I placed and order and was promised a piece wall canvas art within weeks, I inquired after weeks and received a canned response about the silk screen printer delays After 1/months, I received the piece canvas, rolled up and creased, there were of the same canvas pieces, which means I cannot hang this The representation online is inaccurate, the paint was matted and not vibrant at all This product and lack of customer service are not worth the wait or moneyI have asked for a refund and am waiting to hear back from themI also asked for a return shipping label since this product is useless and cannot be hung, nor would I want to The description of the product online implies it is framed - it is NOT

I ordered a canvas from them July was told it was going to take 4-weeks for deliveryI had contacted then via email a few weeks ago and they said there tracking system was down and didn't know where my order wasI've recently emailed and called them several times since then asking for answers or at least a refundThey have not responded to eitherI feel I have been scammedAll I wanted was a cool little gift for my son's room for his birthdayThe order number is # [redacted] All I was is a refund at this point

I had ordered an r2d3D night light back at the end of AugustIt said it would take 4-weeks to receive,which I thought was fine as it gave plenty of time to get here for my boyfriends birthdayIt is now October and I still have not received anythingI tried calling but their recording says no support agents availableIt took me to send an email for them to tell me they were out of stock and I would be getting a refundI told them this is not acceptable as I had ordered this item almost months ago! They stated they were sorry but they cannot send me the canvas I had orderedI told them I did not order a canvas and now I'm just getting the run around and constant apologies and statements that I will be getting my money back, which I still have not seen!!!!!!

This has to do with Delivery and Customer service I order some canvas art on June and never received my product The order number they gave me did not exist in their computer system I got different promises that my product had been reprinted and shipped but never a tracking number and I never received my product I was promised different times that I would receive a refund and did not receive it until AFTER the 4th time when I started leaving terrible reviews online and harassing them about my money I am convinced that there is no customer service department as the phone number leads only to a voice mail account and there is never any resolution These people scam shoppers out of money and never produce any product I made a total of complaints regarding my order and they never delivered on either the product or a refund, that is until the 11th complaint then I finally got my refund I made complaints on July 22, August 23, 29, 31, September 2, 12, 13, 21, 22,

I ordered a canvas print totaling $from The Nerd Cave on August 1st, I received my prints and they're not the right size so I wanted to return them and get a refundI ordered the large canvas prints which were supposed to be: Large: Pieces in 16x24in (40x60cm), Pieces in 16x32in (60x80cm), Piece in 16x40in (40x100cm) but for some reason I got two pieces that are 24x32in instead of 16x32in I've contacted them multiple times about the refund and they just keep telling me that they will forward my message to the right department and I still haven't heard anything back from themI've called and left messages but they've never once called me back

The Nerd Cave posted an ad for a part canvas on [redacted] I was greatly interested in their productsI have been waiting for my product since JuneI have sent four emails, to which the firm has only replied to oneI have called, but each time an automated service answers asserting that no one is availableI am not sure that The Nerd Cave will actually ever deliver my productIn any case, find a better firm

I ordered a product from the company over a couple months ago. After a month of waiting, without any contact from the company, I requested an update from the company and expressed concerns that it was not ordered because their website stated it couldn't find my order even though I previously received a confirmation email. They responded very quickly saying I was in their system and not to worry. Another 6 weeks went by so I contacted them again asking where it was. This time they said it was sold out and that I will be receiving a refund in up to 10 days. The problem I have is that they never notified me about it being sold out and that I'll receive a refund. I had to reach out to them in order to have them state that. I've since seen that other people are having similar issues. I will report back with whether or not a refund was given.

I ordered from them on July 4th and it is August 27th now and I still haven't received anything I've been trying to contact them but I can't get through the email me randomly and tell me I need to check with the post officeI would like my pictures or my money back that's allVery unprofessional

Ordered a [redacted] piece print set on july and contacted the nerd cave on July asking for tracking information Received a response that it takes 2-weeks for shipments (which is not listed anywhere on their website), after waiting for weeks I sent a new request asking about my order days later they finally responded and I was told it was damaged by the shipping company and to call their support number for further assistance Number is listed on website but always states no sale people are available to take my call and leave a message (which I have done numerous times) Requested a full refund and have not had any resposne back

I ordered an item in July and for months have tried contacting the companyWhen I call them, it will ring a couple of times and go straight to voicemailEven when leaving my contact information, there is not a phone call returnedThen, when I contact them online, I get a response, promising they are there to be supportive and my package should be on its wayFinally, it was admitted that the package was lost, and that another one would be shipped outWhen I followed up with the next shipment, it was blamed on the post officeWhen I did respond that Revdex.com would be contacted, all contact with them has stopped, even when a refund was requestedAll correspondences between myself and the company have been keptI originally found the company on [redacted] as an ad, and hoped they were a reputable companyThey are not

I went on line July 5th to purchase my Brother some presents for his upcoming big BirthdayHe is a [redacted] fanatic so I seen The Nerd Cave promoted on [redacted] and I thought I had hit gold, I should have known it was too good to be trueI ordered over $worth of merchandise, First off I should have checked to see there was no phone number to call for their business to check status or to file complaintsNumber They don't have it written anywhere that they take up to weeks to make some of their items and don't have any practice of charging you for Said items when they go to ship, no they take the money then leaving you penniless while you are making due because you wanted to get good gifts for someoneThen the hammer drops when you are a week in and emails deep with nothing written backFinally I had to go on their site and register for an account which they didn't say you had to do that since they had the Check out as a guest option available (I have had identity stolen before so I am really cautious about where I store my info)Finally get an email back which looked like it was written by a robo-email address, stating that thank you for your latest email, you should receive your items within the next to weeks, due to having to make some of the Canvass art from scratch, I was upset but I wanted the best so I understood that part, but T-Shirts and a double edged [redacted] knife that takes nothing to ship that out over night or at most to business days, well I got of the T-Shirts weeks in, Got an email 1/weeks end that they were going to partial credit me for an item (which they didn't tell me what it was I had to send other emails to pry that out of them) while finally learning that the other T-Shirt I ordered was the item they refunded me for as they have not produced it in yearsI went back to their website and sure as hell they had that same item on the front screen up for Sale and it was cheaper than what I paid for it, I paid $for it and they were selling it supposedly for $as you can guess I was super mad, so I sent them other emails with screen shots proving they were advertising and they state oh we are terribly sorry we will email our supplier and have them take it down immediatelyWell I found out right then that they are the Store Front they order these products from someone who orders them from someone who orders them from someone else which begs the reasoning and explains why they don't have a phone number set up anywhere to callNow here we are on Week and I am still no where with the [redacted] Knife, and the Canvass wall art setsI just wanted to put this out there to help save anyone else who reads this from EVER buying anything from this pathetic excuse for a businessIf I can help just person that makes me feel better and makes it all worth it in the end
