I bought the [redacted] l Piece Canvas LIMITED EDITION product on the 18th of July and it is now the 6th of September and have not received the productI tried calling but you only get an answering machine and no one has called me backI emailed and someone did respond - at firstI asked where the product was and they told me to check with my [redacted] - I did and they did not have itThey then said that it must have gotten lost in transit because they couldn't find it eitherI as offered a replacement or refund and I asked how long a replacement would take as it was intended to be a present in the first place and then I never heard a reply backInstead of waiting for a replacement I decided I would like refund so I responded accordingly and have yet to heard anything back about getting a refund or a replacement at this point in timeLooking at the other complaints about this business it looks as though this is common practice for themThey are taking people's money and givi

I placed an order for a product from this company on 08/02/for about $It's been a month since I've had any response since being told my account had been charged and my order was processedI emailed them on 08/27/to ask when I should be expecting my productThe only replies I've gotten back from them is to say they've received my response and will contact meI've noticed several complaints by other consumers on their [redacted] k stating the same problems of purchasing but either never receiving or finally getting their order almost months later with no response back from the company

I went on line July 5th to purchase my Brother some presents for his upcoming big BirthdayHe is a [redacted] fanatic so I seen The Nerd Cave promoted on [redacted] and I thought I had hit gold, I should have known it was too good to be trueI ordered over $worth of merchandise, First off I should have checked to see there was no phone number to call for their business to check status or to file complaintsNumber They don't have it written anywhere that they take up to weeks to make some of their items and don't have any practice of charging you for Said items when they go to ship, no they take the money then leaving you penniless while you are making due because you wanted to get good gifts for someoneThen the hammer drops when you are a week in and emails deep with nothing written backFinally I had to go on their site and register for an account which they didn't say you had to do that since they had the Check out as a guest option available (I have had identity stolen before so I am really cautious about where I store my info)Finally get an email back which looked like it was written by a robo-email address, stating that thank you for your latest email, you should receive your items within the next to weeks, due to having to make some of the Canvass art from scratch, I was upset but I wanted the best so I understood that part, but T-Shirts and a double edged [redacted] knife that takes nothing to ship that out over night or at most to business days, well I got of the T-Shirts weeks in, Got an email 1/weeks end that they were going to partial credit me for an item (which they didn't tell me what it was I had to send other emails to pry that out of them) while finally learning that the other T-Shirt I ordered was the item they refunded me for as they have not produced it in yearsI went back to their website and sure as hell they had that same item on the front screen up for Sale and it was cheaper than what I paid for it, I paid $for it and they were selling it supposedly for $as you can guess I was super mad, so I sent them other emails with screen shots proving they were advertising and they state oh we are terribly sorry we will email our supplier and have them take it down immediatelyWell I found out right then that they are the Store Front they order these products from someone who orders them from someone who orders them from someone else which begs the reasoning and explains why they don't have a phone number set up anywhere to callNow here we are on Week and I am still no where with the [redacted] Knife, and the Canvass wall art setsI just wanted to put this out there to help save anyone else who reads this from EVER buying anything from this pathetic excuse for a businessIf I can help just person that makes me feel better and makes it all worth it in the end

I made an order to PrimeLineGear AKA Nerd Cave LLC on October Payment of $was made and receipts of order was givenHowever I waited until the end of November and still nothing was delivered I have tried many many many times to contact this company at of their support email addresses as on their website and from the emails of receipt, to be ignored It appears this company are stealing money from persons all over the world and not delivering on their promises I myself, as of today's date is still waiting for either a delivery or a refundBut it appears I have been scammed from nearly $ Can Revdex.com help in an manner, or has this company Nerd Cave LLC and PrimeLineGear closed?
