Yes Credit Pros has worked well for me and now my wife is leaving Lexington Law she will be working on correcting her credit thru Credit Pro also.
So far so Good !!!!!!!!!!!!

They do what they say,great people no complaint

I have paid several companies before The Credit Pros and did not get any results. I went into this deal with The Credit Pros very skeptical and I told them that up front. However, with-in the first several weeks of hiring The Credit Pros I knew I had struck pay dirt. Let's put it this way, by the time my first rounds was up which took under 60 days I had seen my score jump almost 60 plus points on two of the bureaus and I could not believe how many corrections and deletions were accomplished on my credit file because of The Credit Pros. It was great to see that along the way. To this day I never stop thanking them by e mail and phone.

They did remove negative items from my credit report..but it made my experian drop 43 points from when I began

This company has delivered as promised.

Review: We hired TheCreditPros on May of 2015 to help clean up our credit. Our initial contact was a gentleman by the name of [redacted] (###-###-####). During the setting up phase of all this he was VERY responseive. Once the automatic draft was set up he stopped returning phone calls. I called him 3 times duing a 4 day period (every other day giving him a day in between to return the calls). He never responded. So I called whom I thought was his boss,[redacted] (###-###-####). [redacted] got [redacted] to call us back. We spoke and he answered my questions.

Two weeks later we went through the same process with after 3 tries I had to call[redacted] to have him call me back. I then found out that [redacted] was the salesman and someone else was to be my contact. I'm given the general number that you have on file. During this time I get voice mail from a[redacted]. No phone call, just direct to voice mail. I don't know who he is so I call the number to speak to this gentleman. After leaving 3 messages, just like I did with[redacted], I had enough and told them to cancel the service.[redacted], the lady I spoke to, would not let me cancel and asked if she can put me in touch with her boss.[redacted] (###-###-####) calls me back and apologizes. He said that he would be my main point of contact and gave me his email.

At first it was good and I even enjoyed talkig to[redacted]. But then things became the same as with [redacted] where he was not responding to neither phone calls nor emails (I have copies of all the emails). So my wife and I decided to cancel the service. As of 7/10/14 we cancelled the service and received emails and text messages from Credit Pros acknowledging it.

Now I continue to get voice mail (straight to voice mail) from[redacted] wanting payment or they'll have to cancel service (I changed bank accounts and they don't have the new card to charge me). I'm also getting text messages about the work that they're still doing. And[redacted], nor his assiatant, are not responding to emails.Desired Settlement: Because of all this aggrivation I do not feel that I should have to pay them anymore money. I want them to cancel any work that they were supposed to do, get me mine and my wifes credit scores like I asked for over a month ago, and stop contacting me.

We have provided the client and his spouse an update on their file to show progress, and I corresponded with the client letting them know they would not be billed for future services and have wiped their past due invoice away as per the request resolution requested by the consumer in their complaint. I directly email clients and let them know they had no monies due to The Credit Pros. I provided the updated to show proof of work and my email was acknowledged. We know the client as[redacted] not [redacted] as the consumer reports to the Revdex.com. I let the consumer know via email we would still provide advisement even though account was closed at their request.

Review: The service was canceled and a refund and no other money was to be taken out and they did. They lied to us about the refund and taking money from us. We are demanding our money back ASAP. The service was cancelled before the money was removed on the 1/17/16 and the continued to take the money anyways.Desired Settlement: Our money make ASAP and the company to shut down as this is fraud.

Spoke with [redacted] on 1/20 about her not being happy and wanting to stop the process. I submitted request to cancel service for both her and her husband following a conversation where [redacted] stated she would do whatever was necessary to get a refund. [redacted] even stated she would stop posting on websites if she got hers and her husbands money returned. I happily submitted the request for cancellation to my billing manager and made her aware funds had to be returned to the card they were drawn from even if the card was closed with her bank and they would have to issue her a check or apply it back to the card. This process of return can take anywhere from 48 hours to up to 14 days depending on the clients financial institution. The Credit Pros can't dictate how quickly they should apply a credit once it leaves our merchant processors. Our client's are not hassled about deciding not to partake in our services. A copy of the merchant credit will be emailed back to the client, and posted with the Revdex.com next business day, Monday February 1st. Review: I called this company to get help fixing my credit. I was told that I needed to pay $149 to get started. I paid that amount on March 16, 2015. I didn't receive the service that was promised if I paid that amount. I called back the beginning of April to get out of the program and I had someone talked to me about staying and that there will be no charge for this month. As of April 13, 2015; $99 was taken out of my account. I have been calling all day and had no luck with speaking to anyone. I also sent an email and have yet to get a reply back. I do not want to pay for services that I am not receiving.Desired Settlement: I will like a refund of my $149 and $99 for services that I didn't receive asap or I will file a lawsuit against this company.

Client [redacted] was refunded her $99.00 yesterday, prior to complaint. The salesperson [redacted] spoke with her and money was returned right away. Ms. [redacted] remained a client and if she has decided otherwise her enrollment will be refunded and we will cease work on her file as well as inform bureaus and debit furnishers to retract our work. We can continue as planned if this complaint is closed and resolved.

I am on my first round with The Credit Pros and already my credit score is over +40. They work hard with what they are dealt with and I appreciate every single employee I have come into contact with. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a service to help point you in the right direction. It is hard work to do this on your own but they know exactly what to do. Also, make sure you are contributing just as hard!!

I been with the credit pros over a year and all good things happen. The Credit Pros restored my credit and they continue to guild me along the way. The credit Pros is a great company that is out to help their client. It is not about the money because the work with you. I will recommend anybody that is trying to restored their credits to look up the Credit Pros for their assistance.

I've been using The Credit Pros for almost 3 months now and they are doing everything they said they would...I am very satisfied with how my score and the process is going so far. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their credit back on track!
