I have had this issue prior in the past The College Network where I get my exams for college for, is supposed to send me the fee for the exams I am to take when requested I emailed and sent the appropriate documentation to receive my test fee for my next exam on 1/5/ I have attempted to call the College Network accounting department, which tells you to email them and hangs up I have emailed them times with no response I have called the customer service company they have contracted but this company only handles academic issues This is an ongoing concern that is impairing my ability to complete school which is costing me more money Furthermore, it is more than a little disturbing there is no way to contact them, and they refuse to return my communications even though I financed these fees years ago, and they need to dispurse my money back to me

I'm an Lpn, army vet, who in was pressured to join the college network by an unscrupulous sales man, I took exams for my Lpn to Rn program with Excelsior college, I paid in full, around $9,for the program, normally when you take a test, that test is covered under the program, you tell the college network which test you're taking and they send the check for the test normally the next business day, but now, it's taking months to get those checks, the college network don't even have a finance department anymore, all they have when you call the or you get a prompt for an email [email protected], I have sent tons of emails requesting my exam fee for microbiology, and no answer! I want my exam fee, as promised when I signed the contract back in 2008, I have taken exams, I still have about more to go, they promised me on the phone numerous times before, that I'm paid in full and that I qualify for the exam fee reimbursement checks

When I first signed up with The College Network in February 2014, I was told by my academic advisor that the best option for me was to finance all of my exam fees in with the loan I was taking out through them so when it came time after all the lessons and quizzes were complete, I wouldn't have to try to come up with the money I was told by my advisor that all I had to do after completing the lessons and quizzes at the end of each class was to contact The College Network and submit a request for a check to be sent to me so I could pay for and schedule my exam to receive college credit hours I was told to allow 2-weeks to receive my check in the mail Well, the first time I submitted a request it took MONTHS to receive the check Now, it has been over a YEAR since I submitted the request for the check for my Lifespan Developmental Psychology exam fee, and over MONTHS since I submitted the request for my Analysis and Interpretation of Literature exam fee Every time I call t
