I am paying $a month to College NetworkThis was set up as a program to assist me as a student who wanted to finish my RN but did not have financial aid available to help save the $testing fees for my nursing testsWhen prepared to take a test I am suppose to receive my testing fees to I can afford the yearSince October I have taken tests and I have requested a 6th feeI receive an email stating I requested and I when I talk to the Support team they say it is in processOriginally told4-weeks then told 10-weeksIt has now been almost months for one of the feesI still owe Paramount $and now they are threatening credit reporting when automatic payment did not go through after I pain for my test due to not receiving the more than $owed to me

The company refunds your exams and administration fees back to you for each examI have in the past received refunds without incident howerver I requested my final exam fees back to me on 8/3/and was informed that it would take weeks which is a 4-weeks longer than usualFast forward a year later and after multiple phone calls and unanswered emails I have still yet to recieve the funds that are owed to meI have called the customer support number who states that the only have the email address that they direct customers to as a contactI am beyond frustrated and I just want my funds returned to me

Unresolved complaint with business reply which did NOT address my concerns or offer a resolution: Complaint: Misled about a degree programWas told I was signing up for a payment plan when it was actually a loan, found that out after I already gave the down payment and then was forwarded the contract to signHere is the dispute letter I sent to TCN attempting to resolve my issues, it outlines my troubles: To Whom It May Concern: I originally signed my contract with TCN in February of to obtain my LPN to BSN degree partnered through ISUMy contract included the purchase of CLM's and NTC's in order to be eligible for admission into ISU’s nursing programThe total cost of my program including all modules, courses, fees and discounts was I made a down payment of $and obtained a loan through City County Credit Union for the remainder of my fees, $4,140.50, which I have diligently paid since inceptionTo date I have passed the exam for the Anatomy and Physiology I CLM with one attemptI have also been painstakingly studying the extensive course material in order to take the Anatomy and Physiology II CLM examHowever, when I called on 5/6/to schedule my exam, I was told that the format for testing had been changedThe representative informed me that TCN had determined better results were seen at a testing center rather than the home setting, and therefore had moved to proctored site testingThe downfall to this was that I was now responsible for the cost increase of several hundred dollars per examI was also informed that the proctored test for Anatomy and Physiology II was now a combined test through Excelsior College which covered both A&P I and II, and that my hard work passing the A&P I exam was no longer credible and essentially worthlessI was also informed that Intro to World Religions [redacted] was no longer required by ISU, and my two remaining courses Microbiology and Chemistry would also be tested using CLEP and ExcelsiorDuring this phone call the representative stated she would credit the cost of Intro to World Religions*, refund the $exam fee for A&P I, and would also reimburse me $towards the cost of my A&P exam through Excelsior after I took that testI voiced my concern over not being able to afford an extra several hundred dollars to take a test that I have already financed through the cost of my programAfter hearing this representative then stated she would send me the $check immediately towards the Excelsior AP examAt this point I began questioning several things: Why was the immediate check release not offered up front? Why was I responsible for the increase in test fees when it was a TCN decision to change the format of their program? Were TCN CLM's even necessary if the tests I would be taking to finish my "prerequisites" were through Excelsior and CLEP, both of which have study material that is easily and cheaply obtained? After getting no clear answer to the above questions from the representative and feeling quite manipulated, I requested a complete refund of the A&P I moduleThe representative denied my request stating that I was responsible for the materials and text that I had utilizedAfter much back and forth I finally requested a supervisor call me back and obtained a faxed copy of my contractThrough talk with the supervisor that same day I learned that ISU was actually no longer accepting TCN CLM's as credit towards their courseIn short, TCN lost any accreditation they had towards the LPN to BSN programThe supervisor confirmed that to continue with the program I would be turning towards Excelsior and CLEP to complete the "CLM/NTC" portion of my programAfter this confirmation I mentioned arbitration as outlined in my contractI feel that TCN has altered the original terms of the agreement and attempted to mislead me in earlier conversations regarding the change in testing formatOf note, my contract clearly states that TCN is responsible for increase in testing fees when testing fees are financed, however neither representative nor supervisor mentioned this or agreed to honor this when I questioned itThe monies and time I spent on A&P I and II are now wasted and any other materials I have financed are useless, as I am no longer preparing for TCN exams since they are now administered through different sources with their own easily obtainable (and cheaper) study materialsI have a justified lack of trust and dissatisfaction going forward with TCNMy contract has been breached by your company in several ways through no fault of my own and I wish to be released from this programSince learning of TCN’s multiple deceptions and contract breach I have pursued other degree options and have no further interest in your servicesMy legal counsel has reviewed my contract and is prepared to move forward with legal action in order recover the full extent of all damages incurredHowever, I offer a settlement in order to release us both from this contract and provide swift resolution: ? I used a Scholarship and paid the reminder off years agoWhen I found out VA would no longer except the College network/Excelsior program in I asked for a refund on the remaining modules I had purchased and never receivedTo this day this has not been resolved
