Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The college Network failed to address any of the concerns I submittedIt appears that he utilized some sort of copy and paste blanket response that is probably used for the multiple complaints he responds toThis continues to be further evidence of the lack of customer service continually exhibited by The College NetworkIn addition to MrBernard J [redacted] cookie cutter response, I attempted to contact him on the evening of 9/18/15, 9/21/and 9/28/as the "customer service" department provided his name as the "customer relations" departmentUnfortunately, I have yet to receive a call backHe did indicate in his letter response to contact him if he could be any further assistance but it appears that is just for show and not a request he chooses to follow through on To make this simple, I will highlight point by point Mr [redacted] response in relation to my concerns TCN has a 5-Day Cancellation Policy [redacted] did not contact TCN within five business days to cancel her contract College Network is not reliable in their contacting practices I did contact the person I was advised I needed to contact I went through the channels that was provided to me I was told to contact the salesperson Once I noticed that no action was taken by the salesperson I contacted South East financial who held the loan information, they then advised me to contact the program directly After several phone calls I was told that the day window had passed and I was now bound by the contractNow I am told I was within the day cancellation window and my contract should have been terminated I sent a follow up email to TCN’s accounting department pertaining to the “Credit to Account” [redacted] is due in the amount of $ I contacted customer service and they stated they see no communication for an expedition of my testing fee refund I have checked South East Financial and they also have yet to receive a payment This is the same program that has assured me that I would be receiving my testing fee's " out of courtesy" and not because I was due Same company that continuously says one thing to the customer and does another I made my initial request for the testing fee in APRIL, then again in JULY, followed by AUGUST and one more time in SEPTEMBER it is now OCTOBER and nothing EVEN AFTER MR.SCHRADER responded NOTHING I have been a trusting person and doing my due diligence with the phone calls and follow up calls and still nothing from College Network but empty assurances that it will taken care of Trusting those words have me here, years later still looking to get a refundI did not even address the fraudulent practice of telling the customer that they are accredited everywhere when I notified customer service that I would be moving to California, I was told me to just keep a CT address in order to be able to return to take the Connecticut state boards and then transfer my license to CA because they are not recognized there As I have stated in my complaint, I have paid $every month through direct debit to Southeast financial for 5/yearsthat is a total of between $9,to $10, I am asking again for a refund of the total cost of my contract which is approx$6, I have paid it in full already I am by no means going to sit here and completely attempt to discredit a company, I have heard that this is a great way for working people to obtain their degree, some have found success with itIn this case it is not one that was going to work for me so I requested to get out of it and am hopping that the company does the right thing and honor my request and issues me a refund for the contract amountRegards, [redacted]

TCN promises your exam fee checks to be delivered in a decent amount of time over the years I've been flighting with them they have made it increasingly difficult and hard to obtain these checksI have just about finished the WHOLE program and still am owed of these checksI have not received a check that was requested in almost a YEAR! This was suppose to make it easier, instead I have found myself occurring more debt because of them and having to make choices like do I feed myself this week or take my examI am a hard working nurse I shouldn't need to make decisions like this!

I had a settlement agreement and they have failed to honor the agreement in a reasonable time frame causing negative credit reporting for myselfI filed a complaint against TCN which your office helped to resolveA settlement agreement was drawn up, I was told by Bernard [redacted] that all I had to do was sign and return the settlement agreement and they would take care of paying off my loan with We Florida financialThis came about because of failure of TCN to provide me with my funds when I needed them for classes at Excelsior CollegeI have signed and returned my agreement and TCN has placed a freeze on my payments to the credit unionNow I am being reported the credit bureau as past dueI have called Mr [redacted] times this week and a total of times regarding this matter with no responseI just want this matter resolved and my credit score not to be effected TCN is to payoff the loan with We Florida Financial in the amount of $I want this done within days as I have now been reported as past due Regards, [redacted] %

To whom it may concern: I am writing because I have been waiting for a refund of services that were paid for and never usedThe College Network let me out of my contract over a year ago but they stated that financing would still be deducted from my account until the contract is completePayments were made for approximately months after my contract was closedMrBernie S [redacted] r stated that this amount would be then refunded to meThis is an expressed contract and the College Network has not held up their portion of this contractMrBernie S [redacted] r and I have been in contact over the last months and he continues to state that the refund is still processing and cannot give me an exact date when this refund will be completeAfter weeks without any correspondence, I reached out to MrBernie S [redacted] r again only to be told that they can no longer transfer me to him and that I will need to send an emailIn the past when I have sent emails, they have gone unanswered with no responseSuch is the case again this timeMrBernie S [redacted] r has not contacted me in over weeks and I cannot wait any longer for this refundI feel that the College Network has been given ample time to get this refund to meNow when I attempt to contact MrBernie S [redacted] r, I am told that the business has been restructured and they are unable to transfer me to him as they were able to do in the pastThe College Network has been restructuring their company for over a year and it is extremely difficult to continue to be patient and wait for this refund that is truly illegal for them to continue to hold on toI am requesting that the College Network distribute the funds that are due to me, not half or part of the refund, but the full amount within days of this correspondenceI have been more than patient and feel that the College Network has been given plenty of timeIt is extremely difficult to continue to wait for this refund and makes it more difficult when you reach out to the College Network and you never get a responseThis funding is needed in order to finish my schooling and they are keeping money that does not belong to themI did not want to have to contact the Revdex.com as MrBernie S [redacted] r has been corresponding with me, but for weeks there has not been any correspondence or return phone calls or emails so I was left with no choiceThere should be no reason why the full refund of $should not be mailed out within daysThe desired outcome of this complaint is that the refund I am waiting for will be sent in its entirety within days of this correspondence Regards, [redacted]

How am I supposed to get out of the program in days, without knowing what the materials include that are given to us as students and what the tests will be like before that day period is up? I also contacted the company that the loan is through (Southeast Financial) and they stated that the loan I have through them is a PERSONAL loan and not a STUDENT loan...which was also not told to me when signing up for TCNI have not received statements from Southeast Financial since June - even though they said THE COMPUTER generated the statements for all months after June (besides November and December)How is this loan company supposed to verify that these were sent out when a computer generates themI feel like I am rambling on about this and not getting anywhereHow would you feel if you child signed up for something, thinking that they were going to benefit as a student and progress to their future career - only to find out that they can't do that because the program that they are going through is not beneficial and is making them fork out an over-abundance of money that they financially can't afford and then not know where their money is truely going because they don't receive statementsMaybe you should improve the learning modules so they are more beneficialI just don't understand how you can lie to your customers and expect them to be ok with itI am not asking to completely get out of my contract, but some help from them would be niceI would really like to go through a different school to set a better future for myself and my career goals and that is not going to happen through TCNI should have just went through Excelsior College and not through TCN as wellRegards, [redacted]

Funny Brad the [redacted] is an automated number No one answers it in accounting or anywhere else the only way( to get a hold) of College Network is through an email that no one responds to Been waiting for a check since 04/07/to complete transition role course Been paying 199.20/mth for years...never missed a payment
