to the content on the tests. In all cases I have had to purchase additional information (from outside sources) as I was failing the exams (3+ times) with their content. I literally thought I was in the wrong test for the courses as the content was so far off what was provided. In addition they provide an email address for customer service related issues that no one ever answers. If you get ahold of someone on the phone they are quick to tell you they do not work for the customer service department or The College Network at all and wish they could help. I have written them 10+ emails within the last couple months and have not received one response. Additionally, I have not been reimbursed for my last two exams. The first one was submitted months ago. I called someone in the Academic Support Department to discuss the many issues I am having and advised him that I want to cancel my contract, as they are in breac

I have currently being harrassed by the [redacted] which is the credit union that is affiliated with the College network, for payment for a contract that I was misled into believing was going to help me I was never explained that I was responsible for the costs of this "program" whether I participated in it or not The "program" isnt a program at all, and when I tried to get clarification the next day after signing this contract I was unable to reach anyone by phone or otherwise They are now calling my emplyer and threatening to garnish my wages and are calling and talking about this my fellow employees who should/do know nothing

I enrolled with college network June for LPN to BSN program with the [redacted] At the time of my enrollment, I did not have my transcript from my previous collegesI was enrolled into classes that aas soon as I was able to present my transcripts to [redacted] and they get approved, the classes that was added to my College network account will be removed and I would only pay fpr the classes I needI sent my Transcripts to the [redacted] and they were approvedHowever, College Network had already sent my account the their lenders for no payments on my account an damaged my creditI called College Network and complained about this and they told me they were going to remove the classes I don"t need but will still have to pay $7,to the lenders for the one class I will need for the program
