After locating the order and reviewing tracking it appears the items were delivered to the address provided by the customerWe do apologize for the delay as the customer stated there was an error in one tracking but the secondary tracking provided shows successfully delivery which is also stated by DHL carrier service

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hello, I received the message about this complaint being closed but the business never handled the situation to my satisfactionI sent the images to Mike at The Perfect Sculpt and he told me that they could only send me a new item, to which I agreed, but then he told me that they didn't have the size I had ordered in stockI asked him to keep me apprised of a shipping date but he never responded back to me and I've yet to hear anything sinceThe email correspondence with Mike was on October 27thI was told that if I emailed you to explain that I was waiting to respond back to the Revdex.com until the situation was handled to my satisfaction that you could reopen the complaintI apologize for not getting back to you sooner Regards, [redacted]
