Credit pros are the best fast and friendly

Thanks for the all the help and caring about my credit. And teaching me how to understand.

Highly recommend

The price is cheaper than Bankruptcy and the people are friendly and helpful. The best thing of all is that my score has gone up since joining!

I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants to fix there credit. I have been with this company a little while and already my score has increased and different things have been taken off my credit.

These guys are great. I worked with another company for almost 2 years and my scores got worse. I have been with The Credit Pros for almost 3 months now and my scores have skyrocketed. The advice given to me and the follow up from my counselors has been great. At the rate they are resolving issues I see no reason to not be in a house early next year.

I would definitely recommend the service! Over 70% of the negative content was removed from all 3 major reporting agencies within 6 months! The service and tools to monitor their progress are outstanding!

I can not find ONE SINGLE negative thing to say about The Credit Pros. They did, in 6 weeks, what would have taken me a year or more. As a victim of ID theft, I was struggling to figure things out. I now have no negative action against me and I could not be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Credit Pros.

Review: We were referred to this company by a future mortgage lender to assist with some credit repair help to get our score up, the first sale guy we dealt with (don't remember his name) was not very helpful and never returned our call to start the program, then we call back and meet [redacted] who was very nice and signed us up in the program. Well [redacted] was suppose to get in contact with the lender we were dealing with name [redacted] regarding a program we could enter if we continue service with the credit pros. Well one day [redacted] called stated that he spoke with [redacted] and we were approved to be in the program (very exciting news for us) however when I spoke with [redacted] the lender he stated that was not the correct information and at this point we only would be able to continue to work with the credit pros but to enter the program that would be down the road. I was very confused why [redacted] gave us such great news and after that we never spoke or heard from him again because my lender [redacted] also stated he was going to reach out to [redacted] personally to find out why he gave us that information. I really wanted to work with the program for about 5 months to help our credit but given false information and not being able to speak to anyone regarding this [redacted] or Customer Service for over 2 weeks was disappointing and I felt that this program must be a scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my one monthly charge of 99.00 refunded back

Review: For several months I have attempted to contact The Credit Pros to stop automatic drafting of my bank account. My calls were always sent directly to voicemail, I never got to speak to a person, and no one returned my calls. I also have emailed them using several different email addresses they provided me at my initial sign-up, and none of the emails were answered. When I did finally contact a real person, they fast-talked me into a reduced billing price of $99/month and offered extra services (adding my husband to the plan). I hesitantly gave them permission, but the lower price that was agreed upon was not billed. Instead they continued with the $149. They drafted the following amounts from my checking account on the following dates (these payments are in advance, not in arrears): $149 on 08/05/14, $99.00 on 09/05/14, $149 on 10/05/14, $149 on 11/05/14, and $149 on 12/05/14. I was told on the phone I would be guaranteed a credit score of 700 or higher within three months. After the 3rd month, no change had taken place and I began my attempts to contact them to cancel the membership. It took approximately 6 weeks to get a real person on the phone, and the new deal we negotiated never took effect. I went to my bank on Jan 1st, 2015 to stop the payments and had to have my debit card cut up, and now I am waiting 5-10 business days to receive a new debit card in the mail.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $695.00, the total amount of money they drafted from my account (they cannot put it back on my debit card as I had to have it destroyed and a new one ordered). They did not provide me with the services I was supposed to receive. Their "client portal" site was supposed to show me the work they were doing, and I was sending them the credit bureau letters I was receiveing but they never updated the client portal to reflect any changes. As far as I can tell, the only improvement to my credit score was solely from MY efforts, I paid off all my negative items, I got secured credit cards and made all payments on time, I got credit limits increased, and I paid off a car loan. I also attempted to give them a review on their website, but it said that they have the option to review my review before it gets posted, so it never appeared. They only give themselves the positive reviews, and I believe that gives them false advertising.

Hello, I was told to contact [redacted]. The Credit Pros took approx. $700 out of my account over the course of several months. I was promised a credit score in the 700's, which I achieved on my own. They did nothing to help, I established my first credit card, got my limits increased, got a second credit card, made all payments on time, all of which could have been done on my own. I made several attempts to stop their autodraft of my checking act, but no one there answers the phone or returns emails. They agreed to send back a measly $149 to me by check which I've not received. I lelaudedal voicemails, and in response I got an email with a picture of a check, and my bank laughed at me when I tried to deposit it. They also agreed to continue working on my credit file, and my husband's file, for free, for life. But they will not even answer the phone our my emails. Review: I became a client in February of 2014. the first time I put in a request for a call I was not called back in April, this was to dispute a double charge on my credit card. finally someone reached me in reverse the charge. The next month in May when my auto payment was to be deducted, it was not. Nobody contacted me. I placed written notes in my client portal as well as sent faxes and emails requesting that my client representative call me in regards to a multiple payments errors, an audit on my deletions, and also to discuss the future plan to remove the judgment from my credit report. I have been instructed that several people would call me including the most recent which occurred in the beginning of June. I had scheduled a phone appointment with a person at the company. She was to call me. She never did. [redacted] called and left a message stating that I had not been called yet again and I am NOT being communicated with at all. I have not seen any new letters sent out to the credit agency with a supporting documentation I provided the company.Desired Settlement: I want the owner or director of the company to contact me and explain why no one is responding to my request, why everything has been so severely disorganized, and why my credit card has been charged in accurately and I want to be sure that my card will not be charged in July as my card was charged a month late after I brought it to their attention yet they still did not return my phone call or say they were going to charge my card on that date even though we had a contract to only charge my card on the 2nd of each month.

Review: They charged my card after I didn't move forward with the service!! I never signed the service agreement but they still charged me!!

The provided credit card today has a three-day pre-authorization hold placed on it. It doesn’t appear in your available balance because it is on hold with us. The reason we do it this way is if, for some reason, you decide not to move forward we simply release the hold rather than refunding money that was already taken..
