Placed an order 8-5-should have received order within to weeksI was told order was lost and I would receive a replacement in a weekA week went by now they are telling I will receive a replacement in a week or daysJust want what I ordered or my money back

Ordered a canvas from them August 4, The money was taken from my bank account the same dayAfter over emails back and forth was given every excuseThey "blew up with orders so they were behind", "tours is printed just waiting to be shipped", finally #we are out of stock on your item"I nonlonher have the debit card as I lost my wallet so now they are saying they cant refund because I do not have card

I had ordered my product (canvas print) back in July/August; when I reached out to them for an update a month later they said it could take 2-weeks In early September I received an email saying my item had shipped with a tracking number I continued to track it and after a month it never moved The tracking said it had been picked up for delivery in *** on August 25th and no movement after that I reached out to them and kept being told to be patient as it was on its way Last week (October 10th) I emailed again about it and they just said sorry I let them know sorry is a little late and I want an update on my shipping After a few days they said they were refunding me my payment When I asked if my product was still on its way because supposedly it had already shipped they said it wasn't possible because they are sold out of the product I ordered I am still waiting on my refund

I placed an order back on 08/01/the cost of the transaction was taken out of my account on 08/03/and I never received my orderI then contacted them on 09/01/to see what was going on They told me in an email reply that they either lost my tracking info or the actual package They, at that time offered me a refund or to ship me a replacement with in one week of that conversationI opted for them to send me a replacement I have had no communication with them after that I did send one more reply to them after still not receiving the order and asked them to refund my money b/c they were not able to fulfill their order I have heard nothing from them

This company has HORRIBLE Customer service!!! That is how I will start thisYou order your productI ordered a batman canvas over weeks ago for a friend who won it as a prizeAfter weeks I emailed them asking if it was being shipped because on their website I keep seeing my order showing unfulfilled I also ask if it is not shipped out can I get a refund on my $because thats a lot of money for me to be out if I have to pay my friend back because of this companyThey reply with It is already in shipping so we are not able to refund you at this time that they will provide me a tracking shortlyAfter several emails back and fourth over the last two to three weeks I am still without the product, still down $bucks with a company who keeps offering me 10% off future order (Which I dont understand, why would I want to use your company again) Still no tracking number because the company states that they have a really old system and it doesnt update all the information in a timely manner (Weeks and their "System" Is still showing that my order is unfullfilledBut they cant give a refundI reached out on facebook for them to message me the same crappy information that their system is slow, they can offer me 10% off, the last message I received from them is word for word copied from my message I last received"Dear (Name removed for reasons)! As soon as our system is fixed, we will provide you with a tracking numberBest regards"
This was in regards to me asking for a tracking numberI was just wanting a refund so that I can go about my day and get the money over to the person it belongs to but now I am worried that I will never get my product sent out and me be out $because of this whole situationAlso one other thing when you call their phone number, There is nobody there to answerI have been calling it for three weeks and I continue to get an automated voicemail saying they have nobody available to speak to you at this time to leave a message and they will call you backNobody has called me backOnly the emails that have gone nowhere in three weeksI would not reccommend this company to anyone, Horrible customer service, they dont care about their customers even though it states on their page

On August 9, at 7:am I ordered a piece d***l canvas for a total of $USD and because we are *** the total in *** funds came to $which was taken from our capital one credit card on August
I first inquired about the approximate shipping date of my purchase on August 12, The nerd cave responded on August 14, assuring me that my item will take approximately weeks from the date of purchase as it takes time to perfect the canvas
On September I again contacted the nerd cave via email, in that email I had told them that it was nearing end of week five and that I had yet to receive a shipment confirmation code On September 15,the nerd cave had said that unfortunately it got lost in shipping and that there is one of two ways they could fix the issue "refund me or change it" I wanted to know what it they meant by change my order so in a third email on Sept I had asked them what that entailed They replied on Sept 16,

I placed an online order on July 31, I was told the item could take weeksweeks came and went I have emailed and called numerous times I never get a response from a phone call but they do get back to me via email, telling me various things First, I was told my items were shipped but "apparently lost in the mail", which is a lie because I was supposed to get an email when they were shipped Then, they were going to reorder and get them right out to me Then I was told they were no longer in stock and I would receive a refund No refund has been forthcoming and I have not heard back from them since I gave them a deadline for the refund before I reported them So here I am

Never received my orderGot cancellation email saying my money would be refundedAfter seeing all of the reviews here, I got on the phone with my credit card company to go after them to get back those funds

I like several people ordered from there site in early July As of August we have received no word of our orders and tracking numbers we were given do not work on there websiteAfter several attempts of contacting them through email and instant message on *** we given a generic response of it takes to weeksNo where when ordering did it say thatAlso we were sent no information on how to cancelled our orders or apply for a refundOnce I stated I wanted to cancelled my oder and a full refund given they have failed to respondMuch as to everyone's else that is having the same problem I don't understand how they can still be advertising at this point

I placed an order for a product on July 5, After a couple weeks of still seeing "unfulfilled" in the order status, I started reaching out for an update At first, I kept getting responses stating that my product was ready, but they were just experiencing shipping issues I continued to monitor the order status, but it continued to remain at unfulfilled My next email to The Nerd Cave requested to have my order cancelled and all charges refunded The response this time around was that my product had shipped, but the tracking information was somehow "lost" and that I should check with the postal service about the product Deliveries like this are always delivered directly to my house and I never received anything I responded and let them know that I had not received anything and asked how I should be expected to reach out to the postal service without any kind of tracking information I also asked why my order status still shows as "unfulfilled" if it had actually shipped?

On 07/09/I ordered three of the piece canvas art from the nerd cavei realized I did not get a delivery dateso I tried to track my three orders and kept getting a message saying it could not find my ordersso I sent an email to them on 07/11/asking them to plz contact me regarding my orders and even gave them my phone #The nerd cave took the money out of my account on 07/11/in the sum of three withdrawals of $I sent them another email along with two instant messages on 07/12/asking them again to contact meAfter several attempts of getting in touch with them and getting no responseI did some looking into their *** account and found out it was a scam/ fraud siteTo this day 07/26/I have yet to receive my orders or and type of contact from them, not to mention it appears they have deleted my accountmy bank records will show that these orders was indeed real

I ordered a painting months ago everytime I send a email they tell there sorry and it will be there in and week this has been going on for over a month now they also tell me I can't track it cause there system is down supposedly there system has been down for months also and when I try calling them directly it goes to a answering machine stating no one can come to the phone it doesn't even ring it just goes to a machine

I ordered merchandise back on Aug 5th 2016, I was charged for it, I emailed them several times regarding delivery, till this day I haven't received my merchandise, now they are not responding to my emails, I call customer service & get message that no agent are available
