I WAS SET UP BY A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE COLLEGE NETWORK HE LIED TO ME, SHOWED ME A PAPER SAYING THAT IT WAS ONLY A SIMPLE SCHOOL APPLICATION THAT I HAD TO SIGN LATER, HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PAY $11,, IF I DONT HE IS GOING TO MESS UP MY CREDITAFRAID, I STARTED MAKING PAYMENTS , I TRIED THEIR SCHOOL BUT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR METHEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR YEARS EVEN THOUGH I WAS ENROLLED AND PAYING FOR ANOTHER SCHOOLWHEN I GOT SICK, LOST MY JOB,THEY SEND THE BILL TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY I NEVER APPLIED FOR A STUDENT LOAN WITH COLLEGE NETWORKIT WAS A SET UP AND I WANT THEM TO REMOVE THAT FROM MY RECORD PLEASE HELP ME

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I would like to defer again to directly what is stated on the contract that I signed Nursing Transition Courses Refund Policy: “If I am current in my obligations and purchased TCN’s NTCs but was not admitted to ISU’s College of Nursing, Health, and Human Services, I understand that TCN will refund the total amount I have paid for the NTCs provided I show proof of non-admissionThe refund will first be applied to any outstanding loan balance due to my lender and any remaining monies due will be paid directly to me.” No where in the refund policy does it say that they will withold some of the money for educational credits in the future, If they see fit Instead it says "TCN will refund the TOTAL amount I have paid for NTCs(Nursing Transition Courses)" I feel as though that is clear as dayI was not accepted to ISU and they have acknowleged that, I should be refunded the total amount I have paidThey did not originally honor their own contract, which was signed by both mylsef and the academic advisor, why should I believe that if they keep $of my money that later on if I decided to try and use it that they would honor that agreementI am not interested in pursing publishing material from a company that misrepresents its self to the consumer.Also I have called TCN multiple times to reach Bernard Schrader with zero response to my voicemailsIn addition I called friday after I recieved TCN's latest response , and left a voicemail, as well as today I called at 3:13pm Pacific time and again was told to leave a voicemail I would like the total refund of my money, as promised by the TCN Refund Policy

I am a student of College Network that has financed my exam fee with my tuitionI was told when I was ready to take an exam to contact College Network and they will release a check for my exam in about weeksIt has been over months since I have requested my exam fee checkWhen I call the customer service number I am directed to an e-mailI have sent over e-mails to [email protected], with no response I have looked at some reviews online and noticed this is an ongoing problem with several other studentsI am at a point that I want to pay off my financed tuition but worried I will not get my exam fee checks, as this is what several other students have reportedI am paying for my exam fee upfront so I can proceed with my education as plannedSo now I'm paying for my exams twice at $eachMy problem is I have no one with College Network to speak toI have sent several e-mails, as they instructed, with no response

I signed up for classes with the college network in with the intention of completing my BSN in nursingI later found out that the information I received from the sales person was not trueI paid approximately $to the college network for course modulesI did not take any of the exams after finding out that the credits were not transferableI contacted the college network to ask for a refund but received an answering service that provided me with an email addressI sent an email but received no answerI am requesting a refund of my money from the college network Thank you for your help in this matter Yours sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have already complained about this in JuneI viewed the letter that was sent from the college network that the checks will be mailed so that I can pay for my examsBut, I still have not received anything from themThe agreement we made in paper from the beginning was that I pay a loan through Southeast Financial so they can get their money right awayIn return, they will provide the study guides/modules to help pass the exams and to mail a check for each examI still have exams left to do and they have not honored their contract by mailing my checks to take the last examsI have waited over weeks as they stated that was the wait time and still no checksI would like to get the check as soon as possible since I am meeting my contract as to pay the loan through Southeast Financial, which they helped me receive in the beginningI would like the last checks that the College Network owes me so that I can take the exams I need to passThey are $each and they have not honored their agreement by stating, "checks will be mailed after weeks." But, nothing has been done and it's been well over weeks since my request in April 12, and I have the emails to prove itOr they can pay off the remaining loan I have through Southeast Financial which is about $ [redacted] ***
