Do not use this CarGuard! I received my warranty policy through a third party seller who no longer uses Carguard due to their terrible service to customersI purchased their top of the line policy for my BMW My car had been inspected just prior to the purchase and it was in perfect conditionmonths later I tired to use the policy and was denied for “atmospheric conditions”! I disputed the claim but initially thought my service company had input the claim incorrectly and wound up paying for the repair myselfThe second time, the BMW dealership found a problem and contacted Carguard for me It took several attempts and several days to get an inspectionI was denied this time due to “pre-existing conditions”I did, after much work, speak to a supervisor one timeHe emailed me later to tell me that I was still deniedI to this day, can not get any information beyond as to what they mean specifically I have statements from the first service company, the dealer and a BMW mechanic that my conditions were not pre-existingI hope this helpsI will say the company (the CEO actually) who originally sold me the policy (Autopom!) has been great in trying to help me get this resolvedWe together unfortunately, haven’t gotten a resolution from CarGuard and may neverI am investigating legal recourse against CarGard

Edgar G [redacted] lied a told me my latch hood switch was covered I went to a local Chevy dealership to have my car serviced and Red auto denied the claimI had this warranty for two to three months and red auto has initially diened that I had a warrantySecondly red auto said they would fix my latch hood switch and now they have rejected and went back on there word to repair my carThese are the names of the people I have spoken with George, Kelvin, and Edgar G [redacted] G [redacted] is the deceitful oneI will contact a local TV station (trouble shooter) that helps to resolve issues consumer have with merchants

Every day I receive calls from a ROBO caller about my "car's warranty expiring", then if you say yes you get an Indian who screens you and finally an employee of CarGuardThese nefarious crooks will be reported to the PA State PoliceStop harassing me you annoying crooks!

This warranty company STINKS! DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY
or any company affiliated with them, you will be sorry!!! Literally months to get a repair approved and then they only want to do a partial repair to "see if that works" it didn't The people that you have to talk to must be con artists and must be the ones writing the good reviewsI have never been so stressed out and now I find out they haven't even paid my service company!!! I am livid, I hate, Hate, HATE them! I don't usually use colorful language but they have pushed me beyond the brink and then they get an attitude because I said I was "sick of this s#!+! Lord Help Me, BUYER BEWARE! I wish you could give a negative star rating

Why is this company allowed to stay in business, their practices around denying claims is apparent that it is a scam

I was going back and forth between places to get a warranty and they helped me out and gave me the lowest possible quote I've ever seenThanks CarGuard!

I purchased an auto warranty policy from this company on June 12, There was a mile and day grace period that had to expire before the car was covered At miles and days into the contract, I had an electronic part fail in the transmission They have denied the claim since I haven't been on their program very long (but past the grace period) They are claiming that it's a pre-existing condition since it failed so soon after the contract became active You have no control when an electronic part fails I took pictures of the solenoid and the area where the control panel is located and it was pristine They originally started telling me there was burnt oil, etc which is a lie since the Mercedes transmission fluid was as blue as when it came out of the can They simply refused to pay for it since it was a newer policy

I have extended car warranty with this company after my manufacturing almost expireI never known this stupid company beforeI got them from agent which is out of business nowI got cover from may/and recently I took my car to Mercedes dealer just for regular maintenance and Technician found down need to repair some problem which they believe it has cover from this Carguard administration IncInspector came and inspected and he answered the problem happened before I bought warranty and his company not gonna pay for repair and I tried to call to make him explain but I didn’t get response from anybody and even I tried to call to cancel service they make me wait inline more than 40minutes and till no one answerFinally I call my credit card ( capital one ) which I used to make payment for this Carguard they give me mos money back before they investigate this companyI share my experience for anybody consideration before do business with this company

Do not do business with this companyMy husband signed up with them and was told there is a 30-day cancellation periodWhen he got the booklet and read what they covered he decided to cancel itHe left them messages and emailed them with no responseHe finally got in touch with them, they were very rude and refused to cancel itThe second person he talked to actually hung up on him We finally had to call our credit card company and have them deal with them to get our $fee refundedTerrible customer service! I'd give them stars if that was possible

I purchased a warranty, had my vehicle inspected by an Audi dealer and then 5k miles later, this company refused to pay for a covered repair, despite the fact that their own inspector stated in his report that it wasn't a pre-existing condition

CarGuard failed to issue a payment to the repair shop for an approved claimsToday is March Claims were approved on Nov and Nov The repair shop requested the payment on Dec after completing the repairThe representative from the shop and I spent countless hours exchanging email and making phone calls trying to collect the paymentAs of this message no payment has been receivedShop and I spoke with different people at the companyLet many messages for accounting with no one coming back to us To me this is a violation of the contract

I bought a platinum package back in February , I was told if anything happens to my car I can take it in any dealership and they will cover my repairsOn May 5th I took my car into a Ford dealership , it was close to closing time and I accepted responsibility of covering the rental cost for the weekendThe technician diagnosed my car on May 7th and called in to file a claim I was told by the dealership that car guard was sending an appraiser out within hours to check my car outThe appraiser came out on May 8th and told the dealership they would get back to them with an answerMay 9th I called the dealership and the guy who was handling my claim said car guard has not got back to them which I then volunteered to call them myselfI called in and they transferred me to Charlie the adjuster who then told me when the appraiser got there the dealership erased the codes prior to him arriving they ran the codes again and found one fuel injector wrong so therefore my claim is deni

Mr*** phoned our services to enroll in our program in 4/15/he was unable to pay our full enrollment so he paid a portion of the enrollment and knew that he was responsible for paying the rest of a specified dateMr*** called us back after the payment he set up to finish
off his enrollment did not process and asked us to move the payment to a future day to continue when this payment failed his account was temporarily closed/until the balance of what he owed was paidHe understood and told the agent he was still in school and had looming debt over himWe were happy to make a payment plan with him he did not want itDuring the course of the same day he called to speak with another coach and they too told him he was responsible for any work completed up until the day he cancelled and offered if we let him go, not only would he be happy but would refer friends and family when he returned and was pleased for the work we had doneI listened to conversations on separate occasions and from the first call he made into the office through the last call he mentioned he was a student so we were of his financial obstacles and could not turn someone away if they request our help even if we have a suspicion they may decide to cancel in a month after beginning we treat everyone the sameWhen I read the complaint he brought to light that he was a disabled student as well not that this would factor into our fair treatment of his case however *** never mentioned wanting to cancell when he spoke with the coachesMr *** would not qualify for a refund based on the fact he had more work done than he even paid for in the first placeHe was also told that we would process any paperwork the bureaus mailed to him to assist him

I think this company CarGuard is a complete scam! Unfortunately I had to learn this the costly and hard wayI had two of my vehicles covered by CarGuard (which seemingly does the coverage for America AutoCare) I have a BMW and a Mercedes benzAfter the CarGuard (America AutoCare) warranty was almost fully paid for, my BMW begin to have problems, and CarGuard gave me the run around on every single claim and eventually found reasons to deny the claimsTheir denials went from "The mechanic must prove the part failed, we don't pay for dealership parts, you must show receipts for maintenance work done within the past months, we do not cover the part because the damage is due to wear and tear as opposed to leak, you moved the car from the shop, etc, etc This company really exhausted me with the constant back and forth running around, waiting forever for an inspector to visit the shop, not returning phone calls, and further costing me money throughout the entire process of their gameI have cancelled the second contract I had with themThey are the worst ever!! I would absolutely NOT recommend these people to anyone looking to purchase extended automobile coverage I warn you, keep away from themThey are predators!

I bought car Toyota Corolla from an agency where CarGuard Administration insurance guys told me all the mechanical damage is covered with there insurance.I found that interesting so outside of my insurance I choose CarGuard Administration and paid in installmentAs per the policy either month or Miles are covered
Recently my car broke down while I was commuting home from office the reason was coolant pipe got broken so I called this people and now they started explaining me the clauses which they have never explained me while buying there insurance
Worst Insurance Service If anyone planning to buy this please stay away they are never going to refund infact they will keep on charging money from you only
