I signed a contract to go from LPN to RN with the college networkI only received two books due to my lack of motivation at the timeI continued to pay the monthly payments and my loan is paid in fullAt one point they gave me two more classes to take that I didn't sign up to takeAltogether these classes equaled up to being $ I have been trying to get a refund for almost two years nowEverytime I call they tell me that it's still processingOne associate told me it would only take up to daysThey even had me send a letter that would be reviewed with a response within weeksThat was months ago with no responseWhat can I do? I have paid this company over 9,for two booksI did my part in paying them in full to save my credit scoreNow I would like them to do their part in paying me back what is owed to me

I feel TCN is a Ponzi scheme Obviously, the finance company that loans the money to everyone doesn't care whether you finish this "program" or not because TCN is guaranteed to get paid no matter if that person finishes the program or not because the finance company will go after the non-suspecting customer and now both TCN and the finance company is in a win/win business deal The only reason that I decided to enroll in what I was lead to believe was a school is because I wanted to utilize my Veterans' Educational BenefitsI am retired military and I cannot afford to pay out of my retirement pay for something I would, under circumstances, not have to payTCN should be ashamed of itself for leading people down the road by advertising itself to be something that they are not, and ripping them off at the same time SHAME ON YOU TCN Regards, [redacted]

Approximately July or August of my wife and I sat down with a College Network recruiter/salesperson looking for a way to continue our education and better ourselvesThe representative promised us a cost effective and convenient way to obtain our bachelor's of science in nursing degrees as we are parents of two children and couldn't afford to be in school full time anymoreThe representative was very convincing and led us to believe we could finance the whole thing without any issues through The College Network themselvesHe promised us degrees through [redacted] without ever disclosing that after finishing the coursework provided by TCN we would have to apply to [redacted] We were led to believe the two were directly affiliated which after some inconsistencies in what the representative said and what my research had showed proved to be wrongAlso after about months of calling our monthly payments in to the school I was unable to continue to do th

I have accepted the offer made by The College Network in regards to my complaintHowever, as of April 29, 2014, I have yet to receive anything from The College Network in regards to my complaintI have attempted to call The College Network & no one has called me back in regards to a paper they were suppose to send to me to dissolve the contract with them, through the resolution & complaint through the Revdex.com I was curious if I should file another complaint in regards to them not responding to this resolution

I purchaced The College Network's "phase 1" in This was forclasses for a total of $7,I have not been reimbursed for my class completions in the past months I am owed for nursing classes and Intro to Psych($2,080) I also prepaid for an E Patient module $which I am not able to access and $for NCLEX success that I have no access to I have contacted TCN repeatedly with no response

I am still having problems with College Network playing games with my testing fee paymentsI filled a complaint with the Revdex.com on October and finally got a check for two testing fees totaling $I then requested another testing fee on October and my last testing fee was requested on December 29, College Network is still saying 10-weeks to process checks which is ridiculousI have waiting weeks now for the check requested October When I called the College Network today, Feb 2015, I was given the typical song and dance routine and apologies, etcI only have these last two check then I am done with this company, THANK GOD!!!! Per contract from 12/The College Network to to reimburse for exam fees after exam to proved to be passed Exam past 9/and evidence of this provided to company The college network stated they were "baked up" in reimbursements All future attempts including emails were met with zero results After first call I was never able to reach a person to talk with Now the testing fee phone number provided has been disconnected I also need to cancel services I signed up for but yet again can not reach anyone or get any return correspodance
