Upon ordering online from this company and receiving an order confirmation #***, the company immediately sent an additional emails regarding the shipment is being shipped and sent a "view your order button on the email" to track the packageThis brought us to know wherehowever it did show what we had ordered
Another email was sent asking us the rate the service they provided but did not say anything else regarding the shipment of the order placedI proceeded to look up the "Contact Us" on there web page to get the phone number, however, the phone numbers are wrong
In todays day I feel that not only did this company get my Credit card number but also all my personal information

I ordered a canvas print from this company in November of I have been reaching out to them for MONTHS trying to find the status of my orderI have emailed, tried the unassigned telephone number on their website, send f* messages, commented on their *** *age, etcWith no response from them, I would now like my money backThe money was taken from my account on November 28th, I have not received anything from them and heard no responseAt this point I would like my money back

Placed an order in late July Received an order confirmation and was charged immediately weeks later, followed up on the item to see when it was shipping and the business said that it was a made to order item and could take approximately 1-more weeks Followed up weeks later, they said they had no record of my order and wondered if I would still like the product or a refund I said I would still like the product and they said it would take an additional 2-weeks I followed up weeks later and they responded they were out of stock and would refund the money for the purchase They originally said it was made to order, so how could it be out of stock? Additionally the item is still for sale on their website

I ordered a canvas from the, "The Nerd Cave," and have still yet to receive and or get any information out of the company regarding my transactionThey simply state that they, "lost," my package in transition and that they would issue me a refund which I still haven't seen; or a new productMind you, this has been ongoing for almost months now, and the fact that they think it's viable to have customers wait a month period for a delivery is ludicrous

I ordered a part canvas art piece and it was printed so dark that I could not make out what the picture was supposed to be I contacted the company via e-mail and sent pictures of the canvas on the 23rd of August Weeks went by and I contacted them again, and they once again asked for pictures of the product I again sent them on 13th of September to *** I was told they would review the pictures and get back to me I still have not had a response from the company

I ordered a piece art canvas from this company in Early JulyAfter two weeks went by and I was not able to track my order using their website I sent them an emailGot the standard reply back that printing takes 2-weeksIts now late September and I still have not received my purchase and cant track my orderThis website is a scam and they've stolen my moneyReally wish I had checked this website first to see all the terrible reviews

After months of waiting on an order, the company replied on an email saying that the item is "out of stock"Well I ordered items so I didnt understand thatNext, I asked them to return my funds and it still hasnt happened

I have originally made a purchase through this business in early JulyWhen the purchase was made I was told 2-weeks I initiated contact with them at that pointI followed up trying to get some information and the whole time the corresponder would circle any issues I brought up or asked aboutI decided to terminate the order and receive a refundThey avoided me asking three times before it was acknowledge, and when it was acknowledge they just sent me a two day tracking number for the productI wait a few days to check out the product and it is awfulThere were no quality standards or what was promised when it was purchasedI again tried to initiate another refund attemptIt is now the beginning of September when I received the packageI have only been told that my refund request has been sent to another department and to wait another two weeksI started asking for a refund in the beginnING of August it is now the middle of september

Ordered *** Piece Canvas LIMITED EDITION x on 07/12/and I have still not received it

The order has been cancelled and refunded

The Nerd Cave posted an ad for a part canvas on ***I was greatly interested in their productsI have been waiting for my product since JuneI have sent four emails, to which the firm has only replied to oneI have called, but each time an automated service answers asserting that no one is availableI am not sure that The Nerd Cave will actually ever deliver my productIn any case, find a better firm

Ordered a printed canvas on 7/21/Emailed company on 7/31/to inquire when my product will be shippedThey emailed back saying it should be shipped out in - weeksEmail company again on 10/2/to find out why I have not received the product that I paid forReceived email back stating the order was shipped but got lost in the mail and saying I should get a complete refund with in to days

The product is not accurately listed and they sent me pieces of cloth that they printed on as opposed to framed art that they advertised
If that wasn't enough, the product took months to deliverThis is absolutely a sham

I placed an order on December 1st, for two canvas prints to be shipped as a Christmas gift and have not received any items from the company, despite them telling me it would only take up to weeks for deliveryI have tried contacting the company on several occasions and never receive a responseI most recently asked them to cancel and refund my order, but they are refusing to do so
