I was very pleased with the whole process, [redacted] could not have been any more helpful, he explained everything to me, more than once when needed. The process was overwhelming for me and I have to say he made it so easy for me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for student loan information.

Definitely was not expecting a favorable experience since I have tried this before, however Ms. [redacted] with SLAC made it the easiest process for me. It was better than expected for certain. Review: I have looked up student loan forgiveness online to find out more information about student Obama loan relief and stumbles on this company to help give information about their program. After given the information to get out of debt fast! I had given my phone number, email address, and first and last name a note popped up and stated that I will be receiving a call soon. I did receive a call from [redacted] 619-[redacted]. When he called me I answered expecting this call. He asked me if this was a convenient time to talk (at 6:30pm Central Time) I asked him how long will this take? "If this is an inconvenient time I can call back" then hung up on me. I called him back and asked him why he hung up on me. He stated, "Who is this, I talk to many people during the day what time did you call"? I told him I called about 5 minutes ago. Then he hung up again. I tried to call back again and he hung up and sent it to voice mail.Desired Settlement: with this behavior, I do not want him or anyone from this business to have anything to do with me and want them to forget my personal information. I am truly afraid that this might be a ploy to get information from others that they can sell to make profit. Please evaluate if they are a legitimate business please.

Hi there, I know how it is human nature to submit a review about a negative experience with a business but I also think credit must be given where credit is due. My positive experience with the Student Loan Project (SLP) earns my admiration and time to say a few things. First of all before hearing about them I had called other student loan programs and they all seem to do a fairly good job. But the people at SLP are just awesome. Starting with the enrollement advisor, Gail, who walked me through a very transparent proceedure to let me know my options etc. The other accounts managers are equally well-qualified in what they do and they constantly update you on any developments. Their process is fast, you'll always get a live person to talk to, their rates are incredibly reasonale and I had nothing but a positive experience with them. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about student loan repayment options.

I never write reviews about businesses, but in this case I was so impressed with this company I had too. I just wanted to say a big thank you to [redacted] and [redacted] for helping ease my mind when it came to having to pay back my student loans. They made the process so easy for me that literally in just a couple of phone calls, my student loan forgiveness plan was in place. I am so lucky to have found this company because with $140,000 in student loan debt, I was up to my eyeballs in debt that would never equal my current income (I am currently looking for a position in my field). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow this company to help you with your financial needs. You will not be disappointed. While for the most part my experience was positive and they did help, SLAC also did damage and hindered my by telling me that my private student loan would be able to be combined and entered into the consolidation. I had questioned 3 different people that I had communication with and each response was the same. Yes it would be in the consolidation, if they contact you just ignore them, etc. Due to this misinformation they sent my private student loan to a collection agency and this has negatively impacted my credit score. When confronted about it the company said we didn't say that or sorry it was an error but there is nothing we can do. I still owe the money and am getting harassed by the collection agency. However, the rest of my student loans have been consolidated and I am able to make the payments very easily.

I ABSOLUTELY NEVER ! GIVE A "PLUG" to any company, But this company has just COME THROUGH for me ! Big Time!

?? What? They were giving the money away for FREE, so I just kept going to school and borrowing.

Now here I am, a single 54 y/o female, I have ( $ 70,000 +) in Federal Student loans from graduating in 2003 & 2005. I am so OVER MY HEAD IN DEBT WITH COLLEGE LOANS, and in 'surfing' one day I found this website by mistake, so I tried it out, what could I lose, besides another HIT on my Credit report, or another GARNISHMENT on my paycheck, oh or another LIEN ON MY CHECKING ACCT. - no thanks. no more.

This company has just Consolidated my Federal Student Loans. I have just had a 4 month "vacation " from making any Student Loan payments !!!!! and " After 120 payments in this plan, my remaining loan balance will be erased and written off by the Dept. of Education". OH, MY NEW PAYMENT ! $107.23 a month reduced from $698 a month and that's just Federal Loans, I still have FEEL- Bank loans.
