My name is [redacted]. I'm from [redacted]. The program has given me great results. I had over 18 deletions, and as a result I now qualify and have qualified for a mortgage loan which I will be closing on in 3 months.

I love this company. They are really generous and thorough teaching how to create good credit. Easy to work with and affordable.

Review: We signed an agreement with The Credit Pros for six months starting in November 2013. By May 2014 The Credit Pros had successfully completed their services for my husband and myself. I sent an email to them thanking them for their services and asking them to terminate our agreement. Credit Pros asked them to send a note through the Client Services Portal stating we wished to terminate the services. I did so. Credit Pros continued to send emails to myself and my husband asking us to review information for approval. I send numerous emails, my husband made numerous phone calls asking them to terminate the agreement. Credit Pros continued to take the fee out of our checking account. when my husband finally got a representative on the phone to state we wish them to terminate their services the representative told him that if we didn't continue to pay the monthly fee they would turn us into the Credit Bureau.Desired Settlement: 1. We want Credit Pro to officially terminate our contract, repay all money after the six month period of the original contract was officially terminated and do not report any fraudulent information to the Credit Bureau.

These clients were contacted via email and phone on two separate occasions to resolve the complaint. I have yet to hear back from them the first contact was made on 10/27/14, and the second was 11/5/14. We would very much like to address this as soon as possible.

Review: I signed up 2/2014 to use credit pros for credit repair. I was told that when I didnt want the services anymore I can just cancel without any issues. I asked 6/23/2014 for my services to be cancelled along with ALL DISPUTES still on my credit report that they put on via phone with Ms. [redacted] and via the notes portal. She tried to get me to stay which I firmly declined. Credit Pros did not remove my disputes as asked so I had to contact each agency to cancel the disputes myself. In August, I was automatically enrolled again where I was charged for the services after I asked not to be in the program. I had to get a refund from the company which was immediately issued. My lender pulled my credit report again and the disputes were back on the credit report after I had asked for them to be removed back in June and received letters from the credit agencies that they were deleted. I reached back out to the credit pros again in Sept and asked that all disputes be removed and to provide me with confirmation when they are deleted. I received notification on 9/16/2014 that all of the disputes were removed. My lender pulled my credit again this morning 10/1/2014 and the dispute is still there. Credit pros is doing this so that I can re-enroll in their services again since everytime my lender pulls my credit report it lowers my credit score. Now I am risking not qualifying for my home loan due to the amount of times my credit report has been pulled where CREDIT PROS should have deleted my disputes.Desired Settlement: I am requesting credit pros take responsibility and pay for the service my lender would have to use in order to delete the dispute since credit pros is the reason I am risking the loan of my home that I am supposed to close on by the end of this month.

In order to do the rapid rescore which removes the dispute per my lender costs $130.00

I should not be responsible for paying for a service that I wouldnt have to use if Credit Pros had respected my wishes with cancelling the services from the beginning. In addition Credit Pros are the ones who added the disputes for providing the services, therefore, I should not be responsible for calling each agency in order to ensure the same disputes are removed.

I spoke with Ms. [redacted] and gave her resolution of the issue, and she was satisfied.I called Ms. [redacted] Loan officer and she will be sending me the invoice for the cost associated to the issue and it will be resolved. I mentioned to Ms. [redacted] she could call us at anytime for further assistance if needed.

Review: I signed up and decided to cancel. Per contract I sent a written cancel letter to them by Fax and email. I signed my contract Monday Sept 21st 2015 and canceled on Wednesday Sept 23rd 2015 They will not return my calls or e-mails and will not return my money.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned per their contract. $249.95 ASAP

Review: Purchase this credit help from "The Credit Pros". Yes, they helped, but according to their statement when I sign up I can cancel anytime. On January 9th I canceled the service by sending them fax, emails, and letters. However they continue to take money out of my account. I've called several times, email, fax and send letters about the situation but they never return my call.Desired Settlement: Refund my money owed that I canceled on January 9th. And Never contract me or hijack my credit card account without my authorization.

Review: In May, 2014, I entered into a contract service agreement with The Credit Pros International for credit repair services, valued at $99 per month. On February 23, 2015, I alerted the Credit Pros to the possibility of cancelling service as they did not honor their portion of the Service Agreement, which requires an audit and discussion of the client's progress (I received one in March, 2015, well after I had signed up).

After several attempts to reach my client manager Ray T via voice mail and email, on March 9,2015, I sent a request in writing (email) to Mr. Gene G, Jason K and Ray T to kindly cancel services. Per their service contract, services are cancelled within 30 days of a request. I received several emails from them in return offering additional services, including the offer to complete their services at no cost to me (April 23rd), but no email to confirm cancellation.

On July 1, I emailed Mr. G again confirming that my account be cancelled and did receive a response that The Credit Pros would be issuing credits for the months that were wrongfully charged. I never received the credit, and the services that required final completion were also not completed.

Despite the 30 day window to cancel a contract in writing as their contract requested, my bank account was charged in April, May, June, July and August 2015 for services that I did not authorize and requested cancellation for in March. I had to change my bank card information in September to avoid future charges.

They are still to date attempting to reach me via email and phone for a payment.Desired Settlement: I would like for the The Credit Pros to issue a $495 refund (5 months at $99 each month) for the months incorrectly charged in 2015 post cancellation request. I would also like them to confirm in writing that my account has been successfully cancelled.

Ms. [redacted] accepted all refunds to her account, and did not reject the return of funds. Ms. [redacted] also requested that she receive an emailed response of cancellation and on 9/21 the following email was sent and worded thusly because she wanted me to definitively state her account was closed and this cancellation was final. I was not able to login in under the link it had expired hence this email response. I did reach out once again today to Ms. [redacted] asking if she needed anything further and letting her know I am finalizing on our end. 10/13/15: Email Sent (see below) No response was received [redacted], After our last conversation and refund this email was sent to you on the 21st regarding you needed proof that you were cancelled from the service, yet on the 22nd you wrote to them this response was unacceptable because you were not cancelled, would I be correct in assuming you hadn’t seen this email from the day prior? I just need to close this out, and if you need something more that you have been cancelled please tell me so I can move forward with my response and not need an arbitrator especially since we issued refunds and had resolution. I started with the CreditPros on February 4th of 2014. I had a very exciting consult with representative, Daniel Miglin. He pulled my credit report and in appraising my report, estimated that his company could have my score vastly improve between 9 to 12 months. He asked additional questions about me and I shared that I was married. I inquired about a couples rates. He stated that at $149.00, my husband and I could get the most aggressive plan available and still meet the 9 to 12 month time frame. I explained to Daniel how important a good credit score was to us. I shared that if the time frame is more or less what was discussed, we would invest. Twenty-five months later, my credit has not substantially improved. I was coerced to get other services (Wells Fargo) although I stressed with each representative that pushed for this the additional cost was not feasible for us. I stopped seeing activity from the company on our accounts. When I called to inquire they urged us to get the fraud protection service in order for them to continue working on our accounts verify what has come off our reports. We obeyed the advice of the representatives because we were to vested. They reduced the price from $149.00 to $99.00 as a courtesy so we could afford the fraud protection. I inquired often of service completion, because the time had gone over 1 year and my credit had not improved. Each representative understood how important good credit was to me and my husband. We shared this frequently. They strung us along, getting thousands of dollars from us that we could not afford. This was our sacrificial investment in ourselves. We had invested so much money with this company by this time, leaving without good credit seemed foolish (my credit score is still considered POOR). It finally came to a point after 2 years and some months, I had to accept the fact that they were using me. My credit was never going to get repaired by them and they would always promise me it would if I waited a few more months. On top still having poor credit, I cancelled my account this company on 3/2/16, two days before my billing cycle ended. They still charged me for March 2016. I called to demand my refund and they gave me the run around. According to them, I've paid a month in advanced and they won't send another bill. I have been scammed and overcharged! The CreditPros have no intentions of refunding me for March 2016, a month they should not have charged me for. I would also like partial monies refunded for paying this company 25 months with no positive outcomes. I've lost money because of them with Wells Fargo and CreditPros. I am highly dissatisfied!

I have tried calling to get transferred all over the place. We seem to keep playing telephone tag. My credit seems to be the same and nothing has changed. Someone called saying that there was some work done and would not grant me a refund. [redacted] reached out but left me a message. I have been trying to resolve this but not getting any where. I would like to see if I can get a full refund due to not seeing any difference in my credit score.Desired Settlement: A full refund I do not which to use their service not even for free

[redacted] has not been a client with our service since 6/18/13, at which time she of her own will requested we discontinue service for her. We do guarantee our work and The Credit Pros will be more than happy to look over her credit for her to see if anything we guaranteed for life has returned and work on this for free. Our money back guarantee we offer our clients, is limited to if we are unable to accomplish anything for our clients while in our services then they have every right to request a full and complete refund of any monies paid. [redacted] had 16 deletions while with us, and when she requested cancellation we had discounted her monthly charge for our services to $39.00 in lieu of $99.00 to help her continue. I am completely happy to evaluate her credit and help her, however it is very strange what will be 3 years of leaving our service this June that she decided to file a claim. We want to help her but we are not deceptive in our policy for money back guarantee when it relates to a client having had no results with us. I am really unsure what transpired to have this come about 2.5 years after she left of her own will.

The Credit Pros are great, helpful and knoweledgeable. Iwould recommend them to everyone.
