Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I want you to be informed that I did receive a check, however it is still very upsetting that I have been waiting since December and was only submitted a check after taking drastic measuresI was never allowed to speak with anyone other than the customer service advisor, when asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in the accounting department I am informed that they do not take calls from the publicI am VERY apprehensive about future dealings with this companyThere is no excuse for a customer to wait NINE months for some form of resolution Another issue is the exam fee is $and I received a check in the amount of $325, so I have to pay the difference, remind you I have a ACH close to $being debited from my account monthly for installmentsAnother issue and one high on my list is the fact that this company seems to pass the buckMeaning that the sales person was very misleading and the customer relations department seems to use this as a disclaimer stating "Sorry you were misinformed about how this program works"I was advised that this company works with Excelsior College and this is FALSE!! This service was sold to me as a means of saving funds so that when I am ready to take an exam all I had to do was pass their practice quizzes and exams with a 90% they would send me my moniesIt is MY MONEY rightI have been informed by Excelsior College that they are not affiliated with this company and I should avoid doing any business with College Network, also to not use any material from them because it has not been approved by the collegeI have informed college network of this information last week to no availI have also requested my next check to be sent for my Nursing Health and Safety to be summited and I am started all over again with this cycle by being told "I will send this request to the dispersal department and it will take up to months for me to receive my check" I just would like my money back and cut my ties with this company because I don't want to have to file complaints with the Revdex.com every time I want a resolution.What would be satisfactory for me, since College Network has been pain in full by South East Credit Union and I am paying them back with interest of 12%, I would like a refund from College Network? I am needing assistance to receive my check for my Reproductive health examI took this exam in July; I was told by the College Network they were backlogged but I should receive my checkHere it is, late November and I have yet to receive a check from themI am not sure what the issue is, as I never had a problem with them beforeI have called and emailed the College Network repeatedly, requesting my check but without successIs there anyway the Revdex.com can help me with this?

The College Network advertises that they will reimburse for testing exam fees following completion with a passing grade I have attempted to speak with their accounting department regarding the exam fee checks that they have not paid back to me I have been waiting for over a year for these to be reimbursed I have only been able to speak with someone from a contracted company and they inform me that these payments are "pending"I have made formal written complaints to their corporate HQ and have only received a generic response and no contact informationIt is very concerning that I cannot speak with anyone from The College Network financing department regarding this issue, nor do I believe that they have any intent on paying back these fees

I paid to have my testing fees included in my program and now I can't get my testing fees after waiting since August of last year for one testing fee, the only thing the company says is they are in high demand and told me in August it was up to week process and now it's been months and still no testing feeI have paid my money into this and now I can't use it

Although this is not actually a SCAM, it ISThey use high pressure sales tacticsThey claim that there will always be someone to help you with your "education" and that they offer all these resourcesThis is actually just a "clep" type system and you have to teach yourself I have been waiting for an course and exam refund for over weeks nowNot only do I want my money back but I borrowed this money so I want back the interest that I have been payingI do not recommend this companyI does not follow through with what they say they offer

I am an LPN and was looking for an LPN to RN bridge programI signed up with TCN and was told that they give me all the materials to pass the tests through partner excelsior and then I would be an RNI paid in full on my credit card over $6,I took the class that they suggested first and failed all timesI was then sent a letter from excelsior that I was removed as a student and kicked outI contacted customer service at TCN and they stated....send us a copy of the letter, which I faxed directly overI called them to make sure they received and they didThey then said since I failed the one class test taken times, I could not go for the LPN to RN program, what I signed up for but had to pick another programI said there was not another oneThey said to give what I paid TCN to someone else and I said no, I just want a refund since I am unable/and cant use/ to get the degree I paid forThey said to write a letter so I did stating what they told me to, and never heard any

read your post, My name is Veronica and our stories are so similar, I too signed up, tried to call and cancel a week later , was told it was a three day cancellation deadline I never received a statement but stopped making payments, never used any of their services at all, and five years later I was sued without my knowledge (not properly served ), recieved a letter in May stating a judgement had been won against me , then second letter from attorney about garnishment for 25% of my earnings until 4,is paid, currently fighting this and may possibly have to file bankruptcy as wellI refuse to pay money back that was never used for meNo classes, books, or examsFor, Where, why and who did the pay money to ? Awful...very misleadingmonths for LPN to RN??? How? I pay 200/mth on time now for yearsI have to wait weeks for them to send out checks to take [redacted] exams Customer service might as well be a tape recording..I get nowhere[redacted] now charges an additional 50-dollars per exam and [redacted] Financial wants to accept payments over the phone I can't get out of the contract because I do not want my credit to be ruinedJust wondering how College Network gets away with this?

This is my second complaint regarding The College Network through the Revdex.comIn October of 2014, I requested an exam reimbursement fee from TCN and was assured it would be sent within their usual processing timeIt has now been monthsAfter repeated phone calls, including to their customer relations officer Bernie [redacted] , I have yet to receive the reimbursementI have utilized the college's dispute resolution process to request a full refund of all exam fees and tuition costs, but my request was deniedI was offended that the response I received encouraged me to refer other students to their programAfter a rude phone call with Mr [redacted] , he stated the best they could do was refund all of my testing feesThis phone conversation was in the summer of In November, I received an update through the Revdex.com from Mr [redacted] stating that he "sent a reminder" to the accounting departmentTheir academic support line is no help in this matter as the call takers have no access to the accounting departmentMr [redacted] does not return my phone calls and I have not been given a direct email to contact him byI have stopped using the TCN services, but am still paying monthly for the cost of the educational modules, since this was financed through a secondary lending institute, and not the school As previously requested, I demand a refund of all testing and tuition fees, less the tuition fees for the two modules that I have already completedI have no desire to continue business with The College Network and desire a refund to pay off the remaining loanNothing short of a refund of testing and tuition fees is acceptable [redacted]
