I ordered a product from this company over two months ago and never received itI have contacted customer service several times and they keep telling me that it had shipped and then gave me a tracking number that cannot be found in any carriers tracking system

I ordered a piece canvas of batmanthey said I would get a confirmation number before they sent it outthat was July 2016, I figured a couple of days for them to get it togetherthey said to weeks for delivery, which I tried to contact by phone with no response, only by e-mail, which I contacted timesThank you for your purchase!

I placed an order for Christmas with this company on November 25th, I received an email the same day thanking me for my purchase, confirming my shipping address and informing me the $would be charged to my payment cardOn 12-4-I sent an email asking where my order wasI did not receive any shipping details and was concerned it had gotten lost in the mailOn 12-5-I was told it takes 2-weeks to create the art work and that I should have gotten an email stating this, no such email was sent to meOn 12-18-I again asked for an update on my order, 12-19-I was told there was a huge number of orders and I could take a partial refundI got the partial refund days laterOn 1-5-I was told they had not done anything with my order and they had no reason for itI have emailed times since them demanding a refund with no response form the company

I ordered two 5-piece canvas sets over months ago and never received them or received any kind of shipping notification I have heard nothing since placing the order mid-July even after attempts of contacting the business

I purchased a product from this company online in August I received a confirmation email of my purchase but no tracking informationI emailed them a request for a tracking number in SeptemberI received a reply stating that there has been an "ordering explosion and that there has been a delay in processing orders" I still haven't received an email with any type of tracking information

I ordered a printed canvas from this website July and upon receiving the item in August I discovered that they sent a wrong piece to the canvasI contacted them informing them of the situation and they said they will send the replacement pieceAfter emailing with the support group from August through December, I finally got an answer that the product is out of order and they will refund my full amount that I paid for the productI still have not received this refund and have voiced my patients with them and yet they still have not taken the time to handle the situationTheir answer to me that they have been very busy and its taking awhile to send my refund

Payment of $was made and receipts of order was givenHowever I waited until the end of November and still nothing was delivered
I have tried many many many times to contact this company at of their support email addresses as on their website and from the emails of receipt, to be ignored
It appears this company are stealing money from persons all over the world and not delivering on their promises
I myself, as of today's date is still waiting for either a delivery or a refundBut it appears I have been scammed from nearly $
Can Revdex.com help in an manner, or has this company Nerd Cave LLC and PrimeLineGear closed? I do hope Mr*** *** is paying for his crime and not enjoying the monies he has scammed

I order a product months ago with no response or updatesFinally after reaching out with a complaint I was told to continue to wait since it takes 4-weeks to print the canvasFinally I was told that the package was lost and we need to start all over or they can refund, I wish I had checked the Revdex.com report prior to purchasing because it was a waste of my time and now I'm not even sure I will get my money back at this point

This company is located in CT so I am led to believe that they have inventory in CT I placed an order on 11/and promptly received my confirmation This was a Christmas gift so I thought there was plenty of time for it to arrive in time When I had not yet received a shipping notification by 12/3, I emailed their customer service Finally received a response by 12/with a tracking number Once I tracked it, I discovered this order was coming direct from CHINA!!!!! No where on the website does it indicate that this product is not held in a warehouse but shipped directly from China I never would have ordered it if the website listed that somewhere Only on 12/did it even show up on tracking in *** To this date, there is no further tracking Still showing product in China! It's been nearly a month! When I emailed the company again on 12/for an update, they never responded and to this day, still have not I have a very disappointed little boy and a very upse

Do not ever give money to this companyThis is the worst customer experience I've ever experiencedI have never emailed a company before due to slow shipping but it's been months and I still haven't received what I paid forIt takes them or days to respond to emails and don't even bother calling thier contact number, they never answerThey're really great at apologizing though I'll give them thator emails now with them apologizing and telling me what I ordered will be shipped "soon"

I ordered canvases from this company on July 18th I contacted them a month later about my delivery because I had not gotten them yet I was told by Vida that each order is custom made and it takes a few weeks to paint it She asked me to allow more weeks for delivery of the orders arrived I did not know it did not have a backing and it was simply rolled up canvas I reached out another week later and asked about my second item She said she sends her apologies, but the order has now been shipped and sent me a tracking number The tracking number could not locate my second item I reached out again, she said that it must have gotten lost in the mail and she can either process a new one or refund me Since the card I used has been compromised, I requested a replacement order She said to allow weeks and I should receive it On October 10th I reached out again, only to be told the product is out of stock (but I was told each one was custom in the beginning) The

I will not cancel the chargeback I have read reviews online and most people never receive their items or if they do, they
are poor quality Terrible customer service & I believe they are stealing from consumers.

Ordered a *** piece print set on july and contacted the nerd cave on July asking for tracking information Received a response that it takes 2-weeks for shipments (which is not listed anywhere on their website), after waiting for weeks I sent a new request asking about my order days later they finally responded and I was told it was damaged by the shipping company and to call their support number for further assistance Number is listed on website but always states no sale people are available to take my call and leave a message (which I have done numerous times) Requested a full refund and have not had any resposne back
