rejecting this response as having solved the problem Everyone at DP have nicely told me that the problem would be solved and it wasn't, so I filed the complaint Similarly, this response repeats that new people at DP are working on the problem, but DP has said that many times previously and still the delivery problem persists I just want the paper delivered, either by the assigned carrier or someone else
