advised to request my test fees to take my final exams, up to week prior to being ready to testCurrently I am being advised that it is taking 12+ weeks to receive a check from TCN to pay for those exams (fees I have already paid to them in my monthly payment)I cannot move forward in this program until I take the final exam for the current class in which I am enrolledAs a result of their "accounting back up problem", I am forced to not only take the time to enroll into a class, study, and prepare myself for the final exam at their secured location, but in addition, now I have to wait 12+ weeks to receive the money to pay for the final exam, putting me, at minimum, months behind MY schedule and paceI make my payments and have paid my testing fees, it is not my problem that TCN is experiencing accounting problems in which im pretty confident are stemming from all the other lawsuits against them for these exact reasons from hundreds of other studentsTCN cannot expect a student to take atleast one exam per year for their program, when it is currently taking 12+ weeks to get a persons money to them to take those examsI requested payment for my final exam for my current class, back at the beginning of december, I still have NOT received that payment so I can schedule and take my exammonths, weeks, already behind, time already lost, and no guarantee when I will actually receive that paymentmonths in this program and I cannot progress due to the fault of TCN, not my ownThere are many other complaints, as I have researched recently, with students currently waiting 8+ months to receive their exam fees8+ months they are behind their pace, due to the fault of TCNI will NOT be one of those students sitting back wasting time while TCN figures out their financial problemsI requested in writing my contract be cancelled due to the delinquency of TCN in which I received a letter stating they will not cancel my contract and only stated the same things Mr [redacted] stated in his response hereNo reason was givenThe letter also stated for me to contact [redacted] for any clarification or questions concerning their decisionI have called and left voicemails with Mr [redacted] multiple times (7-8) over the past weeks (and have documented every attempt with dates and times) and have received no return correspondence from himI also requested that he submit to me in writing, the reasoning for his decision not to cancel my contract, so that it can be submitted to my attorneyHe has failed to do this alsoThis is not the only incident involving no return call or correspondence from TCNIt seems to be a trendI have requested a returned call, email, mail, something, in order to work on a resolution to these issues and have had NO attempt made by TCN in any which way or formTCN has my phone number, my mailing address, and my active email to contact me, there is absolutely no reason why I havent received anything from TCN or [redacted] Very Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The College Network has had since Aug29, to send the downward adjustment letter I have been paying additional finance charges on modules that I do not even have access too According to your contract that I signed on Aug29, 2014, the adjustment would be applied once the College Network received the modules that I sent back and the letter was signed I signed the letter and the modules were mailed on 9/3/ I gained access to the new modules in the resource learning center and the old modules were deleted I feel that the contract was breached I do not even know how much the final amount of the loan is forThe loan was due to be reduced from approximately $11,with $4,in finance charges to $4,with $in finance charges This did not happen and it is unacceptable and what I consider stealing I want a refund of all money spent towards the college network and the loan paid off and closed Regards, [redacted]

To whomever this may concern, Once again I have been lied to about my exam fee checkWe are going on weeks now and still no checkEvery time I call, I get the same lie and same run around about “the accounting department being behind and your check is being processed.” This is complete and utter **! I took out a loan and make monthly payments so The College Network can get paid by me like our agreed upon contract statesI am keeping my end of our dealThe College Network is not! When I first signed up it was told to me that the exam fee checks takes weeks to process, then later I was told the exam fee checks take weeks to process, then weeks ago I was told the exam fee checks are taking weeks to process and LOOK HERE!!! I called back today and it’s weeks and I was told that my exam fee check is still being processedWhen asked to speak to a supervisor I was told “she’ll have to call you back” Still waiting on that phone callWhen I asked to speak to accounting department I was told they don’t work on the weekends…SHOCKING since they’re the department that has the issueI would think they would probably need to work some weekends to get caught upThat’s just me, I’m a nurse and I’ve been trained to put others first and you don’t abandon your post while there is still work to do or a problem Although I am one individual, you’ve already got my money so you can screw me from now until I’m through with this program, and my needs are not important to you, let me tell you a little something…My whole life all I’ve wanted to be was a NurseI was a medic in the Army during Desert Storm and have worked hard to get my RN licenseI am classes away from that dreamGuess what College Network? I’ve been waiting weeks for my check so I can take my next exam, I’ve been waiting on YOU! Whether it be your accounting department or whoever you want to blame, I cannot take my exam without the check THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR! I will not stop with the communications with whoever I can find to email until I get some answers and more importantly my checks! I had initially signed up with this company to complete my nursing classes online, however I only used this program a couple times and realized that it wasn't a good program to learn from and when I tried to contact the company about cancelling they told me that was not an optionI do not feel like I should have to pay for this program when I haven't even got to use it and I feel like I was completely misled by the guy that came to my house to talk about the programThere were several facts left out of the information he had given me and I feel like I have been taken advantage of when all I am trying to do is better myself for my family and try to have a successful career
