Ordered my product over a month ago, and have been constant in emails as well as phone calls (to which I'm always answered by a machine saying no support agents are available, every time) about why not only have I not received my product but why I cannot get a return phone call from the 3+ voicemails I have left for a return callI have my order confirmation email, but still no productBeginning to think I was scammedOne email returned several weeks ago saying they were overwhelmed and would get to it but have since had my next two or three complaint emails ignored

I ordered a T shirt from this Company on February 20th I used [redacted] to pay for my order and the wrong address was attached to it so the shipping confirmation that was mailed to me had the wrong addressI immediately emailed them to let them know the error and received an email the next morning from "Mike" informing me that my address was updatedOn February 23rd, I received a shipping confirmation which read the correct address on it I waited over a week and finally contacted the post office who told me the package had been returned to sender because it was sent to the wrong addressI contacted the Nerd cave on March informing them of the issue and asked for expedited shipping I received an automated email saying that they received my request but received no personal replyI contacted them again on March 8th telling them that when I track the package it still shows Seymour CT"Vita" replied on March 9th informing me that my package had been shipped but that it had a new t

The Nerd Cave said they would ship the order within 2-weeks Week comes and I have to reach out to them to get a status on the order Recieved an email a day later saying "they were busy" and my order was pending without any ETA of delivery This happens for more weeks until at week I finally requested a refund because the order STILL HAD NOT SHIPPED This is a printing company, it should not take weeks to ship an order

Ordered T-Shirts from this site they never shipped them The order never shows up in the system Complaints to them and [redacted] have yielded no response Spoke to others online who have been ripped off

The order has been refunded entirely on the 21stUnfortunately we can not send out replacements as we are in the process if shutting down

The Nerd Cave has serious issues with order fulfillment and customer support I placed an order in July for some wall art, a few weeks later I followed up on the order with customer support as I had not received anything yet They told me the standard lead time which was still one-two weeks out Three weeks later, I still had not received any product I contacted customer service again asking about the processing of my order They apologized and asked for patience because they had a large number of orders yet to fulfill A few weeks later, I still had not received the order, I contacted customer support again asking for a specific ship date At this point they said they lost my order and I could either wait a few more weeks for the order or receive a refund I asked for the full refund, which they now refuse to give me It has been two more weeks since they offered and I accepted the full refund Now they tell me my ticket has been transferred to another department and they won't give me any contact information or any other information as to when I can expect the refund Twice I specifically asked for a customer service rep to call me as all of the communication had been through email and it is easy to discuss options via phone than waiting on email, but I never received a call I called their customer service line during their advertised business hours and was immediately put into a voicemail -- and then they emailed me instead of calling my back! They only respond to email once a week so it is extremely difficult to get any answers This business is a scam and is holding on to my money --- they don't send any product out Be warned!

I am having the same issue as everyone else on the siteOrdered product and can not contact the company No shipping confirmation or order confirmation at allSCAM! That was a large portion of my son's Christmas present

I purchased a product of stretched canvas from the nerd cave on July 4th of this year After weeks I contacted their customer support and was told it could take up to 4-weeks (this was never stated previously) After another month went by I reached out to their customer service several times without any response After the third time someone got back with me and told me that they essentially lost the package and they could refund my money or send me the product again I incorrectly chose to have them send me the item After another weeks I still had not received the product and made more attempts to get someone from their customer service I called their customer service number and left two messages, because no one ever answered, and I sent a few more emails I never hear from them after my next email the package shows up in my mail box The canvas was not mounted to a frame and the picture was so distorted and pixelated that it was horrible I immediately reached o

Unfortunately, this order was cancelled due to a high risk of fraud

The order was refunded on September 25, at 6:10am

I placed an order for a piece canvas on 8/6/and was told it would arrive in weeksThe order was never filled and can't be trackedI contacted customer service several times and was finally told there was a system issue and my order was lostI was informed on 9/24/that I would receive an email with my new order number and it was printed waiting to be shippedI've received no emailI would like my order and I feel this company needs to be held accountable for its poor service
