To whom it may concern:I can not seem to get through by phone, so I am emailing you in regards to ID: [redacted] This case has been closed but needs to be re-opened as the college network has failed to follow through with the agreed upon solution to my problemI have received one check for $on 3/since our "resolution" of this caseI was supposed to receive a total of $I have called Mr Bernard [redacted] , Director of Customer Relations at TCN three times and left messages inquiring as to these checks as the timeframe for receiving these checks has passedOur agreement stated the money would be paid to me within 10-business days of March 12, I have yet to receive a call backI would like this matter resolvedI also want to inquire as to where the other $that they have owed me for over a year is, and I would like it immediately at this pointI feel strongly that I am going to have to take TCN to court over my loan and being reimbursed for the money they owe to meI also am in turmoil as to if I should stop paying on my loan to them as I don't want to lose more money, but I also don't wish to harm my credit If someone could please get back to me as soon as possible I would appreciate it Sincerely, [redacted]

This business solicited a program to me that would provide test prep material and exam fees to complete a nursing degree with Excelsior CollegeThis program was financed through Southeast Financial via an application with College Network Representative Gary [redacted] I have since completed all nursing classes and have NOT been reimbursed by College Network for these fees, for a total of over $I have spent the last year calling, emailing, and filing disputes with College Network and have yet to receive any response or exam reimbursements

In regards to how The College Network Incmisrepresented themselves in my opinion was that when the representative came to do the sales pitch, he stated that the money I pay would be for books, testing, and that I would receive academic supportNot once did a anyone contact me for any supportFrom my understanding I would be paying for a service, I did not use any of the services therefore I should not have to payThe guy also stated that these credits will be accepted at colleges, this is a matter if fact NOT true!!! I asked the counselor at [redacted] who told me these credits are NOT accepted and if I did these courses with The College Network the credits will not be accepted and I would have to take those classes at UCC or an accredited schoolThe College Network misrepresents everything about themselves and they are scamming people out of their hard earned moneyIt's a misrepresentation that they are telling people the credits are accepted at colleges when they are not and it's very unfair that they want me to pay for something I did NOT useI didn't use any books or any other services from themWhy continue to pay for "testing out" of classes when the credits are worthless and I and anyone else who The College Network scams have to end up going to a regular college and take these courses again anyway I am not alone in being frustrated with this company there are many people who feel scammed by this companyThey also represent themselves as an LPN to RN program which they are not (another misrepresentation)There are many blogs on the internet of unhappy people like myself that were scammed by this company who misrepresents themselvesRepresenting yourself as a "college program" when you are in fact a publishing company that sells books is a horrible thing to do to people who want to earn a degree Signed a very frustrated & angry person who has been added to the list of people scammed by this company [redacted] ***

I signed a contract with The College Network in April,I financed the testing fees so I would not have the burden of saving for my required tests to achieve a nursing degreeI was instructed to call and request a check for my tests when I was ready to go to a testing center for the examWhen I requested it I was told it would take up to weeks, it's been a yearI have repeatedly called and now there is no option to speak to anybody, only a recording instructing callers to send an e-mail I sent multiple e-mails with NO response the last being April,I have the sent e-mails saved Also, I financed on-line modules and printed textbooks that I was instructed to request when I was ready I received the first one and now the academic support line says they no longer send book because it's available to print on-line It was available when I received the first one so I don't understand how they can change their practice after I paid $each for modules I have to cont

I submitted a request for my test fee payment weeks agoAccording to the Academic support department (which is contracted out) my fee is still pendingThis is unacceptable and is delaying my program completionI have been approved to schedule my exam, however am not able to schedule without my exam fee (which is money that I have already paid to the College Network)I have sent emails to them with no responseI have called the college network different times and am unable to talk to a personThey advise you to email them your request, as I have done times with no responseI am told by the advisors that this department is "backlogged"This is NOT my problem, however I am the one paying for it

It has now been another 3-weeks, following College Network saying that they would make payment to me "soon," with no resolution or check from College Network If you could please advise them that they need to follow through! Again, I requested a test fee in January and with the Revdex.com a couple months ago and have yet to receive compensation VERY IRRITATED! They are still getting their monthly payments and I have not received the TWO test fee worth of checks $700+ that was promised! I am due to pay my current college in August for classes I would hope my check would be in my possession by then! Thank you, [redacted]

In I signed up an online class through The College NetworkIt was a personal loan that I started paying monthly around $a monthTheir study guides and online modules was not very helpfulI continued to do the online class approximately monthsEvery time I call to inquire about the clinical portion of the program the College Network representative always says that their contract with [redacted] and [redacted] is still pendingI finally decided to call The College Network and told them that I would stop with the online program because of their poor service and their online formatting is not helpful to learning and passing the classesI requested them numerous times to send me credit for the subjects I passed but never receive anything from them even though I paid for it When I called them back in the College Network informed me that they are not accepting students from California and I owe them the full loan of almost $10,I was paying them $
