I ordered a five piece canvas, from this company they processed my payment and I havent recieved nothing after thatI contacted them to find out what was taking so long and they had told me they were sorry for the delay and I would recieve a confirmation email stating it was shipped in the next week, it has been weeks nowI just want my money back

Made an order weeks ago....they instantly took my money....I have tried continually to contact them through email to see what is happening because the only phone number for them does not work....it usually takes days to a week to get a response....every time I get a response it is very vague....I asked for my money back in one of the emails and they did not respond to that....at this point I consider this theft....not only that they have my debit card info now and im leary with themI am still on the fence about what I want because the product I wanted is a unique gift....a refund will do if thats what it comes down to

I ordered a printed canvas from them onlineI never received my itemI emailed them, they replied is takes 30-days to print the canvasIt's been well over days and I haven't heard anything from themI sent a message requesting a refund weeks ago and still have not received a return message

I purchased an item from them back on July 4, To date, I have not received the item I've corresponded with someone named 'VITA', and was always given excuses and promises to correct the situation, but no resolution I last heard from Vita on 10/28, promising to ship the product in about days, at which point I'd receive tracking information I have not received anything I've contacted Vita again, and there has been no reply

I purchased a product from The Nerd cave on June 1stAfter weeks of waiting I emailed them and asked about the productThey told me that they were not expecting the huge demand so the product should be shipped next weekI emailed them multiple time over the next few weeks checking in and kept being told that it was about to ship outAbout weeks into waiting I asked for a refund as I had not received any tracking number and they could not find the product because they do not handle the shippingThey refused to give a refundOver the next few weeks I kept asking for a refund and the have continually refused to refund any money and have given excuses that the product has shipped and I should receive it by the end of the week August 20thI have not received the package and they now say theyou are having technical issues and cannot locate the package

Ordered T-Shirts from this site they never shipped them The order never shows up in the system Complaints to them and *** have yielded no response Spoke to others online who have been ripped off

On July 6th, 2016, I purchased some canvas artwork through the nerd cave website They charged my credit card and sent a confirmation email about my purchase and said my items will be shipped soon Weeks go by and still no items received or shipping confirmation I emailed the company and they said things were delayed but it won't be long A few more weeks go by and still nothing, so I send another email to their customer service They replied with, "your items are ready and are sitting in our send queue, should be shipped shortly" It has now been another and a half weeks since that email and I still have no items or shipping confirmationmonths of waiting on an item is a little be absurd

I ordered canvas peices on July 7th from this date till Sep 6th I was trying to contact anybody at The Nerd Cave so I could get some kind of date or shipping informationOn Sep 8th I finally get tracking number that I look up and find out that it was returned to sender on Aug 30th so from then till now it has been more lies and storysI finally got a email from Vita on Sep30th saying that my order finally shipped but didnt have tracking info because there system was downit is now Oct 21st and I have got nothing!!!!! not my order,not tracking number or my money back!

I waited months for an price canvas order....no tracking # was given and I requested a refund multiple times and was placated with a "please be patient" response each timeThe package DID eventually arrive but the quality is so bad as to be unusableThe colors bleed from price to price and it's all out of focusI have again requested a refund and or return option but have little or no faith in thisI am going to go to my bank and have the charges reversedAVOID NERD CAVE AT ALL COSTS!

ordered item june still have not received said product no response from company on this just bad emails asking me to continue waiting its been months now

I paid for two canvas prints that were said to be available about a month ago and a shipping notice was sent to me and then I got a notice retracting it to say it was a mistake and needed to be printed still and would be shipped the following week which never happenedI contacted them only to get basically the same message and after the second go around I either wanted a garauntee of shippment or a refund and they are trying to say they cant do that since its already been madeIts been made but hasnt/cant be shipped? There are numerous complaints on their *** page which I found later regarding the same issue!

I Paid for a canvas, they sent the wrong one which is not the one I orderedThey kept telling me they were going to send the right one but every time I contacted them they had a different excuseI have all the conversations recorded on emailI asked for my money back since it was taking so long and never received that either I'm out with the wrong canvasWith multiple excuses, I would of been fine with the right canvas but I finally said give my money backThey kept saying it was put back in my account, well it was notI have my bank statement to prove itThey are liars and thieves

I ordered from this company back on July 9th after waiting weeks I had not received my merchandise nor a shipping confirmation so I contacted the company and received a reply stating that it takes 3-weeks to receive my product so I waited more weeks and still no merchandiseI reached back out to the company and was told they had an explosion of orders and could not cancel my order because it was in the shipping phase and was guaranteed that I would receive it last weekThe item I ordered was a gift and had to go purchase something and at this I just want my money back

Ordered a printed canvas on 7/21/Emailed company on 7/31/to inquire when my product will be shippedThey emailed back saying it should be shipped out in - weeksEmail company again on 10/2/to find out why I have not received the product that I paid forReceived email back stating the order was shipped but got lost in the mail and saying I should get a complete refund with in to days
