So I placed my order on Aug 5thIt is now Sept15th and I have not received orderThey said that my order was lost in shipmentI gave them my number numerous times and no one has yet to call meThe names Mike and Vita are the ones that are sending me emailsI'm beginning to think I'm being scammedThey said it would take 2-weeks for delivery and it's way passed thatI'm just getting the run around and I'm truly feeling like this is a fake site and if so persons responsible should be penalized and arrestedThis was a father's day gift and it's hurtful to have this done to youI'm beyond upset and I want ANSWERS and RESULTS ASAP

The order has been shippd as well as refunded for the troubleAlso, which of our agents wrote that they will write to "the corresponding department and as soon as we will have more information, we will get back you you"?

On July 16, 2016, I ordered a 5-piece canvas set from The Nerd Cave LLCI ordered their largest size, pre-mounted, coming to a total of $after shipping and taxes I next reached out to them on 7/as I had not received a shipping notification, nor had they given me an estimated timeframeI was told at that time that is typically takes up to 2-weeks to print the canvas, and then ship it over to meI then contacted Nerd Cave on 8/as it had been a full month since my order, and was informed that my canvas was ready and in their queue for shipment I next reached out to Nerd Cave on 9/asking for an update, and was informed that my package was lost in transitionThey offered me either a refund or a replacement, and I chose the replacementThe time frame given was one week for preparation and shippingI then reached out to them on 9/for an update and was informed that my canvas had been printed and they are preparing to ship itIt is now 10/and I've not receive

Placed an order with this company on august 1st after about 2-weeks of waiting I emailed them regarding my orderWas told it was being printed and that it will ship as soon as it be readyThen they told me that it was lost in traditionThen they told they would my requests for further explanation to the designated department, then was told that my order stilll exists, and finally was told that my item is no currently in stock and would be issued a refundToday is October 9thThis company clearly lies and misleads its customersI wish I would have looked into them before purchasing from this company that has fraud written all over it

Unfortunately, since a chargeback was initiated, we can not physically refund the order on our sideIf the chargeback was cancelled then we could refund the orderAlso, shipping take week since it is from Europe

I ordered a piece canvas print from THENERDCAVE.com over months ago, I have received emails from them stating that they have shipped the product, however their in house tracking system was down and could not give an expected date for arrival I have attempted to contact them via their 'contact us ' phone number approximately 25-times at all possible times of the day to always receive the same message that no one is attending the system currently, leave a message I have corresponded with them 8-time via email [redacted] , again via their [redacted] link, and responding to their messages to me They have charged my bank card for the product $plus shipping, which they now offer at $ Now I have threatened them with legal action and the emails have resorted to the first email they sent me "Your tracking number is coming soon" These guys are advertising all over [redacted] as a sponsored site, and now several other sites as well as variations of the same product being s
