I signed up with the credit pros with the promise of good customer service, sound advice and a clean credit reportI stayed with the credit pros for a little over a year before I realized that these promises were unfulfilledI did have several negative issues from recent transactions on my report but if they are such pros they should have known that it would take years to to clean up and that even that was not guaranteedAfter paying allotments for a year My credit was nowhere in site of cleaned, I experienced bad customer service for the client care reps have attitudes, the company never returns calls after they lock on to your bank account and they gave me bad credit advice by referring me to a shady online shopping club called "AddvantageUSA" who who sells ridiculously priced junk with the promise of giving you a good credit report every monthNeedless to say "AddvantageUSA" did not forfill eitherI paid off $dollars in installments every month a for a cookware set and they never reported anything to the credit bureausI called to complain"AddvantageUSA" stopped answering there phone lines so I sent the Cookware back and filed a complain with my credit card provider to which "AddvantageUSA" never respondedWhen my refund was approved from my bank then "AddvantageUSA" responded by trying to ruin my credit by reporting negatively to the credit bureausIt was and would continue to be expensive to stay with The Credit Pros so after several complaints with no closure and no return calls from them I got fed up and cancelledI received confirmation and everything from themThe Credit turns then turned around and charged my account again and tried to justify itOf course I disputed this with my bank and was refunded the last chargeI did not get reimbursed for the over $dollars I paid them over the time I was with them or the bad experience with there referral to "AddvantageUSA"If I have to keep paying all this money I should have just payed off the original creditor instead of themThis was an overall Bad experience and I do not recommend this company for any of there services

I bought a policy from a broker AutoPom from CarguardCarguard has been giving me the run around since July I took the car in for defective front strut assembliesThe dampeners are bad and the car sounds like a year old Honda ready for the junk yardNot a 100K MercedesThey denied my claim the first timeWaited and took it back in Sept and now in NOV and DECThey keep denying claims but finally after a REAL honest inspector came they decided to replace one front strut assembly and wanted to see if that would take care of the problemWell, they inspector told them both but they went with what Mercedes had told them instead and replaced the RH sideNow, half the issue is goneCeCi Harris the head boss now claims there is nothing wrong with the LH strut but was clearly in full knowledge of the problem and refuses to replace the strutI am pretty wealthy and will be buying and replacing the strut myself because I have been without the car for a total of months, since J

I recently made my first claim for a failed A/C system after paying the policy for about a year The customer service were pleasant to talk to but contradicted each other and lied about coverage Delay's in getting the adjuster/mechanical inspector to the shop cost time and money to address costs for component breakdown requested by the original claim adjusterAt the end of the claim a supervisor said they do not require breakdown and will not pay, even though I and the dealership representative qualified that on the phone together when directedIts seemed crazy as the leak was visible The service rep and I separately had to keep calling for resolution Needless to say they didn't cover the costs they insisted onThough they did pay for part of the failure My concern after reading the Car Guard complaints is I see a standard operating practice that is designed to refuse customer claims and refer to the seller for reimbursement if not satisfiedThis is further reinforc
