Credit pros is awesome!
Review: On March 6, 2015 I called creditreports.com to cancel my membership. Creditreports.com operator told me that I had two active memberships, I said no I don't I only signed up for one membership. Creditreports.com asked me if I have a New Jersey address, and I said no. Creditreports.com told me that someone signed me up for credit monitoring with The Credit Pros address, but Credit Pros didn't tell me they did this; I'm pretty sure someone at The Credit Pros did this; because, creditreports.com said it was in my name with a address of 60 Park Place Suite 200, Newark, NJ 07102, and they signed up under a trial period. I was very upset that no one at The Credit Pros told me they did this, so I cancelled it & I am very upset that after I cancelled this that now The Credit Pros is saying that I can't use Credit Karma for my credit monitoring. When before I found out about this, Gene at The Credit Pros said it was okay for me to use Credit Karma for credit monoriting.Desired Settlement: For the Credit Pros to either let me use Credit Karma for my credit monitoring like I was told when I signed up for The Credit Pros or The Credit Pros could give me credit monitoring without me paying them for their credit monitoring; since, they also have credit monitoring services.

Review: When I first came to the company looking for credit help I was sure I was doing the right thing...after I set up the consultation I heard nothing from them for days and my card was charge...they told me it wouldnt be until after I agree that I wanted to go thorough with them helping me establish credit. After days of calling with no response from anyone I finally got in contact with the person who helped me and she told me my refund would be posted right away and now 5 days later still no refund!!!! I have called again and I was told she would call me back asap but again no one has called!!! All I want is my money back on my card...you didnt wait this long to take it off dont take this long to put it back on my card!!!!!Desired Settlement: Put my money back on my card!!!!!!!

What can I say, The Credit Pro's deliver on their promises. My wife and I have been clients since Oct 17, 2015. Since the first round of disputes my wife has had 7 deletions amongst the 3 credit bureaus and I a total of 5 deletions. As of today the 2nd round has begun and I am sure that other derogatory information will be removed.
I was very pleaseed how The Credit Pros provide me with all that I would need as a customer and have operated in a professional manner in every aspect of their vision for the company and clients. I will defintely refer people to The Credit Pros for their service.
Review: When I fist started with the company I was not explained in details some hidden issues of the program. I paid $149.00 dollar for Credit counseling that lasted 10 min, and $99.00 dollars a month afterwards. My advisor at the begining was [redacted]. He did not explain to me after the fist conversation HE was "not" going to be the advisor and that it was going to be Customer Service. The company The Credit Pros International Corporation d/b/a The Credit Pros explained to me that they will assist me all at times.
I have made NOTES of NEGATIVE service in their own protal since I started. An they never respond to the bad service. Even though they say THEY HAVE.
However, they failed to listen to me and my request to assist me on my credit report. I spoke to Asistant Manager Mrs. [redacted] that is they are NOT helpful. They updated my credit information in their portal with reports considered an AUDIT. However, the information they put as ACCOMPLISHED, "REPAIRED OR DELETED ITEMS" is not CORRECT and FALSE when they provide me with of summary of their accomplishments. This means that the AUDIT if FALSELY publicized in their portal. For Example, under their web page STATUS they explained that they eliminated a dispute of a LOAN from the three credit reports. However, reviewing my credit report it was only deleted from 1 credit Agency and NOT 3 credit agencies. I have copies that the reports. Also, that they disputed incorrect information on my personal account. This should not be considered as disputed because its only considered as INCORRECT information and does not should not apply. But in that case they use their terminology it still is incorrect. Because, I went they explained they repaired it on all 3 credit agencies which is false. IT was only repaired in only 1 credit agency. I just reported it myself. The company was to assist me on disputing anything that is on credit reports. Online "I" was able to dispute the credit inquiries myself after they told me I could notDesired Settlement: I would like a COMPLETE REFUND of all services including the initial consultation and monthly dues charged.
I agreed to sign up if they were going to help me all the way. They are not helping me all the way because I have to go Online with each credit report and dispute them myself.
They failed to show me the letters they send on the first round and second round. That I requested on my notes to them.
I want them to finish what they started and correct their errors on their end and ficticious information they provide us as a client.
Also, on the portal it says the MR. [redacted] is my advisor. They need to take that out. He is only a sales person and NOT an advisor to my personal account. It leads the client to think he is your advisor which is false. Its the customer service line. In which they should have explained at the begining.

Review: Signed on with this company. They failed to deliver the service promised within the time they promised. I was supposed to get an audit on my credit report and I did not get one after they failed to get any deletions on my CR. I called and advised them of my displeasure and they said they would call back with an audit on my CR. Never happened. Instead they now claim I am required to sign up witha credit montering service. I was never told I would have to take on additional expense of another service. They had no problem getting my credit report when I signed up.Desired Settlement: I want my 150 back.

I signed up with the credit pros with the promise of good customer service, sound advice and a clean credit report. I stayed with the credit pros for a little over a year before I realized that these promises were unfulfilled. I did have several negative issues from recent transactions on my report but if they are such pros they should have known that it would take years to to clean up and that even that was not guaranteed. After paying allotments for a year My credit was nowhere in site of cleaned, I experienced bad customer service for the client care reps have attitudes, the company never returns calls after they lock on to your bank account and they gave me bad credit advice by referring me to a shady online shopping club called "AddvantageUSA" who who sells ridiculously priced junk with the promise of giving you a good credit report every month. Needless to say "AddvantageUSA" did not forfill either. I paid off $300 dollars in installments every month a for a cookware set and they never reported anything to the 3 credit bureaus. I called to complain"AddvantageUSA" stopped answering there phone lines so I sent the Cookware back and filed a complain with my credit card provider to which "AddvantageUSA" never responded.. When my refund was approved from my bank then "AddvantageUSA" responded by trying to ruin my credit by reporting negatively to the 3 credit bureaus. It was and would continue to be expensive to stay with The Credit Pros so after several complaints with no closure and no return calls from them I got fed up and cancelled. I received confirmation and everything from them. The Credit turns then turned around and charged my account again and tried to justify it. Of course I disputed this with my bank and was refunded the last charge. I did not get reimbursed for the over $800 dollars I paid them over the time I was with them or the bad experience with there referral to "AddvantageUSA". If I have to keep paying all this money I should have just payed off the original creditor instead of them. This was an overall Bad experience and I do not recommend this company for any of there services.
I am satisfied with the service so far, I am new to this but I believe they are making progress for me.
Review: I called the toll free number, spoke to a rep. Told him I had in credit card cycle. He said they would have to check credit history and this was $149 could take $20 and could bill the rest in 2 payments. Set up consultation for following Friday, dec 4 at noon. Send email telling me to check credit report. I don't get far in when I see a statement saying there will be undisclosed fees to open the report. I don't open. I don't sign contract. Have received numerous emails and calls telling me to sign contract as I am their client. This is not what I agreed to at all. I don't dispute any credit items and told the guy it is all my bad spending I need help where to start. I did not authorize any $99 monthly program on top of this and I consider a scam and they have done nothing for me. They may even have a (hopefully unaltered) recording of our initial conversation. I have subsequent emails with me stating no, no signing up for any dang gone program for $99 or you nuts???!! Struggling now, get lost. Yet, they get harassing me to sign contract. I am not signing a contract and wish for my $20 back and next file a discrepancy with charge card because again, bait and switch, rep said nothing of $99 per month indefinitely. I have not reviewed anything and won't open credit report because it's a scam to get more money. Please help me straighten this out.Desired Settlement: I would like my $20 portion that I put out because a twenty minute conversation that resulted in no action should not cost $149 or $20. They tell you $149 but you can't do anything without agreeing to pay the additional undisclosed fees.

I signed up with The Credit Pros at the recommendation of a friend, and have seen dramatic results within only two months. So far, this service has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend their services.
Its been 30 days into the program.so far I am happy with the results.one charge off has been completely removed from all 3 CRA's. I have 3 more to go. I will complete this review and rate it when the program is finished.But so far.....outstanding!!!!
Review: Initially when I signed up with them they told me that it would take 6 to 8 months to bring my score up. I have been using their services for almost 2 years now. my [redacted] score has come up, but the other 2 scores are still where they were when I first started. When I have called way in the past and was able to actually talk to someone, they want to pass it back on me stating that I have had my credit balances too high or late payments, which I have not done things that they were stating. Six months ago I had my wallet stolen and I cancelled the credit card that was linked to their billing, when they didn't get their monthly fee they seemed to blow my phone up to make sure they were paid, but in the past it has been extremely hard to get anyone on the phone, they never return messages or emails. Perfect example is the "manager" that I re-newed my credit card information with gave me his direct contact info and promised me if I had ANY trouble at all to contact him directly. I called him 2 weeks later, left him 2 voicemails and I never heard back from him. Six months later, I am still in the same predicament. I called them 4 days ago and left a voicemail, then called twice this morning to cancel their service, I stay on hold for over 15 minutes and they never pickup.Desired Settlement: refund on last 6 months of services.

They will tell you they can clean up your credit report in less than 12 weeks, once they get your credit card information things beging to go very slow. I have complained for months I was not satisfied with the service I was receiving and each time I get promised they would do more. I finally said enough and stop wasting my time I want a full refund, $199.00. On 02/25/15 I was told via email by [redacted]. would be getting a refund. I didn't get it so I sent another email on 02/28/15 to [redacted] and [redacted]. now I'm told he needs to discuss it with [redacted]. This verbal consent was given on 12/18/14 @ 12:53pm. That was the last charge. Enrollment $149.00, Deletion$50.00= 199.00 Ms. [redacted] asked us to work on a collection account with aspecial negotiation with our Corporate Counsel which she was not charged forbecause we could not fulfill the request therefore we did not bill her. I communicated with Ms. [redacted] via email on severaloccasions(see attached) asking what she had been billed on that was notapproved by her prior to charging her card. I made every good faith effort tolet our client know she had not been charged for the account that was notcompleted. The only explanation I can surmise is that Ms. [redacted] thought we hadbilled her account for something other than the actual services we provided andreceived consent to perform. On Nov 14, I was calling the Credit Pro company for my credit issues. A person named [redacted] try to help me fix my credit problem. I was hurry to get some help since I need good credit history to rent a apartment, so [redacted] said he will call me back on next day to make sure I got every letters and start next step. However, he did not call me back even though I called him twice on the following Friday and Saturday and left my voice message. I have no ideal what should I do.
On Nov 21, I got a letter from The Credit Pro company, and I got the customer service number from that, so I called the company back on Friday(Nov. 22). I told them that I want to cancel my program, because no one helped me in the past one week, and I do not need it right now. However, they told me that they could not return my money to me since it is already over 5 days. I was so upset because I have no ideal that they will charge me and will not return me after 5 days.
They requested me to sign the agreement online, send them the paper agreement and my documents as soon as possible, but when I look at my paper agreement, I find that they only could charge when I sign the agreement with them, and since I did not sign the agreement that they should not counter my purchase from last Thursday, especially, no one helped me on last week.
[redacted] said he will called me today(Nov 23) to make sure I finish everything; however, I still did not receive anything from him or his company.
I was so surprised that happen to me, and I do not think they have the authority that charge me even before I sign any paper with them. Therefore, I am here to request the Credit Pro company compensate me for the failed service, unauthorized charging, and return my money to me. I am sure I have the right to ask for the compensation and the reimbursement. I am looking forward to receiving your response as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: Refund the unauthorized charging to me, and stop my program.

I have been with the credit pros for 2 months and my credit is definitely moving in the correct direction they are doing there job, the only issue I have is getting ahold of them from time to time other than that it's going good.
