Audi A4, Gold Plus Warranty with Red Auto$4,500/100,miles
I experienced a loss of power at ~40mph, with no warning light or noiseI had it towed to an ASE Certified shop
The mechanic determined my engine failed due to mechanical oil pump failureCalled Red Auto
1st INSPECTION - Days later, Red Auto sent a field tech to inspect my carHe took pics and an oil sample
Cody C(claims adjuster) eventually called and said with no light or trouble code, they can’t be sureAfter my mechanic already said it was an oil pump failure, and their field tech agreed
Days of calls, they insisted my mechanic run the engine to find a codeHe refused because the engine was knocking, as confirmed by their field techRunning it would cause the motor to seize, making removal more difficult
Cody said there would be no repair with no codeThe engine was run until it seizedStill no useful codes
2nd INSPECTION - Red Auto field tech came again and confirmed the new

Stay away from this company!! Not once they covered anythingEvery time they request a second or third inspection at your expense and then they deny the warranty! It happened to me timesOnce I had my car in the BMW dealership for a monthThey requesting inspection after inspection until they find something that they use to deny your claimThey also like to use the reason preexisting conditionJust to give you an exampleMy hatch door was starting slamming downI already had the warranty for about monthsIt was denied! Than about months later the fuel injectors started acting upBMW master technician said that it is a defective fuel injector that causes the problemIt was not good enough for themThey requested additional inspection at the cost of a 1000$I paid for itThan they denied it because they find some carbon inside the cylinder which is naturalWhen you burn gasoline its creates carbonEven after the technician said that that the carbon has nothing to do with the problem they still refuse to coverThe whole deal took almost daysThey are unreachableThey don't call you backSo BMW get so upset by they treatment that they offered to cover most of my cost, except the 1000$Than autoprom, the company that sold me the warranty they offered me 290$ to help me outEverybody helped but the carguard!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! I'm also looking into legal action against this company

I'm just sharing my experience I had with this company, mostly through phone conversations, which only once I was given any information about the company (I never asked about the company name in any of the phone conversations)For the last few months I've been getting phone calls about extending my truck warranty, I swear I talked to almost different people (different calls)The calls come from all types of phone numbers some even "tricking me" with an area code (which is the state I live in)I'm not sure if all representatives that I spoke to was from CarGuard Administration, but I was asked each call if I had received my notices that were sentNo, I did not received anythingAnd after asking if I could get information sent to me, they declined and said that they don't send anything in the mail unless I make a paymentI thought that was weird, so why would you ask me on the phone if I received your notices if you only send them out once a customer paysWhen I declined the offer, I was asked a bunch of questions as to why I am declining the offerWhy does it matter why I want to decline the offer or not? If I say I want to decline it, then you should leave it as that and not ask me million questions after, trying to get me to sign up for insurance I clearly don't wantWhen I asked if I could get any physical information to share with my spouse, who was at work on a different island, the representative did give me a website for my spouse to check out, but said I needed to make a decision on the phone call whether I was going to take the insurance or notWhen I asked if I could give him a call back once my spouse got home over the weekend, he said that this was a time sensitive matter and that since I had declined their offers before with other representatives, I would not be able to give him a call back for their protection (which is understandable)Well God forbid my Chevy Colorado with miles, that I only drive to work, miles away from my home, will break down in the next two days before I can give this representative a call back on MondayAlthough that is a possibility, I doubt that would happenThe representative that I spoke to, I didn't catch his name, he had great customer service and I felt he truly was trying to help me, but the plans just didn't fit my budgetI live in Hawaii, pay here isn't that great and the cost of living is high which I feel sometimes mainland companies don't take into effect and that is one of the reasons why I was declining the offerI wasn't declining it because I didn't want their service, it was more so because financially, that will not work for meThe representative's comment about me declining the offer with two other representative kind of annoyed me because I said, if you can see that I declined it twice before, why do you guys keep calling me thinking I'm going to change my mind? He didn't answerOther comments the representative made that really annoyed me were 1) I said my spouse has the credit card so I would not be making any payment today, he made an assumption that he didn't leave me money while he was working off island2) He made a comment saying, he didn't understand why I wouldn't want to make any payment in fear of making my spouse madI said nothing about making my spouse mad or him being mad if I decided to pay for the insurance3) He asked me if I own my home and I said noHe said so your truck is your biggest investment, referring to it as a $60k investment (this is not how much a Chevy Colorado is, maybe a Silverado, but I don't own a Silverado)And I invested more money in my education than any vehicle I have ownedAnd he said you would want to protect your truck that your spouse bought for youThis comment pissed me off, because don't think because I am a woman that my spouse has anything to do with MY vehicleOur vehicles are separate and have no ties to each other (his name is not on anything regarding my truck) nor did we give/loan money to one another to get our vehiclesI don't need my spouse to buy me a vehicle like I'm some damsel in distress or that I need my spouse to support meThat is making assumptions! And when I asked to be removed from the calling list, the representative asked me more questionsSo my thoughts are this, if someone is declining your services, then remove them off your list or make a note that they declined and move on, don't keep contacting people wasting their times speaking to someone to be put on hold to be transferred to another representative to then get put on hold to speak to a financial representativeI just want it to be clear in your system that I decline your offers and I don't want to be contacted in the future

I purchased an after market warranty in May I followed the stipulations they wanted and didn't use it for the first miles I made an appointment at the dealer for a steering issue that was scheduled to go in to be repaired Before the scheduled appointment the engine light came on and we took the car into be looked at That was Feb 20th, 2018--I still don't have the car back because the warranty company could not be reached due to inclement weather When the dealer finally got ahold of them, they said an adjuster needed to see the car Then it took a week for them to say no to issues the dealer found wrong with the carNow they are saying they never get a request for the problem when the light went on the dashboard I still don't have my car back and when we call them we are put into a generic voicemail and no one calls back I want the warranty company to approve all the work that needs to be done or I want my money back that I wasted on this purchase The seller

I have the Platinum Plus policy on my carI had a service issue that is coveredThey sent someone out to the dealership to confirm the issue and gave the dealer a confirmation that the service is coveredThe dealer fixed the problem but the company has failed to pay for the covered issuesWe have called many times and have been told that the issues are covered but still no payment days later,I had to pay for the c;laim after weeks to get my car backThe company said they would send a check to cover the claimI have had many conversations with the claims person responsible for paying the claim, has promised me to call back but never has returned my calls

(Note to Revdex.comWe acted upon MsM*** request to refund monies when she called the morning of 3/17, It is my understanding that if we respond immediately to the client and resolve her concerns right away that this is not a basis for a complaint)
MsM*** called our
office at 10:17am on March 17, She spoke with our Client Success Team regarding having cancelled her file two months priorOur records indicated no previous requests for cancellation of her file and to discontinue our servicesWe searched our call logs and email logs as well as the client portal and informed MsM*** we had no previous knowledge of her wanting to discontinueWe complied with her request to return payments of $on 3/and attached are those transaction receiptsI am confused why a complaint was filed if we agreed to rectify the issue when she phoned The Credit Pros and we resolved her concerns after her callI am assuming this is a clear case of misunderstanding and do hope this will resolve her concerns since they were already addressed.
The Credit Pros wishes MsM*** the greatest success moving forward on her future endeavors

Despite being on the DO NOT CALL LIST, I have been hounded by these people for months They continue to call all hours and refuse to remove me from their call list I have a 15-monthh old KIA Soul that is trouble free I take it for oil changes and I only have 9,miles on it I am and only drive for errands I let the man go through with his spiel and he tried to scare me but I am smarter than to give him $as a downpayment and additional monthly payments of $ The contract would only be for FOUR years Do NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE There is nothing that will go wrong with my car that KIA won't take care of with its original warranty and that warranty takes care of the drivetrain for years or 100,miles If you sign on with this sleazy company, you will only be paying money for something that you got for free from your dealer

CarGuard has called my cell number 1-times per day for the last months I always speak to someone and ask to be removed from the call list
I had a conversation with the agent that said "I am not going to give you my company name, you cant stop the calls"
Today I pretended I wanted to buy the extended warranty to get to the company to gather information I was never provided business info, they stated we cant provide call back information, we cant give email info, cant give web site info, we just need $deposit to send you contract information
This is an aggressive company that will not stop calling and has shady practice
They are selling extended warranties
They have no idea what car I have
I was approved with no information
They want $payment immediately by credit card Then $for the next two years paid monthly
This entire thing is a SCAM
and they will not stop calling

We have purchased an extended warranty for a work vehicle in August of In August of 2018, we had an incident involving the transmission The lower seal had blown apart The transmission overheated to the point of melting the gears The warranty company was contacted to start the repair process After days of back and forth, providing maintenance documents, and exchanging phone calls and emails, the investigator was sent to the repair shop Our claim was denied for lack of maintenance The denial was in complete contradiction to the mechanic's findings We have called and asked for a second investigator to go on site Carguard has been completely unresponsive This has been going on for three weeks as of 8/24/

On November after being solicited by phone I purchased an extended warranty for a Mercedes Benz SI had just purchased the carThe car had 36,miles at the time of purchaseThe warrantee specifically precluded coverage within the first days and or milesIn the end of February the right front strut shock sprung a leak in the leveling system
The car was immediately brought into the Mercedes-Benz dealer where it was determined that the part needed to be replacedIt is specifically covered under the contract as a listed Part Csr guard is now saying it was due to wear and tear and therefore they are not responsibleThe car now has 39,milesThe cost of the repair is approximately $During the inspection it was determined that the engine mount and transmission mount may need to be replaced they are once again saying there is no coverage for that despite it being specifically listed as covered under the insuranceTheir position is it’s where and

Excellent company. They exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend them.

I have paid several companies before The Credit Pros and did not get any results. I went into this deal with The Credit Pros very skeptical and I told them that up front. However, with-in the first several weeks of hiring The Credit Pros I knew I had struck pay dirt. Let's put it this way, by the time my first rounds was up which took under 60 days I had seen my score jump almost 60 plus points on two of the bureaus and I could not believe how many corrections and deletions were accomplished on my credit file because of The Credit Pros. It was great to see that along the way. To this day I never stop thanking them by e mail and phone.

I just signed up with credit pros and my first round has begun. Honeslty I'm not sure how this is going to workout. They seem to care at times. I have seen alot if reviews sayin people saw results within a month or two I have yet to see anything. Hopefully something will change soon so I can finish this review on a positive note.

Client was billed in error and we returned the funds prior to complaint being filed. A copy of the return receipt was sent to the client to confirm that they had received funds back into their account.

Thank you,
